전문의약품 생산 기업 제론셀베인은 브라질 미용분야 선도기업 ‘스카이덤(SkyDerm)’과 의약품 및 화장품 유통을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 7일 밝혔다.
제론셀베인은 앞서 튀르키예, 미국, 베트남 시장에도 잇따라 진출하면서 글로벌 사업 영역을 넓히고 있어 브라질 시장에서도 K-뷰티를 대표하는 제품으로 자리잡을 계획이다.
이번 협약을 통해 제론셀베인은 의약품 ‘셀베인주’ 및 화장품 ‘셀베인 코스메틱’, ‘셀베인 스킨부스터’를 브라질 시장에 유통할 예정이다. 업무 협약을 맺은 ‘스카이덤’은 브라질 및 라틴 아메리카에서 화장품과 헬스케어 제품을 수입·유통하는 기업으로 브라질 시장에 진출하는 브랜드를 위한 허브로 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.
브라질 개인 위생용품, 향수 및 화장품 산업 협회에 따르면 브라질은 세계 뷰티 제품 2위 생산국이자 4위 소비국으로 뷰티 제품 산업이 높은 성장을 이어갈 것으로 전망돼 ‘스카이덤’과의 협약으로 마케팅 및 세일즈가 가속화될 것으로 보인다.
김덕규 제론셀베인 대표는 “자사의 주력 제품이 해외 시장 공략에 탄력이 붙고 있다”며 “기존 제품 뿐만 아니라 신제품 출시를 통한 제품군 확대가 시장 경쟁력 강화에 힘을 보탤 수 있을 것으로 보인다”고 전했다.
이어, “다양한 신제품 출시 전략에 속도를 내고 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있도록 마케팅 전략 및 유통 채널을 확대해 추가적인 성장동력을 확보할 계획이다”며 “제론셀베인의 차별화된 기술을 바탕으로 글로벌 시장에서 긍정적인 성과를 낼 수 있도록 노력할 것”이라고 덧붙였다.

Jeronselbein and Skydom Sign Business Agreement
Geroncelvein , a specialized pharmaceutical manufacturing company, announced on the 7th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with SkyDerm, a leading Brazilian beauty company, for the distribution of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
Geronselbein has been expanding its global business by entering the Turkish, American, and Vietnamese markets, and plans to establish itself as a representative K-beauty product in the Brazilian market as well.
Through this agreement, Geroncelvein will distribute the pharmaceutical product ‘Selbane Injection’ and the cosmetics ‘Selbane Cosmetic’ and ‘Selbane Skin Booster’ in the Brazilian market. Skyderm, which signed the business agreement, is a company that imports and distributes cosmetics and healthcare products in Brazil and Latin America, and is expected to play a key role as a hub for brands entering the Brazilian market.
According to the Brazilian Personal Care, Perfume and Cosmetics Industry Association, Brazil is the world's second largest producer and fourth largest consumer of beauty products, and the beauty product industry is expected to continue its high growth, so the agreement with 'Skyderm' is expected to accelerate marketing and sales.
Kim Deok-gyu, CEO of Jeroncellbein, said, “Our main products are gaining momentum in advancing into overseas markets,” and “Expanding our product line by launching new products as well as existing products is expected to help strengthen our market competitiveness.”

今回の条約を通じてジェロン・セルベインは医薬品「セルベイン株」および化粧品「セルベインコスメティック」、「セルベインスキンブースター」をブラジル市場に流通する予定だ。業務条約を結んだ「スカイダム」は、ブラジルおよびラテンアメリカから化粧品とヘルスケア製品を輸入・流通する企業で、ブラジル市場に進出するブランドのためのハブとして核心的な役割を果たすものと期待される。
ブラジルの個人衛生用品、香水および化粧品産業協会によると、ブラジルは世界の美容製品2位生産国であり、4位の消費国で美容製品産業が高い成長を続けるものと見込まれ、「スカイダム」との協約でマーケティングやセールスが加速するものと見られる。

続いて、「多様な新製品の発売戦略にスピードをあげ、グローバル市場で競争力を持てるようにマーケティング戦略や流通チャネルを拡大して追加的な成長動力を確保する計画だ」とし「ジェロン・セルベーンの差別化された技術をもとに、グローバル市場で肯定的な成果を出すことができるように努力する」と付け加えた。
