초기 기술 기업 투자자사인 서울대학교 기술지주와 주문형 반도체 디자인 솔루션 기업 에이직랜드는 22일, AI 및 반도체 분야의 딥테크 스타트업 발굴과 투자 및 성장을 지원하기 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 두 기관은 ▲딥테크 스타트업 발굴 및 투자 ▲투자 기업 성장을 위한 멘토링과 기술 검증(PoC) 협력 ▲AI 및 반도체 분야 창업 생태계 활성화를 위한 다양한 프로그램 등을 공동으로 추진하기로 했다.
서울대 기술지주 목승환 대표는 “이번 협약은 에이직랜드가 보유한 TSMC 공식 디자인 하우스로서의 엣지 AI 반도체 개발 역량과 서울대기술지주의 초기 투자 역량을 결합하여, 딥테크 분야 스타트업 발굴과 성장을 위한 중요한 계기가 될 것”이라며, “양 기관의 전문성을 결합해 글로벌 기술 기업을 발굴하고 육성할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
에이직랜드 이종민 대표는 “서울대 기술지주의 투자 전문성과 에이직랜드의 반도체 기술력이 결합되면, 딥테크 스타트업의 성장에 큰 힘이 될 것”이라며, “AI 반도체 산업 전반에서 기여하고 글로벌 기술 리더십을 강화할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Seoul National University Technology Holdings and Aegic Land Sign Business Agreement
Seoul National University Technology Holdings, an early-stage technology startup investor, and Aegic Land , a custom semiconductor design solution company, announced on the 22nd that they signed a business agreement (MOU) to support the discovery, investment, and growth of deep-tech startups in the AI and semiconductor fields.
