글로벌 자율주행 스타트업 오토노머스에이투지는 유민상 최고전략책임자(CSO)가 외교부 산하 한국국제교류재단(KF)이 주관하는 ‘2025 KF 글로벌 펠로’에 선정됐다고 21일 밝혔다.
KF 글로벌 펠로 프로그램은 전 세계 네트워크를 기반으로 만 25세 이상부터 40세 미만의 청년 리더에게 글로벌 전문가들과의 교류 기회를 제공하는 교류 프로그램이다. 지난해 1기 펠로들은 미국과 유럽의 주요 학술·연구기관을 방문해 글로벌 의제와 관련한 논의를 진행했으며, 올해 2기에는 인공지능(AI), 기후변화, 생명과학, 퀀텀컴퓨팅, 정보통신기술(ICT), 반도체 등 이공계 중심 분야에서 활동 중인 차세대 글로벌 리더 10명이 선발됐다.
이번에 선정된 유민상 CSO는 성균관대학교 공과대학을 졸업하고, 스위스 비즈니스스쿨에서 박사과정을 수석으로 마친 이공계 전문가로, 현대자동차 연구개발기획조정실 책임연구원, 경기대학교 ICT융합학부 겸임교수를 역임했다. 현재는 오토노머스에이투지에서 글로벌정책전략실을 총괄하며 기획재정부, 과학기술정보통신부, 국토교통부, 산업통상자원부 등 정부 부처와의 협력 체계 속에서 자율주행 및 AI 산업 관련 정책 제안 및 전략 수립을 주도하고 있다.
유 CSO는 자율주행 산업 정책 분야에서도 활발한 활동을 이어왔다. 2022년에는 레벨4 자율주행차 성능인증제도 입법 건의를 주도했으며, 2023년에는 한국신지식인협회가 주관하는 ‘교통 분야 대한민국 신지식인’에 선정됐다. 2024년에는 한국자동차안전학회 국제학술대회에서 ‘KAIDA 젊은 과학자상’을 수상했으며, 국무총리, 경제부총리, 산업부 장관, 국회입법조사처장으로부터 자율주행 산업 발전에 기여한 공로를 인정받아 표창을 받은 바 있다.
올해 KF 글로벌 펠로 2기로서 유 CSO는 UAE 칼리파대학교 및 모하메드빈라시드우주센터, 싱가포르 난양공대, 베트남 과학기술원 등 주요 연구기관을 방문할 예정이다. 이 과정에서 각국의 기술 전문가들과 네트워킹을 진행하고, 기술 기반 차세대 글로벌 리더들과의 라운드 테이블에도 참여한다.
유 CSO는 “KF 글로벌 펠로 활동을 통해 오토노머스에이투지가 진출해 있는 동남아시아 및 중동 시장 내 글로벌 전문가들과의 협업 기회를 확대할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”며 “대한민국의 자율주행 기술을 세계에 알리고 글로벌 경쟁력 확보에 기여할 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

Autonomous A2Z CSO Yu Min-sang selected as Global Leader by Korea Foundation for International Exchange
Global autonomous driving startup Autonomous A2Z announced on the 21st that its Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Min-sang Yu was selected as the '2025 KF Global Fellow' hosted by the Korea Foundation (KF) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The KF Global Fellow Program is an exchange program that provides opportunities for young leaders aged 25 to 40 to interact with global experts based on a global network. Last year, the first group of fellows visited major academic and research institutions in the U.S. and Europe to discuss global agendas, and this year, the second group selected 10 next-generation global leaders active in science and engineering-centered fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), climate change, life sciences, quantum computing, information and communications technology (ICT), and semiconductors.
The recently selected CSO, Yu Min-sang, is a science and engineering expert who graduated from Sungkyunkwan University’s College of Engineering and completed his doctoral program at the top of his class at the Swiss Business School. He served as a senior researcher at Hyundai Motor Company’s R&D Planning and Coordination Office and an adjunct professor at Kyonggi University’s ICT Convergence Department. He is currently in charge of the Global Policy Strategy Office at Autonomous A2Z, and is leading policy proposals and strategy establishment related to autonomous driving and AI industries within a cooperative system with government ministries such as the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
CSO Yu has also been active in the autonomous driving industry policy field. In 2022, he led the legislative proposal for the Level 4 autonomous vehicle performance certification system, and in 2023, he was selected as the 'New Korean Intellectual in the Transportation Field' by the Korea New Intellectuals Association. In 2024, he received the 'KAIDA Young Scientist Award' at the Korea Automobile Safety Society International Conference, and was commended by the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, and Director of the National Assembly Research Service for his contributions to the development of the autonomous driving industry.
