상업용 부동산 플랫폼 기업 알스퀘어의 베트남 법인 알스퀘어베트남이 대우건설의 베트남 신도시 개발 사업인 스타레이크 프로젝트 내 ‘B3CC1 인테리어 수장공사’를 수주했다.
알스퀘어는 15일, 이번 프로젝트 수주는 베트남 현지에서 인테리어 조직을 구축한 지 1년 만에 이뤄진 성과로, 현지 시공 역량을 공식적으로 인정받은 사례라고 밝혔다. 이번 수주는 알스퀘어베트남이 베트남 시장에서 본격적인 인테리어 사업 확장의 기틀을 마련하는 계기로 평가된다.
알스퀘어는 2021년 베트남에 진출한 이후, 국내외 기업을 대상으로 사무실, 공장, 창고 등 상업용 부동산 이전 컨설팅 및 중개 서비스를 제공해왔다. 2023년부터는 인테리어 서비스를 본격적으로 시작하며, 법인 설립과 사무실 임차, 인테리어 시공을 아우르는 원스톱 서비스를 구축해 베트남 내 입지를 확대하고 있다.
알스퀘어베트남은 2022년에도 스타레이크시티 복합 개발 사업(H1HH1)에 참여한 바 있다. 당시에는 대우건설, 교보증권, 제이알투자운용, 유진투자증권, 삼구INC, 우미글로벌 등과 함께 베트남 부동산 개발 지분 투자를 위한 펀드에 공동 참여했다.
신지민 알스퀘어베트남 법인장은 “이번 수주는 베트남 법인이 한 단계 도약할 수 있는 전환점”이라며 “첫 대형 프로젝트를 책임감 있게 수행해 지속적인 수주 확대를 이끌어 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Alsquare Vietnam wins order for 'B3CC1 Interior Finishing Project'
Rsquare Vietnam, the Vietnamese subsidiary of commercial real estate platform company Rsquare, has won a contract for the 'B3CC1 Interior Finishing Work' in Daewoo Construction's Star Lake Project, a new city development project in Vietnam.
Alsquare announced on the 15th that this project order was an achievement made just one year after establishing an interior organization in Vietnam, and that it was an example of official recognition of local construction capabilities. This order is evaluated as an opportunity for Alsquare Vietnam to lay the foundation for full-scale expansion of its interior business in the Vietnamese market.
Since entering Vietnam in 2021, Alsquare has been providing consulting and brokerage services for the relocation of commercial real estate such as offices, factories, and warehouses to domestic and foreign companies. Starting in 2023, it will begin interior services in earnest, and is expanding its presence in Vietnam by establishing a one-stop service encompassing corporate establishment, office leasing, and interior construction.
Alsquare Vietnam also participated in the Star Lake City complex development project (H1HH1) in 2022. At that time, it jointly participated in a fund for investment in Vietnamese real estate development along with Daewoo Construction, Kyobo Securities, JR Investment Management, Eugene Investment & Securities, Samkoo Inc., and Woomi Global.
Shin Ji-min, CEO of Alsquare Vietnam, said, “This order is a turning point that will allow the Vietnam branch to take a leap forward,” and added, “We will responsibly carry out our first large-scale project and continue to expand our orders.”

商業用不動産プラットフォーム企業アルスクエアのベトナム法人アルスクエアベトナムが大宇建設のベトナム新都市開発事業であるスターレイクプロジェクト内「B3CC1インテリア収蔵工事」を受注した。
アルスクエアは15日、今回のプロジェクト受注はベトナム現地でインテリア組織を構築してから1年ぶりに成し遂げられた成果で、現地施工能力を公式に認められた事例だと明らかにした。今回の受注は、アルスクエアベトナムがベトナム市場で本格的なインテリア事業拡張の基盤を設けるきっかけと評価される。
アルスクエアは2021年にベトナムに進出して以来、国内外企業を対象にオフィス、工場、倉庫など商業用不動産移転コンサルティングおよび仲介サービスを提供してきた。 2023年からはインテリアサービスを本格的に開始し、法人設立とオフィス賃借、インテリア施工を合わせるワンストップサービスを構築し、ベトナム内の立地を拡大している。
アルスクエアベトナムは2022年にもスターレイクシティ複合開発事業（H1HH1）に参加した。当時は大宇建設、京保証券、ジェイアル投資運用、ユジン投資証券、サムグINC、ウミグローバルなどとともにベトナム不動産開発持分投資のためのファンドに共同参加した。
シン・ジミンアルスクエアベトナム法人長は「今回の受注はベトナム法人が一段階跳躍できる転換点」とし「初の大型プロジェクトを責任感を持って遂行し、持続的な受注拡大を導いていく」と明らかにした。

商业房地产平台公司 Rsquare 的越南子公司 Rsquare Vietnam 赢得了大宇建设越南新城市开发项目星湖项目的“B3CC1 室内装修工程”合同。
Alsquare公司15日表示，赢得该项目订单是其在越南成立室内装饰公司仅一年后取得的成就，也是官方对当地建筑能力认可的例证。此次订单被视为Alsquare Vietnam在越南市场全面拓展室内装饰业务奠定基础的机遇。
Alsquare自2021年进入越南以来，一直为国内外公司提供办公室、工厂、仓库等商业地产搬迁的咨询和经纪服务。从2023年开始，我们将正式开展室内装饰服务，并通过建立包括公司设立、办公室租赁和室内装饰施工的一站式服务来扩大我们在越南的业务。
Alsquare Vietnam 还于 2022 年参与了星湖城混合用途开发项目 (H1HH1)。当时，我们与大宇建设、教保证券、JR Investment Management、Eugene Investment & Securities、Samkoo Inc. 和 Woomi Global 共同参与了投资越南房地产开发的基金。

Alsquare Vietnam remporte une commande pour le « Projet de finition intérieure B3CC1 »
Rsquare Vietnam, la filiale vietnamienne de la société de plateforme immobilière commerciale Rsquare, a remporté un contrat pour les « travaux de finition intérieure B3CC1 » dans le cadre du projet Star Lake de Daewoo Construction, un nouveau projet de développement urbain au Vietnam.
Alsquare a annoncé le 15 que l'obtention de ce contrat était une réussite réalisée un an seulement après la création d'une organisation intérieure au Vietnam, et constituait un exemple de reconnaissance officielle des capacités de construction locales. Cette commande est considérée comme une opportunité pour Alsquare Vietnam de jeter les bases d'une expansion à grande échelle de ses activités d'intérieur sur le marché vietnamien.
Depuis son entrée au Vietnam en 2021, Alsquare fournit des services de conseil et de courtage pour la relocalisation de biens immobiliers commerciaux tels que des bureaux, des usines et des entrepôts à des entreprises nationales et étrangères. À partir de 2023, nous commencerons sérieusement à fournir des services d'intérieur et à étendre notre présence au Vietnam en établissant un service à guichet unique englobant la constitution, la location de bureaux et la construction intérieure.
