ICT 전문기업 유큐브(대표 김정범)가 소방청(청장 허석곤)의 ’119종합상황실 통합·이전 정보통신기반 구축 사업’을 성공적으로 완료하며 재난·안전 분야 ICT 선도 기업으로서의 위상을 다시 한 번 입증했다.
해당 사업은 총 147억 원 규모의 대형 ICT 프로젝트로, 소방청 119종합상황실의 노후화된 정보통신자원을 증설·교체하고, 전국 출동 상황을 통합 관제할 수 있는 업무 시스템을 새롭게 구축하는 프로젝트다. 특히 업무 중단 없이 상황실을 통합·이전하는 체계를 마련함으로써 소방청 컨트롤타워의 기능이 한층 강화됐으며, 재난 대응의 신속성과 효율성을 높일 수 있게 됐다.
119종합상황실은 119 신고 접수, 출동 지령, 현장 상황 모니터링 등 국민의 안전과 직결된 핵심 업무를 수행하는 공간으로, 디지털 전환(DX)이 필수적이다.
유큐브는 이번 사업에서 업무 공간을 효율적으로 재구성하고, 안정성·확장성·효율성을 고루 갖춘 최적의 상황실 환경을 구현했다. 이를 위해 서버, 네트워크, IP 교환기 등 노후 장비를 전면 교체하고, 실시간 통합 모니터링이 가능한 상황판도 새롭게 도입해 현장 상황 인지 및 대응 역량을 한층 강화했다.
이러한 사업 성과를 인정받아, 유큐브는 지난 3월 소방청장으로부터 감사패를 수여받았다.
유큐브 김정범 대표는 “이번 소방청 사업을 성공적으로 마무리하고 감사패까지 수여받은 것은 공공 ICT 분야에서 유큐브의 신뢰도와 기술 역량을 다시 한번 입증한 것”이라며 “앞으로도 공공의 안전과 디지털 혁신을 이끄는 ICT 파트너로서 역할을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편 유큐브는 지난해 소방청 사업을 포함 ▲한국지역정보개발원의 ‘2024년 재난안전정보시스템 구축’ ▲한국지능정보사회진흥원의 ‘클라우드 네이티브 전환 사업(행정안전부 긴급신고 통합시스템)’ 등 총 337억 원 규모로 재난·안전 분야 사업을 잇달아 수주하며 탁월한 기술력과 사업 수행 역량을 지속적으로 입증하고 있다.

YouTube, Fire Department '119 Comprehensive Situation Room Integration and Relocation Project' Completed
ICT specialist company Ucube (CEO Kim Jeong-beom) successfully completed the '119 Comprehensive Situation Room Integration and Relocation Information and Communication Infrastructure Construction Project' of the National Fire Agency (Commissioner Heo Seok-gon) , once again proving its status as a leading ICT company in the disaster and safety sector.
This project is a large-scale ICT project worth a total of 14.7 billion won, which will expand and replace the outdated information and communication resources of the Fire Department's 119 Integrated Situation Room and establish a new business system that can comprehensively control nationwide dispatch situations. In particular, by establishing a system to integrate and relocate the situation room without interrupting work, the function of the Fire Department's control tower has been greatly strengthened, and the speed and efficiency of disaster response have been improved.
The 119 Integrated Situation Room is a space that performs core tasks directly related to the safety of the people, such as receiving 119 reports, issuing dispatch orders, and monitoring on-site situations, so digital transformation (DX) is essential.
In this project, U-Cube efficiently reconstructed the workspace and implemented an optimal situation room environment with stability, expandability, and efficiency. To this end, it completely replaced old equipment such as servers, networks, and IP switches, and introduced a new situation board that enables real-time integrated monitoring, thereby further strengthening on-site situation awareness and response capabilities.
In recognition of these business achievements, Youcube received a plaque of appreciation from the Fire Department Commissioner in March.

Meanwhile, U-Cube has been continuously proving its outstanding technological prowess and business execution capabilities by winning a series of disaster and safety projects worth a total of 33.7 billion won, including the National Fire Agency project last year, the Korea Regional Information Development Institute's '2024 Disaster and Safety Information System Construction', and the Korea Intelligence Information Society Promotion Agency's 'Cloud Native Conversion Project (Ministry of the Interior and Safety's Integrated Emergency Reporting System)'.

このような事業成果を認められ、ユキューブは去る3月消防庁長から感謝牌を授与された。
ユキューブのキム・ジョンボム代表は「今回の消防庁事業を成功的に終えて感謝牌まで授与されたのは公共ICT分野でユキューブの信頼度と技術力量をもう一度立証したもの」とし「今後も公共の安全とデジタル革新を導くICTパートナーとして役割を果たす」と明らかにした。
一方、ユキューブは昨年消防庁事業を含む▲韓国地域情報開発院の「2024年災害安全情報システム構築」▲韓国知能情報社会振興院の「クラウドネイティブ転換事業（行政安全部緊急届出統合システム）を継続的に立証している。

为了表彰这些商业成就，Youcube 于三月份获得了消防局局长的感谢牌匾。

La société spécialisée en TIC Ucube (PDG Kim Jeong-beom) a achevé avec succès le « Projet de construction d'infrastructures d'information et de communication pour l'intégration et la relocalisation des salles de situation complètes 119 » de l'Agence nationale des incendies (Commissaire Heo Seok-gon) , prouvant une fois de plus son statut de société TIC leader dans le secteur des catastrophes et de la sécurité.
Ce projet est un projet TIC à grande échelle d’une valeur totale de 14,7 milliards de wons. Il s'agit d'un projet visant à étendre et à remplacer les ressources d'information et de communication vieillissantes de la salle de situation intégrée 119 de l'Agence nationale des incendies et à établir un nouveau système commercial capable de contrôler de manière intégrée les situations de répartition à l'échelle nationale. En particulier, en établissant un système permettant d'intégrer et de relocaliser les salles de situation sans interruption de travail, la fonction de la tour de contrôle des pompiers a été considérablement renforcée et la rapidité et l'efficacité de la réponse aux catastrophes peuvent être augmentées.
La salle de situation intégrée 119 est un espace qui exécute des tâches essentielles directement liées à la sécurité des personnes, telles que la réception des rapports 119, l'émission d'ordres de répartition et la surveillance des situations sur site. La transformation numérique (DX) est donc essentielle.
Dans ce projet, U-Cube a reconstruit efficacement l'espace de travail et mis en œuvre un environnement de salle de situation optimal avec stabilité, évolutivité et efficacité. À cette fin, nous avons entièrement remplacé les équipements obsolètes tels que les serveurs, les réseaux et les commutateurs IP, et introduit un nouveau tableau de situation capable d'une surveillance intégrée en temps réel pour renforcer davantage nos capacités de connaissance de la situation sur site et de réponse.
En reconnaissance de ces réalisations commerciales, Youcube a reçu une plaque d’appréciation du commissaire des pompiers en mars.

Entre-temps, U-Cube a continuellement prouvé ses prouesses technologiques exceptionnelles et ses capacités d'exécution commerciale en remportant une série de projets de sécurité et de gestion des catastrophes d'une valeur totale de 33,7 milliards de wons, notamment le projet de l'Agence nationale des incendies l'année dernière, le « 2024 Disaster and Safety Information System Construction » de l'Institut coréen de développement de l'information régionale et le « Cloud Native Conversion Project (Ministry of the Interior and Safety's Integrated Emergency Reporting System) » de l'Agence coréenne de promotion de la société de l'information et du renseignement.
