대전시는 대전지식재산센터(한국발명진흥회 대전지부)와 29일 대덕테크비즈센터에서 ‘2025년 글로벌 IP 스타기업 지정식’을 공동 개최하고 지역 유망 중소기업 13개 사를 신규 선정했다.
‘글로벌 IP 스타기업 육성사업’은 수출 실적이 있거나 수출 예정인 중소기업을 대상으로, 최대 3년간 연 7천만 원 한도 내에서 지식재산(IP) 기반의 맞춤형 해외 진출 지원을 제공하는 사업이다.
대전시는 올해 1차 스펙트럼 진단 및 기업실사, 2차 발표심사를 통해 기업의 지식재산 역량과 글로벌 성장 가능성을 평가해 13개 사를 최종 선정했다.
선정된 기업에는 ▲맞춤형 지식재산 컨설팅 ▲해외 권리화 지원 ▲특허‧디자인 맵 작성 ▲브랜드‧디자인 개발 ▲특허기술 홍보영상 제작 등 다양한 프로그램이 제공된다.
또한 연차 평가를 통해 최대 3년간 지속 지원하며, 지식재산 창출과 권리 확보, 전략적 활용을 체계적으로 지원해 글로벌 시장 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침할 계획이다.
앞서 지난해 같은 사업을 통해 지원받은 52개 기업은 지원 이전 대비 고용이 23.5%, 지식재산 보유 건수는 24.8% 증가하는 성과를 기록해 사업 효과를 입증했다.
최원혁 대전시 기업지원국장은 “치열한 글로벌 시장에서 지속 가능한 성장을 위해서는 기술을 보호하는 지식재산권 확보가 필수”라며 “지역 중소기업들이 지식재산을 기반으로 세계로 뻗어나갈 수 있도록 맞춤형 지원을 지속 확대해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Daejeon City selects 13 companies for '2025 Global IP Star Companies'
Daejeon City and Daejeon Intellectual Property Center (Daejeon Branch of Korea Invention Promotion Association) co-hosted the '2025 Global IP Star Company Designation Ceremony' at Daedeok Tech Biz Center on the 29th and newly selected 13 promising local small and medium-sized companies.
The 'Global IP Star Company Development Project' is a project that provides customized overseas expansion support based on intellectual property (IP) within the limit of 70 million won per year for up to 3 years to small and medium-sized enterprises with export performance or plans to export.
Daejeon City evaluated the intellectual property capabilities and global growth potential of companies through the first spectrum diagnosis and corporate due diligence and the second presentation review this year, and finally selected 13 companies.
Selected companies will be provided with various programs, including ▲customized intellectual property consulting ▲overseas rights acquisition support ▲patent and design map creation ▲brand and design development ▲production of patent technology promotional videos.
In addition, we plan to support up to three years of continuous support through annual evaluations and systematically support the creation of intellectual property, securing rights, and strategic use to strengthen global market competitiveness.
The 52 companies that received support through the same project last year have proven the effectiveness of the project by recording a 23.5% increase in employment and a 24.8% increase in the number of intellectual property holdings compared to before the support.
Daejeon City Business Support Bureau Director Choi Won-hyeok said, “In order to achieve sustainable growth in the competitive global market, securing intellectual property rights to protect technology is essential,” adding, “We will continue to expand customized support so that local small and medium-sized enterprises can expand into the world based on intellectual property.”

大田市、「2025グローバルIPスター企業」13社選定
大田市は大田知的財産センター（韓国発明振興会大田支部）と29日、大徳テックビズセンターで「2025年グローバルIPスター企業指定式」を共同開催し、地域有望中小企業13社を新規に選定した。
「グローバルIPスター企業育成事業」は輸出実績があるか、輸出予定の中小企業を対象に、最大3年間年7千万ウォン限度内で知識財産（IP）ベースのカスタマイズされた海外進出支援を提供する事業だ。
大田市は今年の1次スペクトル診断および企業実写、2次発表審査を通じて企業の知識財産能力とグローバル成長の可能性を評価し、13社を最終選定した。
選ばれた企業には▲カスタマイズ型知識財産コンサルティング▲海外権利化支援▲特許‧デザインマップ作成▲ブランド‧デザイン開発▲特許技術広報映像制作など多様なプログラムが提供される。
また、年次評価を通じて最大3年間持続支援し、知識財産の創出と権利確保、戦略的活用を体系的に支援し、グローバル市場競争力強化を支える計画だ。
これに先立ち昨年同じ事業を通じて支援を受けた５２社は支援移転に比べ雇用が２３．５％、知識財産保有件数は２４．８％増加する成果を記録して事業効果を立証した。
チェ・ウォンヒョク大田市企業支援局長は「熾烈なグローバル市場で持続可能な成長のためには技術を保護する知識財産権の確保が必須」とし「地域中小企業が知識財産を基盤に世界に伸びていけるようにカスタマイズ支援を持続拡大していく」と話した。

La ville de Daejeon et le Centre de propriété intellectuelle de Daejeon (branche de Daejeon de l'Association coréenne de promotion des inventions) ont co-organisé la « Cérémonie de désignation des entreprises mondiales IP Star 2025 » au Daedeok Tech Biz Center le 29 et ont récemment sélectionné 13 petites et moyennes entreprises locales prometteuses.

Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficieront de divers programmes, notamment : ▲conseil personnalisé en propriété intellectuelle ▲assistance à l'acquisition de droits à l'étranger ▲création de cartes de brevets et de conception ▲développement de marques et de conceptions ▲production de vidéos promotionnelles sur les technologies de brevets.
En outre, nous prévoyons de soutenir jusqu’à trois ans de soutien continu par le biais d’évaluations annuelles et de soutenir systématiquement la création de propriété intellectuelle, la sécurisation des droits et l’utilisation stratégique pour renforcer la compétitivité du marché mondial.
Les 52 entreprises qui ont reçu un soutien dans le cadre du même projet l'année dernière ont prouvé l'efficacité du projet en enregistrant une augmentation de 23,5 % de l'emploi et une augmentation de 24,8 % du nombre de propriétés intellectuelles détenues par rapport à avant le soutien.
Le directeur du Bureau de soutien aux entreprises de la ville de Daejeon, Choi Won-hyeok, a déclaré : « Afin de parvenir à une croissance durable sur le marché mondial concurrentiel, il est essentiel de garantir les droits de propriété intellectuelle pour protéger la technologie », ajoutant : « Nous continuerons à étendre le soutien personnalisé afin que les petites et moyennes entreprises locales puissent se développer dans le monde en s'appuyant sur la propriété intellectuelle. »