As a second batch of KF Global Fellows this year, CSO Yu will visit major research institutes such as Khalifa University and Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre in the UAE, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and Vietnam National Academy of Science and Technology. During this process, he will network with technology experts from each country and participate in roundtable discussions with next-generation technology-based global leaders.
CSO Yu said, “Through the KF Global Fellow activities, we expect to be able to expand opportunities for collaboration with global experts in the Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets where Autonomous A2Z is operating,” and “We will continue to make efforts to promote Korea’s autonomous driving technology to the world and contribute to securing global competitiveness.”

グローバル自律走行スタートアップオートノマスエイトゥジは、ユ・ミンサン最高戦略責任者（ＣＳＯ）が外交部傘下の韓国国際交流財団（ＫＦ）が主管する「２０２５ＫＦグローバルフェロー」に選ばれたと２１日明らかにした。
KFグローバルフェロープログラムは、世界中のネットワークに基づいて、25歳以上から40歳未満の青年リーダーにグローバル専門家との交流機会を提供する交流プログラムです。昨年1期のフェローたちは、米国とヨーロッパの主要学術・研究機関を訪問し、グローバル議題と関連した議論を進め、今年2期には人工知能（AI）、気候変動、生命科学、クォンタムコンピューティング、情報通信技術（ICT）、半導体など理工界中心分野で活動中の次世代グローバルリーダー。
今回選ばれたユ・ミンサンCSOは成均館大学工科大学を卒業し、スイスビジネススクールで博士課程を上級に終えた理工界専門家で、現代自動車研究開発企画調整室責任研究院、京畿大学ICT融合学部兼任教授を歴任した。現在はオートノマスエイトゥジでグローバル政策戦略室を総括し、企画財政部、科学技術情報通信部、国土交通部、産業通商資源部など政府省庁との協力体制の中で自律走行及びAI産業関連政策提案及び戦略樹立を主導している。
ユCSOは自律走行産業政策分野でも活発な活動を続けてきた。 2022年にはレベル4自律走行車性能認証制度立法提案を主導し、2023年には韓国新知識人協会が主管する「交通分野大韓民国新知識人」に選ばれた。 2024年には韓国自動車安全学会国際学術大会で「KAIDA若い科学者賞」を受賞し、国務総理、経済副首相、産業部長官、国会立法調査処長から自律走行産業発展に寄与した功労を認められ表彰を受けたことがある。
今年KFグローバルフェロー2期として、ユCSOはUAEカリファ大学およびモハメドビンラシド宇宙センター、シンガポール南陽工大、ベトナム科学技術院など主要研究機関を訪問する予定だ。この過程で各国の技術専門家たちとネットワーキングを進め、技術基盤の次世代グローバルリーダーとのラウンドテーブルにも参加する。
ユCSOは「KFグローバルフェロー活動を通じてオートノマスエイトゥージが進出している東南アジアおよび中東市場内のグローバル専門家とのコラボレーション機会を拡大できると期待する」とし「大韓民国の自律走行技術を世界に知らせ、グローバル競争力確保に寄与できるように継続的に努力する」と話した。

全球自动驾驶初创公司Autonomous A2Z 于 21 日宣布，其首席战略官（CSO）刘敏尚被选为由韩国外交部韩国国际交流基金会（KF）主办的“2025 KF 全球研究员”。
KF全球研究员项目是一项交流项目，旨在为25至40岁的年轻领导者提供与基于全球网络的全球专家进行交流的机会。去年，第一批研究员访问了美国和欧洲的主要学术和研究机构，讨论全球议程；今年，第二批研究员选出了10位活跃于人工智能（AI）、气候变化、生命科学、量子计算、信息和通信技术（ICT）和半导体等以科学和工程为中心的领域的下一代全球领袖。
此次选定的CSO刘敏尚是一位工程专家，毕业于成均馆大学工学院，并以优异的成绩在瑞士商学院完成了博士学位课程。他曾担任现代汽车公司研发规划与协调办公室的高级研究员以及京畿大学ICT融合系的兼职教授。目前，他负责Autonomous A2Z的全球政策战略办公室，并与企划财政部、科学技术信息通信部、国土交通部、产业通商资源部等政府部门合作，主导自动驾驶和人工智能产业相关的政策提案和战略制定。
CSO Yu 还活跃于自动驾驶产业政策领域。 2022年主导提出4级自动驾驶汽车性能认证制度的立法提案，2023年被韩国新知识分子协会评选为“韩国交通领域新知识分子”。 2024年，他在韩国汽车安全协会国际会议上荣获“KAIDA青年科学家奖”，并获得了国务总理、经济事务副总理、贸易、工业和能源部长官、国会研究局局长颁发的奖项，以表彰其对自动驾驶行业发展做出的贡献。
作为今年第二位 KF 全球研究员，CSO Yu 计划访问阿联酋哈利法大学和穆罕默德·本·拉希德航天中心、新加坡南洋理工大学和越南科学技术学院等主要研究机构。在此过程中，您将与来自各个国家的技术专家建立联系，并与基于技术的下一代全球领导者一起参加圆桌会议。

La startup mondiale de conduite autonome Autonomous A2Z a annoncé le 21 que son directeur de la stratégie (CSO) Min-sang Yu avait été sélectionné comme « 2025 KF Global Fellow » organisé par la Korea Foundation (KF) sous l'égide du ministère des Affaires étrangères.
