경기창조경제혁신센터(이하 경기혁신센터)가 주관한 ‘2025 창업-BuS 연합 IR’ 행사가 지난 4월 10일 개최됐다.
이번 행사는 중소벤처기업부의 대표 창업지원 프로그램인 ‘창업-BuS’의 첫 연합 IR 행사로, 경기혁신센터를 비롯해 경남·울산창조경제혁신센터가 공동 주관하고, 전국 14개 창조경제혁신센터가 협력했다. ‘Deep Tech Artificial Intelligence Conference’라는 타이틀로 열린 이번 행사는 200여 명의 창업 및 투자 관계자들이 참석해 열띤 분위기 속에서 진행됐다.
‘창업-BuS’는 중기부가 2024년 새롭게 출범시킨 프로그램으로, 중소벤처기업부에서 지역 창조경제혁신센터를 통해 유망 딥테크 창업기업을 발굴해서, 3개월 이내에 초기(시드) 투자를 유치, 6개월 이내에 TIPS 프로그램을 연계, 12개월 이내에 후속 투자 연계를 신속하게 지원하는 것을 목표로 시작됐다.
경기혁신센터는 AI·빅데이터·시스템반도체 등 첨단 분야 스타트업을 집중 발굴하고 있으며, 이번 IR 행사를 통해 AI 기술 기반 스타트업과 AI 글로벌 트랜드 및 벤처투자 생태계 간 교류 촉진에 초점을 맞췄다.
이번 IR 무대에는 전국 센터에서 추천한 36개 유망 딥테크 스타트업이 참가했으며, 그 중 AI 분야 특화 스타트업 8개사는 별도로 선정돼 핵심 기술과 사업모델을 피칭했다.
경기혁신센터 추천 기업 ‘케이엘큐브(KLcube)’는 청각장애인들의 원활한 소통이 가능하도록 AI수어 번역 서비스를 제공하는 기업으로 많은 투자사들의 관심을 받았다.
현장에는 효성벤처스, 신한벤처스, 현대기술투자 등 주요 VC 26곳이 참여해 직접 IR을 청취하고, 네트워킹을 진행해 구체적인 후속 투자 논의로 이어졌다.
피칭 외에도 글로벌 AI 산업 동향을 조망하는 특별 세션이 마련됐다.
오라클, 마이크로소프트(MS), 스톰벤처스 등 세계적인 기술 기업 및 VC가 참여해 ▲‘오라클이 보는 인공지능’ ▲‘AI 트렌드와 투자 방향성’ 등을 주제로 깊이 있는 강연을 전했다.
경기혁신센터는 “이번 IR 행사가 창업기업의 투자 유치 갈증을 해소하는 계기가 되길 바란다”며, “앞으로도 창업-BuS 프로그램을 통해 스타트업과 투자자, 지원기관이 상생할 수 있는 생태계를 구축해 나가겠다”고 전했다.

Gyeonggi Innovation Center, '2025 Startup-BuS Joint IR' held
The '2025 Startup-BuS Joint IR' event hosted by the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (hereinafter referred to as the Gyeonggi Innovation Center) was held on April 10.
This event is the first joint IR event of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' representative startup support program, 'Startup-BuS', and was co-hosted by Gyeonggi Innovation Center, Gyeongnam-Ulsan Creative Economy Innovation Center, and 14 Creative Economy Innovation Centers across the country collaborated. The event, held under the title of 'Deep Tech Artificial Intelligence Conference', was attended by about 200 startup and investment professionals and was held in a heated atmosphere.
'Startup-BuS' is a new program launched by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups in 2024. It started with the goal of discovering promising deep-tech startups through regional creative economy innovation centers through the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, attracting initial (seed) investment within 3 months, linking them to the TIPS program within 6 months, and quickly supporting follow-up investment linkage within 12 months.
The Gyeonggi Innovation Center is focusing on discovering startups in cutting-edge fields such as AI, big data, and system semiconductors, and through this IR event, it focused on promoting exchanges between AI technology-based startups and the AI global trend and venture investment ecosystem.
This IR stage was attended by 36 promising deep tech startups recommended by centers across the country, and among them, 8 startups specializing in AI were selected separately to pitch their core technologies and business models.
'KLcube', a company recommended by the Gyeonggi Innovation Center, is a company that provides AI sign language translation services to enable smooth communication for the hearing impaired, and has received attention from many investors.
26 major VCs, including Hyosung Ventures, Shinhan Ventures, and Hyundai Technology Investment, participated in the event to listen to IR directly and engage in networking, which led to discussions on specific follow-up investments.
In addition to pitching, a special session was held to look at global AI industry trends.
Global technology companies and VCs, including Oracle, Microsoft (MS), and Storm Ventures, participated and gave in-depth lectures on topics such as ▲'Oracle's View of Artificial Intelligence' and ▲'AI Trends and Investment Direction'.
The Gyeonggi Innovation Center said, “We hope that this IR event will serve as an opportunity to quench the thirst for investment for startups,” and added, “We will continue to build an ecosystem where startups, investors, and support organizations can coexist through the Startup-BuS program.”

