국제아동권리 NGO 세이브더칠드런 경인지역본부는 인천지역아동센터총연합회와 재난·재해 피해 아동 발굴 및 공동 대응체계 구축을 위한 협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
협약식은 지난 6일 인천광역시 계양구 소재 함께걷기 로뎀나무 지역아동센터에서 진행됐으며, 세이브더칠드런 경인지역본부 김성아 본부장과 인천지역아동센터총연합회 신준범 회장 등 양측 관계자들이 참석했다.
양 기관은 인천광역시 내 재난·재해 발생 시 아동 피해 현황을 신속히 파악하고 공동 대응을 위한 협력체계를 구축하기로 했다. 인천지역아동센터총연합회는 재난 대비 긴급 연락체계를 구성해 세이브더칠드런에 사전 공유하고, 피해 아동 발굴과 지원 활동에 협조할 계획이다. 또한 연 1회 이상 정례 간담회를 통해 재난·재해 공동 대응 체계의 지속적 활성화를 점검할 예정이다.
세이브더칠드런 경인지역본부 김성아 본부장은 이번 협약을 통해 인천 내 재난 상황에서 아동을 선제적으로 구조할 수 있는 기반이 마련될 것으로 기대한다고 말했다.
인천지역아동센터총연합회 신준범 회장은 지역사회가 아동 보호를 책임지고, 위기 상황에서 한 명의 아동도 놓치지 않는 대응체계를 구축하겠다고 밝혔다.

Save the Children and the Incheon Regional Children's Center Association Sign a Joint Disaster Response Agreement
Save the Children, an international children's rights NGO, announced that it has signed an agreement with the Incheon Regional Children's Center Association to identify children affected by disasters and establish a joint response system.
The signing ceremony took place on the 6th at the Together Walking Rodemnamu Regional Children's Center in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and was attended by officials from both sides, including Kim Seong-ah, head of the Save the Children Gyeong-In Regional Headquarters, and Shin Jun-beom, president of the Incheon Regional Children's Center Federation.
The two organizations agreed to establish a cooperative system to quickly assess the impact of disasters on children in Incheon Metropolitan City and to jointly respond. The Incheon Regional Children's Center Association plans to establish an emergency contact system for disaster preparedness, share information with Save the Children in advance, and cooperate in identifying and supporting affected children. Furthermore, regular meetings will be held at least once a year to monitor the continued vitality of the joint disaster response system.
Kim Seong-ah, head of Save the Children's Gyeong-In Regional Headquarters, said she expects this agreement will lay the foundation for proactively rescuing children in disaster situations in Incheon.
Shin Jun-beom, president of the Incheon Regional Children's Center Association, announced that the local community will take responsibility for child protection and establish a response system that will not leave a single child behind in a crisis situation.

セーブ・ザ・チルドレン、仁川地域児童センター総連合会と災害児童共同対応協約締結
国際児童権利NGOセーブ・ザ・チルドレン京畿道駅本部は、仁川地域児童センター総連合会と災害・災害被害児童発掘及び共同対応体制構築のための条約を締結したと明らかにした。
協約式は6日、仁川広域市桂陽区素材一緒に歩くロデムの木地域児童センターで行われ、セーブ・ザ・チルドレン京畿道駅本部キム・ソンア本部長と仁川地域児童センター総連合会シン・ジュンボム会長など両側関係者らが参加した。
両機関は、仁川広域市内の災害・災害発生時の児童被害の現状を迅速に把握し、共同対応のための協力体制を構築することにした。仁川地域児童センター総連合会は、災害に対する緊急連絡体系を構成し、セーブ・ザ・チルドレンに事前共有し、被害児童発掘と支援活動に協力する計画だ。また、年1回以上定例懇談会を通じて災害・災害共同対応体系の持続的活性化を点検する予定だ。
セーブ・ザ・チルドレン京畿道駅本部キム・ソンア本部長は、今回の条約を通じて、仁川内の災害状況で児童を先制的に構造できる基盤が設けられると期待すると述べた。
仁川地域児童センター総連合会シン・ジュンボム会長は、地域社会が児童保護を担当し、危機状況で一人の児童も見逃さない対応体系を構築すると明らかにした。

救助儿童会与仁川地区儿童中心协会签署联合灾害应对协议
国际儿童权利非政府组织“救助儿童会”宣布，已与仁川地区儿童中心协会签署协议，以识别受灾害影响的儿童并建立联合应对系统。
签约仪式于6日在仁川广域市桂阳区“携手同行”地区儿童中心举行，双方官员出席了仪式，其中包括救助儿童会京仁地区总部负责人金成雅和仁川地区儿童中心联合会会长申俊范。
双方同意建立合作机制，以便快速评估灾害对仁川广域市儿童的影响并共同应对。仁川地区儿童中心协会计划建立灾害防备紧急联络系统，提前与救助儿童会共享信息，并合作识别和支持受灾儿童。此外，双方还将至少每年定期召开会议，监督联合灾害应对机制的持续有效性。
救助儿童会京仁地方总部负责人金成雅表示，她希望这项协议能够为在仁川灾难情况下主动营救儿童奠定基础。
仁川地区儿童中心协会会长申俊范宣布，当地社区将承担起保护儿童的责任，并建立一套应对危机情况的响应机制，确保不让任何一个孩子掉队。

Save the Children et l'Association du Centre régional pour enfants d'Incheon signent un accord conjoint d'intervention en cas de catastrophe
L'ONG internationale de défense des droits de l'enfant Save the Children a annoncé avoir signé un accord avec l'Association des centres pour enfants de la région d'Incheon afin d'identifier les enfants touchés par les catastrophes et de mettre en place un système d'intervention conjoint.
La cérémonie de signature a eu lieu le 6 au Centre régional pour enfants Together Walking Rodemnamu, dans le quartier de Gyeyang-gu, à Incheon, et s'est déroulée en présence de représentants des deux parties, dont Kim Seong-ah, directrice du siège régional de Save the Children à Gyeong-In, et Shin Jun-beom, président de la Fédération régionale des centres pour enfants d'Incheon.
Les deux organisations ont convenu de mettre en place un système de coopération pour évaluer rapidement l'impact des catastrophes sur les enfants de la métropole d'Incheon et intervenir conjointement. L'Association du Centre régional pour l'enfance d'Incheon prévoit de créer un système de contact d'urgence pour la préparation aux catastrophes, de partager des informations avec Save the Children en amont et de coopérer pour identifier et soutenir les enfants touchés. Par ailleurs, des réunions régulières seront organisées au moins une fois par an afin de suivre l'efficacité de ce système conjoint d'intervention en cas de catastrophe.
Kim Seong-ah, directrice du siège régional de Save the Children à Gyeong-In, a déclaré qu'elle s'attendait à ce que cet accord jette les bases d'un sauvetage proactif des enfants en situation de catastrophe à Incheon.
Shin Jun-beom, président de l'Association des centres pour enfants de la région d'Incheon, a annoncé que la communauté locale assumera la responsabilité de la protection de l'enfance et mettra en place un système d'intervention qui ne laissera aucun enfant pour compte en cas de crise.
