법무법인 대륜이 이화여자대학교 법학전문대학원(로스쿨)과 글로벌 법조인 양성을 위한 MOU를 체결했다고 3일 밝혔다.
2일 이화여대 법학관에서 열린 체결식에는 대륜의 김국일 경영총괄대표, 이예섬 이사변호사, 이화여대 로스쿨 김현철 원장, 김병선 교무부원장, 정인경 학생부원장, 임재혁 기획평가부장 등이 참여한 가운데 진행됐다.
1950년 법정대학 법학과, 1996년 법과대학을 거쳐 2009년에 개원한 이화여대 로스쿨은 국내 최고의 여성 법조인들을 대거 배출해온 유서 깊은 교육기관이다. 이화여대 로스쿨은 한국 최초의 여성 변호사, 헌법재판관, 법제처장 등을 탄생시키며 법조계를 선도해왔다. 또, 지난해 신임 재판연구원과 검사 임용에서 전국 25개 로스쿨 가운데 1위를 차지하기도 했다.
대륜은 지난해 로펌업계 매출액 기준 9위를 기록하며 국내 법률시장 최단기 10대 로펌에 등극했다. 이는 기업, 조세, 의료 등 각 분야 전문 그룹을 구축하고, 분야별 특성에 맞는 전문가를 꾸준히 영입한 덕분이다. 특히 일본 도쿄, 미국 뉴욕 진출에 박차를 가하며 글로벌 시장 공략에도 나서고 있다. 이뿐만 아니라 대륜은 사회적 책임 실천의 일환으로 지난 2월 공익 사단법인 ‘인연법’을 설립하고, 본격적인 활동에 나서기도 했다.
이번 협약은 글로벌 청년·예비 법조인을 육성해 국제 경쟁력을 높이고자 추진됐다. 양사는 이번 협약을 통해 ▲국내외 법률시장 분석 연구 ▲국제법무 이론 및 실무 강의 ▲글로벌 법조인 양성을 위한 교육·세미나 추진에 대해 상호 협력할 예정이다.
특히 대륜은 매년 실습생을 선발해 실무수습 기회를 제공하는 특전도 제공할 방침이다. 이를 통해 이화여대 로스쿨생들은 실제 법률현장의 경험을 쌓을 수 있을 것으로 전망된다.
이화여대 로스쿨 김현철 원장은 “더 많은 학생들에게 좋은 기회를 열어주고자 이번 협약을 맺게 됐다. 향후 ‘인재 박람회’를 개최할 예정인데 양사가 함께 글로벌 비전과 방향 등을 소개하는 자리가 됐으면 좋겠다”며 “글로벌 법조인 양성을 위해 다양한 실무 경험이 필요한데, 해외 진출에 한창인 로펌 대륜이 큰 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 생각한다. 앞으로도 교류를 통해 학생들이 다양한 배움과 경험을 쌓을 수 있었으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.
아울러 김 원장은 “대륜이 설립한 사단법인 ‘인연법’의 회원으로 참여해 교육과 공익의 가치를 함께 실현하고 싶다”고 덧붙였다.
대륜 김국일 대표는 “법조인 배출의 명문으로 명성이 자자한 이화여대와 협력할 수 있어 기쁘다”며 “매년 우수한 학생을 뽑아 해외 법률시장에 대한 견문을 넓힐 수 있도록 도울 예정”이라고 밝혔다. 그러면서 “현재 일본, 미국 등 해외 진출은 물론 해외법 전문변호사 등 인력 영입에 한창이다. 최대한 도울 수 있는 부분에 지원을 아끼지 않을 예정이다”고 전했다.

Daeryun Law Firm announced on the 3rd that it signed an MOU with Ewha Womans University Law School (Law School) to foster global legal professionals.

Ewha Womans University Law School, which opened in 2009 after the Law School of the College of Law in 1950 and the Law School in 1996, is a long-standing educational institution that has produced many of the best female lawyers in Korea. Ewha Womans University Law School has led the legal profession by producing the first female lawyer, Constitutional Court Justice, and Minister of Legislation in Korea. In addition, it ranked first among 25 law schools nationwide in the appointment of new judicial researchers and prosecutors last year.
Daeryun ranked 9th in terms of sales in the law firm industry last year, and rose to the top 10 law firms in the domestic legal market in the shortest time possible. This is thanks to the establishment of specialized groups in each field, such as corporate, tax, and medical, and the continuous recruitment of experts who fit the characteristics of each field. In particular, it is accelerating its advance into Tokyo, Japan and New York, USA, and is also advancing into the global market. In addition, as part of its social responsibility, Daeryun established the public interest corporation 'Inyeon Law' in February and began full-scale activities.
This agreement was promoted to foster global youth and prospective legal professionals and enhance international competitiveness. In particular, Daeryun plans to provide special benefits by selecting interns every year and providing them with opportunities for practical training. Through this, Ewha Womans University Law School students are expected to be able to gain experience in the actual legal field.
Ewha Womans University Law School Dean Kim Hyun-chul said, “We signed this agreement to provide more students with great opportunities. We plan to hold a ‘talent fair’ in the future, and I hope that this will be a place where both companies can introduce their global visions and directions.” He added, “In order to foster global lawyers, we need diverse practical experience, and I think that Daeryun Law Firm, which is actively expanding overseas, will be able to provide great help. I hope that students will be able to learn and gain diverse experiences through future exchanges.”
In addition, President Kim added, “I would like to participate as a member of ‘Inyeonbeop,’ a non-profit organization established by Daeryun, and realize the values of education and public interest together.”

