아산나눔재단(이사장 엄윤미)은 비영리스타트업의 임팩트 확장과 혁신 역량 강화를 지원하는 ‘아산 비영리스타트업’ 프로그램의 2026년도 성장트랙 참가 기관을 3월 30일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.
‘아산 비영리스타트업’은 신생 비영리 조직이 사업과 조직의 성장 기반을 마련할 수 있도록 돕는 액셀러레이팅 프로그램이다. 2021년 론칭 이후 계단뿌셔클럽, 뉴웨이즈, 니트생활자, 다시입다연구소, 온기 등 약 60여 개 비영리 조직을 지원해왔다.
이번 모집 전형인 성장트랙은 검증된 역량과 성과를 바탕으로 임팩트 확장을 추진하는 비영리스타트업을 대상으로 하며, 총 6개 팀을 선발한다. 지원 대상은 설립 7년 이내 비영리 단체 및 법인, 사회적 협동조합으로 상근 인력 2명 이상을 갖추고 연간 수입총액 2천만 원 이상 5억 원 이하여야 한다.
선발팀에는 5월부터 10월까지 6개월간 프로젝트 지원금 5천만 원과 성장 파트너 자문, 임팩트 측정 및 관리 지원, 단기 사무공간 ‘마루시드존’ 입주 기회 등이 제공된다.
성장트랙 참가 기관은 프로그램 종료 후 하반기에 열리는 ‘비영리스타트업 콘퍼런스’에 참여하게 된다. 해당 행사는 팀의 전략과 실행 계획을 정리하는 자리로 운영되며, 올해부터는 총상금 9천만 원이 수여될 예정이다. 재단은 프로그램 이후에도 참여 기관이 실험을 지속하고 임팩트를 확장할 수 있도록 후속 지원을 이어간다는 계획이다.
지원 접수는 3월 30일까지 아산나눔재단 공식 홈페이지에서 진행되며, 서류 및 면접 심사를 거쳐 4월 16일 최종 합격자를 발표한다. 3월 11일에는 온라인 사업설명회를 개최하고, 3월 17일부터 20일까지 오피스아워를 운영해 지원 방법과 프로젝트 기획에 대한 상담을 제공할 예정이다.

Asan Nanum Foundation (Chairperson Eom Yun-mi) announced that it is recruiting organizations to participate in the 2026 growth track of the 'Asan Nonprofit Startup' program, which supports the expansion of impact and strengthening of innovation capabilities of nonprofit startups, until March 30.
Asan Nonprofit Startup is an accelerator program that helps emerging nonprofits establish a foundation for business and organizational growth. Since its launch in 2021, it has supported approximately 60 nonprofits, including Stair Pusher Club, New Ways, Knit Life, Dasiipda Research Institute, and Onki.
This recruitment process, called the Growth Track, targets nonprofit startups seeking to expand their impact based on proven capabilities and performance. A total of six teams will be selected. Eligible teams must be nonprofit organizations, corporations, or social cooperatives established within the past seven years, with at least two full-time employees and annual revenues of between 20 million won and 500 million won.
The selected team will be provided with a project grant of 50 million won for six months from May to October, as well as consulting from growth partners, support for impact measurement and management, and the opportunity to move into the short-term office space 'Marusid Zone'.
Participating organizations in the Growth Track will participate in the "Nonprofit Startup Conference," held in the second half of the year after the program concludes. This event serves as a forum for teams to develop their strategies and implementation plans, and starting this year, a total prize pool of 90 million won will be awarded. The foundation plans to continue providing follow-up support to participating organizations after the program ends, enabling them to continue experimenting and expand their impact.
Applications will be accepted through the Asan Nanum Foundation's official website until March 30th. Successful applicants will be announced on April 16th, following a document and interview screening. An online business briefing will be held on March 11th, and office hours will be held from March 17th to 20th to provide consultation on application procedures and project planning.
Park Seong-jong, head of the Social Innovation Team at the Asan Nanum Foundation, expressed his hope that this growth track will serve as an opportunity for early-stage non-profit startups to expand their resources and networks and advance to the next level.

Asan Nonprofit Startup est un programme d'accélération qui aide les jeunes organisations à but non lucratif à jeter les bases de leur croissance commerciale et organisationnelle. Depuis son lancement en 2021, il a soutenu une soixantaine d'organisations, dont Stair Pusher Club, New Ways, Knit Life, Dasiipda Research Institute et Onki.
Ce processus de recrutement, baptisé « Parcours Croissance », s’adresse aux jeunes entreprises à but non lucratif souhaitant accroître leur impact grâce à des compétences et des performances avérées. Six équipes seront sélectionnées. Les équipes éligibles doivent être des organisations à but non lucratif, des entreprises ou des coopératives sociales créées au cours des sept dernières années, comptant au moins deux employés à temps plein et réalisant un chiffre d’affaires annuel compris entre 20 et 500 millions de wons.
L'équipe sélectionnée bénéficiera d'une subvention de projet de 50 millions de wons pour une durée de six mois, de mai à octobre, ainsi que de conseils de partenaires de croissance, d'un soutien à la mesure et à la gestion de l'impact, et de la possibilité de s'installer dans l'espace de bureaux temporaire « Marusid Zone ».
Les organisations participant au volet Croissance participeront à la « Conférence des startups à but non lucratif », qui se tiendra au second semestre après la fin du programme. Cet événement servira de forum aux équipes pour élaborer leurs stratégies et leurs plans de mise en œuvre. Dès cette année, une dotation totale de 90 millions de wons sera distribuée. La fondation prévoit de continuer à apporter un soutien aux organisations participantes après la fin du programme, afin de leur permettre de poursuivre leurs expérimentations et d'amplifier leur impact.
Les candidatures seront acceptées sur le site web officiel de la Fondation Asan Nanum jusqu'au 30 mars. Les candidats retenus seront annoncés le 16 avril, après examen des dossiers et entretien. Une réunion d'information en ligne aura lieu le 11 mars, et des permanences seront assurées du 17 au 20 mars pour accompagner les candidats dans leurs démarches et la planification de leurs projets.
