경상남도와 (재)경남창조경제혁신센터가 경남지역을 비수도권 창업 선도지역으로 도약시키기 위한 ‘2025년 경남형 스타트업 액셀러레이팅 지원사업’을 본격 추진한다고 18일 밝혔다.
본 사업의 운영사로는 ㈜비티비벤처스가 선정됐다. 비티비벤처스는 미국, 유럽, 싱가포르 등 글로벌 스타트업 허브와의 폭넓은 네트워크를 보유하고 있으며 경남 스타트업의 글로벌 진출 및 스케일업을 위한 전문 역량을 갖춘 액셀러레이터로 평가받고 있다.
올해는 스타트업의 성장단계에 따라 지원 방식을 차별화한 ‘투 트랙 맞춤형 전략’을 도입한 것이 핵심이다. 업력 3년 미만의 초기 창업기업과, 업력 3년 이상 10년 미만의 도약기 스타트업으로 구분해 단계별 실효성 높은 지원체계를 갖췄다.
이를 통해 초기 단계 스타트업은 글로벌 진출을 위한 기반을 마련하고, 도약기 스타트업은 실제 투자 유치 및 해외 진출로 이어질 수 있도록 전 주기적 성장 지원이 이루어진다.
선정기업은 집중교육, 멘토링 및 컨설팅, IR(투자유치 발표) 트레이닝 및 자료작성 지원, 데모데이 및 오픈이노베이션 행사, 글로벌 투자자 연계 및 해외 전시회 참가 등 성장단계별 맞춤형 액셀러레이팅 프로그램에 참여할 수 있다. 또한, 우수 기업에는 운영사인 비티비벤처스를 통해 최대 3억 원의 직접 투자 및 후속 투자 연계 기회가 주어진다.
경남도와 경남창조경제혁신센터는 이번 사업을 통해 지역 창업 생태계의 질적 성장은 물론, 글로벌 유니콘으로 성장할 유망 스타트업의 조기 발굴과 육성을 기대하고 있다.
이번 사업의 참가모집은 4월 18일 부터 5월 8일까지이다. 참여를 희망하는 스타트업은 포스터 내 QR코드를 통해 온라인으로 간편하게 신청할 수 있다.

Gyeongnam Center, Recruiting Participating Companies for ‘Gyeongnam-type Startup Acceleration’
Gyeongsangnam- do and the Gyeongsangnam-do Creative Economy Innovation Center announced on the 18th that they will be fully promoting the '2025 Gyeongsangnam-do-type Startup Acceleration Support Project' to help the Gyeongsangnam-do region leap forward as a non-metropolitan area startup leading region.
BTB Ventures Co., Ltd. was selected as the operator of this project. BTB Ventures has a wide network with global startup hubs such as the US, Europe, and Singapore, and is evaluated as an accelerator with specialized capabilities for the global expansion and scale-up of Gyeongnam startups.
This year, the key point is the introduction of a 'two-track customized strategy' that differentiates support methods according to the growth stage of startups. It has a highly effective support system for each stage by dividing into early-stage startups with less than 3 years of operation and leap-stage startups with 3 to 10 years of operation.
Through this, early-stage startups can lay the foundation for global expansion, and startups in the takeoff stage can receive full-cycle growth support to attract actual investment and advance into overseas markets.
Selected companies can participate in customized acceleration programs for each stage of growth, including intensive training, mentoring and consulting, IR (investment attraction presentation) training and support for writing materials, demo days and open innovation events, global investor connections, and participation in overseas exhibitions. In addition, excellent companies will be given direct investment of up to 300 million won and opportunities for follow-up investment connections through the operating company, BTB Ventures.
Gyeongnam Province and the Gyeongnam Creative Economy Innovation Center expect that through this project, they will not only achieve qualitative growth in the local startup ecosystem, but also discover and foster promising startups that will grow into global unicorns.

これにより、初期段階のスタートアップはグローバル進出のための基盤を築き、ホッパースタートアップは実際の投資誘致と海外進出につながるように全周期的な成長支援がなされる。