法務法人大輪・梨花女子大学ロースクール、グローバル法曹である養成
法務法人大輪が梨花女子大学法学専門大学院(ロスクール)とグローバル法曹である養成のためのMOUを締結したと3日明らかにした。
2日、梨花女子大学法学館で開かれた締結式には、大輪の金国日経営総括代表、イ・イェ島理事弁護士、梨花女子大学ロースクールキム・ヒョンチョル院長、キム・ビョンソン教務部院長、チョン・インギョン学生部院長、イム・ジェヒョク企画評価部長などが参加した中で行われた。
1950年法廷大学法学科、1996年法科大学を経て2009年に開院した梨花女子大学ロースクールは、国内最高の女性法曹人を大挙排出してきた歴史的な教育機関だ。梨花女子大学ロースクールは韓国初の女性弁護士、憲法裁判官、法制処長などを誕生させ、法曹界をリードしてきた。また、昨年、新任裁判研究院と検査任用で全国25のロースクールの中で1位を占めた。
大輪は昨年、ローファーム業界の売上高基準で9位を記録し、国内法律市場最短期10代のローファームに登場した。これは企業、租税、医療など各分野専門グループを構築し、分野別特性に合った専門家を着実に迎え入れたおかげだ。特に日本東京、米国ニューヨーク進出に拍車をかけ、グローバル市場攻略にも乗り出している。これだけでなく、大輪は社会的責任実践の一環として、2月に公益社団法人「縁法」を設立し、本格的な活動に乗り出した。
今回の条約はグローバル青年・予備法曹人を育成し、国際競争力を高めようと推進された。両社は今回の協約を通じて▲国内外の法律市場分析研究▲国際法務理論及び実務講義▲グローバル法曹である養成のための教育・セミナー推進について相互協力する予定だ。
特に大輪は毎年実習生を選抜して実務収拾機会を提供する特典も提供する方針だ。これにより梨花女子大学ロースクール生は実際の法律現場の経験を積むことができると見込まれる。
梨花女子大学ロースクールキム・ヒョンチョル院長は「より多くの学生たちに良い機会を開いてあげようと今回の協約を結ぶことになった。今後'人材博覧会'を開催する予定なのに両社が共にグローバルビジョンと方向などを紹介する席になればいい」と「グローバル法曹であるを与えることができるだろうと思う。これからも交流を通じて学生たちが多様な学びと経験を積むことができたらいい」と話した。
また、金院長は「大輪が設立した社団法人「縁法」の会員として参加し、教育と公益の価値を共に実現したい」と付け加えた。
大輪キム・グクイル代表は「法曹人排出の名門で名声が自慢の梨花女子大学と協力できてうれしい」とし「毎年優秀な学生を抜いて海外法律市場に対する見聞を広げるように助ける予定」と明らかにした。それとともに「現在、日本、米国など海外進出はもちろん、海外法専門弁護士など人材の迎え入れに真っ最中だ。最大限助けられる部分に支援を惜しまない予定だ」と伝えた。

大运律师事务所与梨花女子大学法学院携手培养国际律师
大运律师事务所3日宣布，与梨花女子大学法学院（法学院）签署了培养全球法律专业人才的谅解备忘录。
2日，大运会代表金国一、李艺燮律师、梨花女子大学法学院院长金贤哲、教务副院长金炳善、学生事务副院长郑仁京、企划评估室长林在赫出席了签字仪式。
梨花女子大学法学院于1950年设立法学院法学系，1996年设立法学院，并于2009年正式成立，是一所培养了众多韩国优秀女律师的历史悠久的教育机构。梨花女子大学法学院培养了韩国第一位女律师、宪法法院法官和政府立法部长，引领了法律界的发展。此外，去年，该校在聘用新的司法研究人员和检察官方面在全国25所法学院中排名第一。
大运所去年在律所行业销售额排名第九，以最短时间跻身国内法律市场前十律所。这得益于公司在企业、税务、医疗等各个领域都设立了专业小组，并不断招募适合各个领域特点的专家。特别是，他们正进军日本东京和美国纽约，向全球市场迈进。此外，作为社会责任的一部分，大运于2月成立了公益法人“仁延法”，开始正式开展活动。

Le cabinet d'avocats Daeryun a annoncé le 3 qu'il avait signé un protocole d'accord avec la faculté de droit de l'université Ewha Womans (faculté de droit) pour encourager les professionnels du droit à l'échelle mondiale.
La cérémonie de signature qui s'est tenue le 2 à la faculté de droit de l'Université pour femmes d'Ewha a été suivie par le PDG de Daeryun, Kim Guk-il, le directeur général, l'avocat Lee Ye-seom, le doyen de la faculté de droit de l'Université pour femmes d'Ewha, Kim Hyeon-cheol, le vice-doyen aux affaires académiques, Kim Byeong-seon, le vice-doyen aux affaires étudiantes, Jeong In-gyeong, et le directeur de la planification et de l'évaluation, Lim Jae-hyeok.
La faculté de droit de l'université féminine d'Ewha, ouverte en 2009 après la création du département de droit de la faculté de droit en 1950 et de la faculté de droit en 1996, est un établissement d'enseignement historique qui a produit bon nombre des meilleures avocates de Corée. La faculté de droit de l'université féminine d'Ewha a été un pionnier dans la profession juridique en formant la première femme avocate de Corée, juge à la Cour constitutionnelle et ministre de la législation gouvernementale. Kim Hyun-chul, doyenne de la faculté de droit de l'Université féminine Ewha, a déclaré : « Nous avons signé cet accord pour offrir d'excellentes opportunités à davantage d'étudiants.