Le programme KF Global Fellow est un programme d’échange qui offre aux jeunes dirigeants âgés de 25 à 40 ans l’opportunité d’interagir avec des experts mondiaux sur la base d’un réseau mondial. L’année dernière, le premier groupe de boursiers a visité d’importantes institutions universitaires et de recherche aux États-Unis et en Europe pour discuter des agendas mondiaux, et cette année, le deuxième groupe a sélectionné 10 leaders mondiaux de nouvelle génération actifs dans des domaines axés sur la science et l’ingénierie tels que l’intelligence artificielle (IA), le changement climatique, les sciences de la vie, l’informatique quantique, les technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) et les semi-conducteurs.
Le CSO sélectionné cette fois-ci, Yu Min-sang, est un expert en ingénierie diplômé de la faculté d'ingénierie de l'université Sungkyunkwan et a terminé son programme de doctorat en tête de sa classe à la Swiss Business School. Il a été chercheur principal au bureau de planification et de coordination de la R&D de Hyundai Motor Company et professeur adjoint au département de convergence des TIC de l'université de Kyonggi. Actuellement, il est responsable du Bureau de stratégie politique mondiale chez Autonomous A2Z et dirige les propositions politiques et l'élaboration de stratégies liées aux industries de la conduite autonome et de l'IA en coopération avec des ministères gouvernementaux tels que le ministère de la Stratégie et des Finances, le ministère des Sciences et des TIC, le ministère du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports et le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie.
CSO Yu a également été actif dans le domaine de la politique industrielle de la conduite autonome. En 2022, il a dirigé la proposition législative pour un système de certification des performances des véhicules autonomes de niveau 4, et en 2023, il a été sélectionné comme « Nouvel intellectuel dans le domaine des transports en Corée » par l'Association des nouveaux intellectuels coréens. En 2024, il a remporté le « KAIDA Young Scientist Award » lors de la conférence internationale de la Korea Automobile Safety Society et a reçu des prix du Premier ministre, du vice-Premier ministre des Affaires économiques, du ministre du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie et du directeur du service de recherche de l'Assemblée nationale en reconnaissance de ses contributions au développement de l'industrie de la conduite autonome.
En tant que deuxième KF Global Fellow cette année, le CSO Yu devrait visiter de grandes institutions de recherche telles que l'Université Khalifa et le Centre spatial Mohammed Bin Rashid aux Émirats arabes unis, l'Université technologique de Nanyang à Singapour et l'Académie des sciences et technologies du Vietnam.
