부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 7일 라발스 호텔과 부산형 워케이션 활성화 사업 글로벌 위성센터 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
워케이션 위성센터는 참가자들이 자유롭게 업무를 할 수 있도록 마련된 협업 공간으로, 다양한 업무 지원 시설과 편의 서비스를 제공한다. 특히, 원격 근무자와 기업들이 생산성을 유지하면서도 새로운 환경에서 일할 수 있도록 조성된 것이 특징이다.
부산형 워케이션 활성화 사업은 부산 외 지역에 있는 기업 재직자들이 부산에서 업무와 휴식을 병행할 수 있도록 지원하는 프로그램이다. 부산창경은 이를 통해 국내외 원격 근무자들의 생산성을 높이고, 기업들이 유연한 근무 문화를 도입할 수 있도록 다양한 인프라와 지원책을 마련하고 있다.
이 사업의 일환으로 부산창경은 ‘부산형 워케이션 활성화’를 위한 글로벌 위성센터를 모집한 결과, 부산 영도구에 위치한 ‘라발스 호텔 오케스트라 라운지’가 최종 선정되어 3월부터 운영을 시작한다고 밝혔다.
이번 글로벌 위성센터는 기존 평일 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지만 이용 가능했던 것과 달리, 24시간 체제로 운영되어 워케이션 참가자들이 시간에 구애받지 않고 업무 공간을 활용할 수 있도록 했다. 이에 따라 참가자들의 업무 효율성이 더욱 향상될 것으로 기대된다.
특히 글로벌 참가자들의 경우 시차에 제한 없이 자유롭게 업무 공간을 이용할 수 있어 보다 유연한 근무 환경을 조성할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
이번 24시간 글로벌 위성센터 운영은 2024년 9월 글로벌 워케이션 파일럿 사업 참여자들의 피드백을 반영한 결과로, 2025년에는 글로벌 참여자들을 위한 더욱 체계적인 준비가 이루어졌다. 이를 통해 해외 참가자들이 부산에서 더욱 원활하게 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 다양한 맞춤형 지원이 강화되었다.
부산창경 김용우 대표는 “이번 글로벌 위성센터 구축을 통해 부산이 국내외 워케이션 참가자들에게 더욱 매력적인 업무 환경을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 국내외 다양한 기업 및 기관과 협력하여 지속적으로 인프라를 확장해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
이번 시범 운영은 오는 6월 30일까지 진행되며, 운영 성과와 참가자들의 피드백을 종합적으로 검토해 사업기간 연장 및 지속적인 운영 방안을 마련할 예정이다.
부산창경은 이번 24시간 위성센터 운영을 통해 워케이션의 활용도를 높이고, 글로벌 인재들이 보다 원활하게 부산에서 업무와 휴식을 병행할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.

Busan Changgyeong, Lavals Hotel and '24-hour Global Workation Center' Operation
Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy) announced on the 7th that it signed a business agreement with Laval Hotel and Busan-style workation activation project global satellite center.
The Workation Satellite Center is a collaborative space where participants can work freely, and provides various work support facilities and convenient services. In particular, it is designed to enable remote workers and companies to work in a new environment while maintaining productivity.
The Busan-type workation activation project is a program that supports employees of companies outside of Busan to combine work and leisure in Busan. Through this, Busan Changgyeong is preparing various infrastructures and support measures to increase the productivity of domestic and international remote workers and to enable companies to introduce a flexible work culture.
As part of this project, Busan Changgyeong announced that as a result of recruiting a global satellite center for 'Busan-style workation activation', 'La Valse Hotel Orchestra Lounge' located in Yeongdo-gu, Busan was finally selected and will begin operation in March.
Unlike the previous global satellite center, which was only available from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, this one is open 24 hours a day, allowing workation participants to utilize the workspace without being restricted by time. As a result, the participants’ work efficiency is expected to increase further.
In particular, for global participants, it seems that a more flexible work environment can be created as they will be able to freely use the work space without time differences.
This 24-hour global satellite center operation is the result of feedback from participants in the global workation pilot project in September 2024, and more systematic preparations have been made for global participants in 2025. Through this, various customized support has been strengthened so that overseas participants can work more smoothly in Busan.
Busan Changgyeong CEO Yongwoo Kim said, “We expect that through the establishment of this global satellite center, Busan will be able to provide a more attractive work environment for domestic and international workation participants,” and added, “We will continue to expand our infrastructure in cooperation with various domestic and international companies and organizations.”
This pilot operation will run until June 30, and a comprehensive review of the operational performance and feedback from participants will be conducted to establish a plan for extending the project period and continuing operation.
Busan Changgyeong plans to increase the utilization of workation through the operation of this 24-hour satellite center and support global talents to more smoothly combine work and leisure in Busan.

