Vision AI 솔루션 기업 알체라는 26일 주한 슬로베니아 대사관(대사 예르네이 뮐러) 및 금융보안 전문기업 이니텍(대표 옥성환)과 AI 산업 혁신과 공동사업 개발을 위한 업무 협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 세 기업은 상호 협력을 바탕으로 슬로베니아의 AI 기술 강화를 추진하고, IT 디지털 활용도를 높이며, 공동 사업을 확대할 예정이다. 이를 통해 금융을 시작으로 보안, 안전 등 슬로베니아의 다양한 산업 분야에 한국의 선진 기술을 적용하고, 공동 사업 발굴에 힘쓸 계획이다.
알체라는 지난해 이니텍과 안면인식 기반 통합 본인인증 플랫폼 사업을 위한 업무 협약을 체결하고, 금융 및 다양한 산업군에서 인공지능 기술의 적용을 확대하고 있다. 또한, 알체라는 국내에서 유일하게 금융사에 여권 진위확인 솔루션을 공급하는 기업으로, 여권의 얼굴 이미지와 텍스트 정보를 외교부 DB와 비교하여 진위 여부를 판별하는 기술을 보유하고 있다.
이번 협약을 통해 알체라는 글로벌 시장에서도 AI 기반 보안 솔루션의 적용 범위를 더욱 확대할 계획이다. 황영규 알체라 대표는 “슬로베니아 은행권에 알체라의 AI 기반 얼굴인식 솔루션을 납품하고, 현지 시장에서 기술 적용 범위를 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝히며, “미국 국립표준기술연구소(NIST)가 주관하는 얼굴인식 AI 성능 테스트에서 국내 기술력 1위를 차지한 만큼, 슬로베니아에서도 높은 수준의 보안성과 편의성을 충분히 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.

Alchera X Slovenian Embassy in Korea X Initech, Business Agreement Signed
Vision AI solution company Alchera announced on the 26th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Slovenian Embassy in Korea (Ambassador Jerney Müller) and financial security company Initech (CEO Ok Seong-hwan) for AI industry innovation and joint business development.
Through this agreement, the three companies will work together to strengthen Slovenia’s AI technology, increase IT digital utilization, and expand joint businesses. Through this, they plan to apply Korea’s advanced technologies to various Slovenian industrial fields, starting with finance, security, and safety, and to work on discovering joint businesses.
Last year, Alchera signed a business agreement with Initech for a facial recognition-based integrated identity verification platform business, and is expanding the application of artificial intelligence technology in finance and various industries. In addition, Alchera is the only company in Korea that provides passport authenticity verification solutions to financial institutions, and possesses technology that determines authenticity by comparing the facial image and text information of a passport with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs database.
Through this agreement, Alchera plans to further expand the scope of application of its AI-based security solutions in the global market. Hwang Young-gyu, CEO of Alchera, said, “We will supply Alchera’s AI-based facial recognition solutions to Slovenian banks and expand the scope of application of the technology in the local market,” adding, “As we ranked first in domestic technology in the facial recognition AI performance test hosted by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), we expect to be able to sufficiently provide a high level of security and convenience in Slovenia as well.”

アルチェラは昨年イニテックと顔面認識ベースの統合本人認証プラットフォーム事業のための業務協約を締結し、金融および多様な産業群で人工知能技術の適用を拡大している。また、アルチェラは国内で唯一金融会社にパスポート真偽確認ソリューションを供給する企業で、パスポートの顔画像とテキスト情報を外交部ＤＢと比較して真偽かどうかを判別する技術を保有している。
今回の条約を通じて、アルチェラはグローバル市場でもAIベースのセキュリティソリューションの適用範囲をさらに拡大する計画だ。ファン・ヨンギュアルチェラ代表は「スロベニア銀行券にアルチェラのAI基盤顔認識ソリューションを納品し、現地市場で技術適用範囲を拡大していく」と明らかにし、「米国国立標準技術研究所（NIST）が主管する顔認識AI性能テストで十分なスキルを占めた」と期待する」と話した。

La société de solutions Vision AI Alchera a annoncé le 26 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec l'ambassade de Slovénie en Corée (ambassadeur Jerney Müller) et la société de sécurité financière Initech (PDG Ok Seong-hwan) pour l'innovation dans le secteur de l'IA et le développement commercial conjoint.
Grâce à cet accord, les trois entreprises travailleront ensemble pour renforcer la technologie de l’IA de la Slovénie, accroître l’utilisation numérique de l’informatique et développer les activités communes. Grâce à cela, nous prévoyons d’appliquer les technologies avancées de la Corée à divers domaines industriels slovènes, notamment la finance, la sécurité et la sûreté, et de travailler à la découverte de projets communs.
L'année dernière, Alchera a signé un accord commercial avec Initech pour une plate-forme intégrée de vérification d'identité basée sur la reconnaissance faciale, et étend l'application de la technologie de l'intelligence artificielle dans la finance et divers autres secteurs. De plus, Alchera est la seule entreprise en Corée à fournir des solutions de vérification de l'authenticité des passeports aux institutions financières et possède la technologie permettant de déterminer l'authenticité en comparant l'image faciale et les informations textuelles du passeport avec la base de données du ministère des Affaires étrangères.
Grâce à cet accord, Alchera prévoit d’élargir encore le champ d’application de ses solutions de sécurité basées sur l’IA sur le marché mondial. « Nous fournirons la solution de reconnaissance faciale basée sur l’IA d’Alchera aux banques slovènes et élargirons le champ d’application de la technologie sur le marché local », a déclaré Hwang Young-gyu, PDG d’Alchera. « Étant donné que nous nous sommes classés premiers en technologie nationale lors du test de performance de l’IA de reconnaissance faciale organisé par le National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) des États-Unis, nous espérons pouvoir également fournir un niveau élevé de sécurité et de commodité en Slovénie. »
