재단법인 경기창조경제혁신센터(대표 김원경, 이하 경기혁신센터)가 24일 (사)중소기업기술혁신협회(회장 정광천, 이하 이노비즈협회)와 기술혁신기업 스케일업 지원을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다. 이번 협약은 기술력을 갖춘 스타트업과 중소기업을 발굴하고, 기술성 평가 기반 투자 연계를 통해 성장 지원까지 이어지는 체계를 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.
양 기관은 협약을 통해 ▲스타트업 및 중소기업 투자유치 협력 ▲기술평가 기반 기업가치 검증 및 투자 연계 ▲기업 성장 지원을 위한 교육 및 액셀러레이팅 협력 ▲기술혁신기업 공동 발굴 및 육성 등을 추진할 예정이다. 특히 경기혁신센터 투자·보육 기업군과 이노비즈 인증기업 DB를 연계해 기술 경쟁력이 높은 기업을 발굴하고, 이노비즈협회가 주관하는 ‘INNOWAVE IR 행사’에 육성기업을 추천해 외부 VC와 민간 투자기관 접점을 확대한다.
정광천 이노비즈협회 회장은 “기술력을 갖추고도 투자와 시장 확대 과정에서 어려움을 겪는 기업이 많다”며 “이번 협약으로 기술평가와 투자 지원을 연결하는 ‘평가-투자-성장’ 협력 체계를 구축해 기업 성장 사다리를 강화하겠다”고 말했다. 김원경 경기혁신센터 대표이사는 “이노비즈협회와 협력을 통해 기술혁신기업이 투자와 시장 확장 단계로 빠르게 도약할 수 있도록 실질적인 스케일업 지원을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.
경기혁신센터는 2015년 설립 이후 1,700여 개 기업을 보육하고 354억 원 규모 펀드를 결성해 146개 기업에 직접 투자해 온 공공 액셀러레이터다. 투자·보육공간 제공, 액셀러레이팅, 오픈이노베이션, 글로벌 진출 지원 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 기술 기반 혁신기업의 성장을 지원하고 있다.

The Gyeonggi Innovation Center and the Innobiz Association signed an MOU to support scale-up of technology innovation companies.
The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Kim Won-kyung, hereinafter referred to as the Gyeonggi Innovation Center) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Association of Small and Medium Business Technology Innovation (Chairman Jeong Gwang-cheon, hereinafter referred to as the Innobiz Association) on the 24th to support the scale-up of technologically innovative companies. This agreement aims to identify startups and SMEs with technological prowess and establish a system that connects them to investment based on technological evaluations, ultimately leading to growth support.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to pursue ▲cooperation in attracting investment from startups and SMEs ▲verifying corporate value and linking investments based on technology assessments ▲cooperating on education and acceleration to support corporate growth ▲jointly discovering and fostering technologically innovative companies. In particular, they will link the Gyeonggi Innovation Center's investment and incubation group of companies and the Innobiz certified company database to identify companies with high technological competitiveness. They will also recommend fostered companies to the "INNOWAVE IR event" hosted by the Innobiz Association to expand contact with external venture capitalists and private investment organizations.
Jeong Gwang-cheon, Chairman of the Innobiz Association, stated, "Many companies, despite possessing technological prowess, face challenges during the investment and market expansion process. Through this agreement, we will establish an 'evaluation-investment-growth' cooperative system that links technology assessment and investment support, thereby strengthening the corporate growth ladder." Kim Won-kyung, CEO of the Gyeonggi Innovation Center, stated, "Through our collaboration with the Innobiz Association, we will strengthen practical scale-up support so that technology-innovative companies can quickly advance to the investment and market expansion stages."
Since its establishment in 2015, the Gyeonggi Innovation Center is a public accelerator that has incubated approximately 1,700 companies, established a 35.4 billion won fund, and directly invested in 146 companies. It supports the growth of technology-based innovative companies through various programs, including providing investment and incubation space, acceleration, open innovation, and global expansion support.

チョン・グァンチョンイノビズ協会会長は「技術力を備えても投資と市場拡大過程で困難を経験する企業が多い」とし「今回の協約で技術評価と投資支援を結ぶ「評価-投資-成長」協力体系を構築して企業成長梯子を強化する」と話した。キム・ウォンギョン京畿革新センター代表理事は「イノビズ協会と協力を通じて技術革新企業が投資と市場拡大段階に急速に跳躍できるように実質的なスケールアップ支援を強化する」と明らかにした。

Le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi et l'Association Innobiz ont signé un protocole d'accord pour soutenir le développement des entreprises d'innovation technologique.
Le Centre de Gyeonggi pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (directeur général : Kim Won-kyung, ci-après dénommé Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi) a signé le 24 un protocole d'accord avec l'Association coréenne pour l'innovation technologique des PME (président : Jeong Gwang-cheon, ci-après dénommée Association Innobiz) afin de soutenir le développement des entreprises innovantes sur le plan technologique. Cet accord vise à identifier les jeunes pousses et les PME à fort potentiel technologique et à mettre en place un système leur permettant d'accéder à des investissements sur la base d'évaluations technologiques, favorisant ainsi leur croissance.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux organisations prévoient de coopérer pour attirer les investissements des startups et des PME, évaluer la valeur des entreprises et orienter les investissements sur la base d'évaluations technologiques, collaborer en matière de formation et d'accélération pour soutenir la croissance des entreprises, et identifier et accompagner conjointement les entreprises innovantes sur le plan technologique. Elles mettront notamment en relation le groupe d'investissement et d'incubation du Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi et la base de données d'entreprises certifiées Innobiz afin d'identifier les entreprises à forte compétitivité technologique. Elles recommanderont également les entreprises accompagnées à l'événement « INNOWAVE IR » organisé par l'Association Innobiz afin de développer leurs contacts avec des investisseurs en capital-risque et des organismes d'investissement privés.
Jeong Gwang-cheon, président de l'Association Innobiz, a déclaré : « De nombreuses entreprises, malgré leur expertise technologique, rencontrent des difficultés lors des phases d'investissement et d'expansion sur le marché. Cet accord permettra de mettre en place un système de coopération « évaluation-investissement-croissance » qui associe l'évaluation technologique et le soutien à l'investissement, facilitant ainsi la croissance des entreprises. » Kim Won-kyung, directrice générale du Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi, a ajouté : « Notre collaboration avec l'Association Innobiz renforcera l'accompagnement concret à la mise à l'échelle afin que les entreprises innovantes puissent rapidement accéder aux phases d'investissement et d'expansion sur le marché. »
Depuis sa création en 2015, le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi est un accélérateur public qui a incubé environ 1 700 entreprises, constitué un fonds de 35,4 milliards de wons et investi directement dans 146 entreprises. Il soutient la croissance des entreprises innovantes du secteur technologique grâce à divers programmes, notamment en fournissant des espaces d'investissement et d'incubation, des services d'accélération, l'innovation ouverte et un soutien à l'expansion internationale.
