기업용 솔루션 전문 기업 영림원소프트랩이 선박용 전선 제조 전문기업 티엠씨와 함께 시스템 통합 및 원가시스템 구축을 목표로 한 시스템 구축 프로젝트를 본격적으로 착수했다고 8일 밝혔다.
이번 프로젝트는 이전에 진행된 프로세스 혁신(PI, Process Innovation) 프로젝트의 성공적인 완료를 기반으로, 실제 업무 프로세스에 최적화된 시스템을 구현하는 것을 목표로 한다. 티엠씨는 선박용 전선 산업에서 글로벌 리더로 자리매김하고 있으며, 새로운 성장동력을 마련하고 내재적 시스템 요구를 충족하기 위해 시스템 통합의 필요성을 절실히 인식해왔다. 이에 따라 지난해 PI 프로젝트를 통해 전사 업무 프로세스를 다각도로 분석하고 혁신 과제를 도출한 후, 이를 기반으로 이번 시스템 구축 프로젝트를 추진하게 됐다.
PI 단계에서는 표준화된 TO-BE 프로세스 도입, 마스터 데이터 정비 및 구축, PI 과제 개선결과 연계한 시스템 구축, 연계 시스템 간 통합 연계방안 구축, 그리고 사전/사후 원가시스템 구축 등이 중점 과제로 도출되었다. 영림원소프트랩은 다양한 제조업 분야에서 풍부한 프로젝트 경험과 검증된 시스템 구축 역량을 바탕으로 티엠씨의 디지털 전환을 지원한다. 특히, 프로젝트 초기 단계에서 면밀한 요구사항 분석을 통해 전사적 자원관리(ERP), 제조 실행 시스템(MES), 제품 데이터 관리(PDM) 시스템의 통합을 통해 중견기업에 적합한 솔루션을 제공할 예정이다.

Yeonglimwon Softlab and TMC Start Next-Generation Integrated ERP Construction Project
Younglimwon Softlab, a company specializing in enterprise solutions, announced on the 8th that it has begun a full-scale system construction project with TMC, a company specializing in the manufacturing of ship cables, with the goal of system integration and cost system construction.