釜山創造経済革新センター（代表取締役キム・ヨンウ、以下、釜山昌慶）は７日、ラバルスホテルと釜山型ウォークアップ活性化事業グローバル衛星センター業務協約を締結したと明らかにした。
ワークサテライトセンターは、参加者が自由に業務を行うことができるように設けられたコラボレーションスペースで、様々な業務支援施設と便宜サービスを提供する。特に、遠隔勤務者と企業が生産性を維持しながらも新しい環境で働けるように造成されたのが特徴だ。
釜山型ウォーク活性化事業は、釜山外地域の企業在職者が釜山で業務と休息を並行できるよう支援するプログラムである。釜山昌慶はこれを通じて国内外の遠隔勤務者の生産性を高め、企業が柔軟な勤務文化を導入できるように多様なインフラと支援策を設けている。
この事業の一環として釜山昌慶は「釜山型ウォーケーション活性化」のためのグローバル衛星センターを募集した結果、釜山永道区に位置する「ラバルスホテルオーケストララウンジ」が最終選定され、3月から運営を開始すると明らかにした。
今回のグローバル衛星センターは、既存の平日午前9時から午後6時までのみ利用可能だったのとは異なり、24時間体制で運営され、ワーク参加者が時間にこだわらず作業スペースを活用できるようにした。これにより、参加者の業務効率性がさらに向上することが期待される。
特にグローバル参加者の場合、時差に制限なく自由に業務空間を利用することができ、より柔軟な勤務環境を造成できるものと見られる。

今回の試験運営は6月30日まで行われ、運営成果と参加者のフィードバックを総合的に検討し、事業期間の延長及び持続的な運営方案を設ける予定だ。
釜山昌慶は今回の24時間衛星センターの運営を通じてウォーケーションの活用度を高め、グローバル人材がよりスムーズに釜山で業務と休息を並行できるように支援する計画だ。

釜山创造经济革新中心（代表金龙宇，以下简称釜山创造经济） 7日表示，与拉瓦尔酒店及釜山式工作空间活化项目全球卫星中心签署了业务协议。
Workation卫星中心是参与者可以自由工作的协作空间，并提供各种工作支持设施和便利服务。具体来说，它的设计旨在让远程工作者和企业在新的环境中工作，同时保持生产力。
釜山式工作假期激活项目是支持釜山市外企业员工在釜山兼顾工作和休闲的计划。釜山昌庆市正在为此准备各种基础设施和支持措施，以提高国内外远程工作者的生产力，并使企业能够引入灵活的工作文化。

Le Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé Busan Creative Economy) a annoncé le 7 avoir signé un accord commercial avec l'hôtel Laval et le centre satellite mondial du projet d'activation de poste de travail de style Busan.
Le Workation Satellite Center est un espace collaboratif où les participants peuvent travailler librement et propose diverses installations de soutien au travail et des services pratiques. Il est notamment conçu pour permettre aux travailleurs et aux entreprises à distance de travailler dans de nouveaux environnements tout en maintenant leur productivité.
Le projet d'activation du travail de type Busan est un programme qui aide les employés d'entreprises situées en dehors de Busan à combiner travail et loisirs à Busan. Grâce à cela, Busan Changgyeong prépare diverses infrastructures et mesures de soutien pour augmenter la productivité des travailleurs à distance dans le pays et à l'étranger et pour permettre aux entreprises d'introduire une culture de travail flexible.
Dans le cadre de ce projet, Busan Changgyeong a annoncé qu'à la suite du recrutement d'un centre satellite mondial pour « l'activation du lieu de travail de style Busan », « La Valse Hotel Orchestra Lounge » situé à Yeongdo-gu, Busan a finalement été sélectionné et commencera à fonctionner en mars.
Contrairement au centre satellite mondial précédent, qui n'était disponible que de 9h à 18h en semaine, ce centre fonctionne 24 heures sur 24, ce qui permet aux participants au workation d'utiliser l'espace de travail sans être limités par le temps. En conséquence, on s’attend à ce que l’efficacité du travail des participants s’améliore encore.
En particulier, pour les participants mondiaux, il semble qu’un environnement de travail plus flexible puisse être créé car ils pourront utiliser librement l’espace de travail sans décalage horaire.
Ce fonctionnement du centre satellite mondial 24 heures sur 24 est le résultat des commentaires des participants au projet pilote Global Workation en septembre 2024, et des préparatifs plus systématiques ont été effectués pour les participants mondiaux en 2025. Grâce à cela, divers soutiens personnalisés ont été renforcés pour permettre aux participants étrangers de mener à bien leur travail plus facilement à Busan.
Le PDG de Busan Changgyeong, Yongwoo Kim, a déclaré : « Nous espérons que grâce à la création de ce centre satellite mondial, Busan sera en mesure de fournir un environnement de travail plus attrayant aux participants nationaux et internationaux aux stages de travail », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à étendre notre infrastructure en coopération avec diverses entreprises et organisations nationales et internationales. »
Cette opération pilote se déroulera jusqu’au 30 juin et un examen complet des performances opérationnelles et des commentaires des participants sera effectué afin d’établir un plan visant à prolonger la période du projet et à poursuivre l’exploitation.
Busan Changgyeong prévoit d'augmenter l'utilisation du travail grâce à l'exploitation de ce centre satellite ouvert 24 heures sur 24 et d'aider les talents mondiaux à combiner plus harmonieusement travail et loisirs à Busan.