今回のIR舞台には全国センターで推薦された36の有望ディープテックスタートアップが参加し、そのうちAI分野特化スタートアップ8社は別途に選定され、コア技術と事業モデルをピッチングした。
京畿イノベーションセンター推薦企業「KLcube」は、聴覚障害者の円滑なコミュニケーションが可能になるようにAIスー語翻訳サービスを提供する企業で、多くの投資会社の関心を受けた。
現場には暁星ベンチャーズ、新韓ベンチャーズ、現代技術投資など主要VC26カ所が参加して直接IRを聴取し、ネットワーキングを進行して具体的な後続投資議論につながった。
ピッチングの他にも、グローバルAI産業動向を眺める特別セッションが設けられた。
オラクル、マイクロソフト（ＭＳ）、ストームベンチャーズなど世界的な技術企業及びＶＣが参加し、「オラクルが見る人工知能」、「ＡＩトレンドと投資の方向性」などをテーマに深い講演を伝えた。
京畿イノベーションセンターは「今回のIR行事が創業企業の投資誘致渇きを解消するきっかけになることを願う」とし、「今後も創業-BuSプログラムを通じてスタートアップと投資家、支援機関が共生できる生態系を構築していく」と伝えた。

“Startup-BuS”是韩国中小企业和创业企业部于2024年推出的一项新计划，其目标是通过韩国中小企业和创业企业部的区域创意经济创新中心，发现有前景的深度科技初创企业，在3个月内吸引初始（种子）投资，在6个月内将其与TIPS计划对接，并在12个月内迅速支持后续投资对接。
京畿创新中心致力于发掘AI、大数据、系统半导体等尖端领域的初创企业，并通过本次IR活动，致力于促进基于AI技术的初创企业与AI全球趋势及风险投资生态系统之间的交流。
本次IR舞台共有来自全国各地中心推荐的36家有潜力的深度科技创业公司参加，其中，8家专注于人工智能领域的创业公司被单独挑选出来，展示其核心技术和商业模式。
京畿创新中心推荐的企业‘KLcube’是一家为了让听障人士能够顺畅沟通而提供AI手语翻译服务的企业，受到了众多投资者的关注。
晓星风险投资、新韩风险投资、现代技术投资等26家主要VC出席了此次活动，直接听取了IR的意见并进行了交流，就具体的后续投资进行了讨论。
除了推介之外，还举办了一场特别会议来探讨全球人工智能行业趋势。
甲骨文、微软（MS）、Storm Ventures等全球科技公司及VC出席，并就▲‘甲骨文对人工智能的看法’、▲‘AI趋势与投资方向’等主题进行了深入演讲。
京畿创新中心表示，“希望本次IR活动能够成为满足初创企业投资渴望的契机”，并表示，“今后将通过Startup-BuS项目，构建初创企业、投资者、支持机构共存的生态系统”。

Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi, « 2025 Startup-BuS Joint IR » organisé
L'événement « 2025 Startup-BuS Joint IR » organisé par le Centre Gyeonggi pour l'économie créative et l'innovation (ci-après dénommé le Centre d'innovation Gyeonggi) s'est tenu le 10 avril.
Cet événement est le premier événement IR conjoint du programme représentatif de soutien aux startups du ministère des PME et des startups, « Startup-BuS », et est co-organisé par le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi, le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Gyeongnam-Ulsan et 14 centres d'innovation de l'économie créative à travers le pays. L'événement, intitulé « Deep Tech Artificial Intelligence Conference », a réuni quelque 200 professionnels des startups et de l'investissement et s'est déroulé dans une atmosphère surchauffée.
« Startup-BuS » est un nouveau programme lancé par le ministère des PME et des startups en 2024. Il a débuté avec l'objectif de découvrir des startups deep-tech prometteuses par le biais de centres régionaux d'innovation en économie créative par l'intermédiaire du ministère des PME et des startups, d'attirer des investissements initiaux (d'amorçage) dans les 3 mois, de les relier au programme TIPS dans les 6 mois et de soutenir rapidement les liens d'investissement de suivi dans les 12 mois.
Le Gyeonggi Innovation Center se concentre sur la découverte de startups dans des domaines de pointe tels que l'IA, le big data et les semi-conducteurs système, et à travers cet événement IR, il s'est concentré sur la promotion des échanges entre les startups basées sur la technologie de l'IA et l'écosystème mondial des tendances et des investissements en capital-risque de l'IA.
Cette étape IR a réuni 36 startups deep tech prometteuses recommandées par des centres à travers le pays, et parmi elles, 8 startups spécialisées dans l'IA ont été sélectionnées séparément pour présenter leurs technologies de base et leurs modèles commerciaux.
« KLcube », une société recommandée par le Gyeonggi Innovation Center, est une société qui fournit des services de traduction en langue des signes par IA pour permettre une communication fluide aux malentendants, et a reçu l'attention de nombreux investisseurs.
26 grands VC, dont Hyosung Ventures, Shinhan Ventures et Hyundai Technology Investment, ont participé à l'événement pour écouter directement les RI et s'engager dans le réseautage, ce qui a conduit à des discussions sur des investissements de suivi spécifiques.
En plus du pitching, une session spéciale a été organisée pour examiner les tendances mondiales du secteur de l'IA.
Des entreprises technologiques mondiales et des sociétés de capital-risque, dont Oracle, Microsoft (MS) et Storm Ventures, ont participé et donné des conférences approfondies sur des sujets tels que « Le point de vue d'Oracle sur l'intelligence artificielle » et « Les tendances de l'IA et l'orientation des investissements ».
Le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi a déclaré : « Nous espérons que cet événement IR servira d'occasion d'étancher la soif d'investissement des startups », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à construire un écosystème où les startups, les investisseurs et les organisations de soutien pourront coexister grâce au programme Startup-BuS. »
