기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’)은 우리금융그룹(이하 ‘우리금융’), 한국항공우주산업(주)(이하 ‘KAI’), 한국우주항공산업협회(이하 ‘협회’)와 9일 우리은행 본점에서 「항공우주산업 상호협력 업무협약」을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 최근 글로벌 공급망 재편과 수출 제약 등 대내외 불확실성 속에서 어려움을 겪는 항공우주산업 영위 중소기업을 선제적으로 지원하고, 민간 주도의 항공우주산업 활성화를 뒷받침하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 각 기관은 유기적인 상호협력 체계를 구축하고, 항공우주 분야의 우수기술기업을 공동으로 발굴해 맞춤형 금융지원을 연계한다. 이를 통해 항공우주산업 영위기업의 금융접근성을 높이고, 산업 전반의 경쟁력 강화를 지원할 계획이다.
이와 함께 기보는 우리은행·KAI·협회와 별도의 세부협약을 체결해, 우리은행의 특별출연과 보증료지원을 바탕으로 최대 1130억원 규모의 협약보증을 공급한다.
기보는 특별출연금 20억원을 재원으로 400억원 규모의 특별출연 협약보증을 지원하고, ▲보증비율 상향(85%→100%, 3년간) ▲보증료 감면(최대 0.3%p↓, 3년간) 등의 우대사항을 적용한다. 또한, 기보는 우리은행의 보증료지원금 10억원을 기반으로 730억원 규모의 보증료 지원 협약보증을 공급하며, 우리은행은 보증료(최대 0.8%p, 2년간)를 지원한다.
지원대상은 기보의 기술보증 요건을 충족하는 신기술사업자 중 ▲KAI 또는 협회가 추천하는 기업 ▲항공우주산업을 영위하는 중소기업이다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “이번 협약으로 첨단기술로 집약된 항공우주산업의 경쟁력 강화와 혁신성장을 지원하기 위한 체계적인 협력방안이 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 항공우주산업 영위기업에 대한 적극적인 정책금융 지원을 통해 글로벌 공급망 재편에 대응하고, 항공우주산업이 국가 주력산업으로 자리매김할 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo, 4-party business agreement signed for 'promotion of aerospace industry'
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it signed an “Aerospace Industry Mutual Cooperation Business Agreement” with Woori Financial Group (hereinafter referred to as “Woori Financial Group”), Korea Aerospace Industries, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “KAI”), and the Korea Aerospace Industries Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association” ) at the Woori Bank headquarters on the 9th.
This agreement was prepared to proactively support small and medium-sized enterprises in the aerospace industry that are experiencing difficulties amidst domestic and international uncertainties such as the recent reorganization of the global supply chain and export restrictions, and to support the revitalization of the private-sector-led aerospace industry.
According to the agreement, each organization will establish an organic mutual cooperation system, jointly discover excellent technology companies in the aerospace field, and link them with customized financial support. Through this, the plan is to increase financial accessibility for aerospace industry companies and support the strengthening of competitiveness across the industry.
In addition, Kibo signed a separate detailed agreement with Woori Bank, KAI, and the association to provide a maximum of KRW 113 billion in agreement guarantees based on Woori Bank's special contribution and guarantee fee support.
Kibo will support a special contribution agreement guarantee worth 40 billion won with a special contribution fund of 2 billion won as a financial resource, and will apply preferential provisions such as ▲increase in the guarantee ratio (85% → 100%, for 3 years) and ▲reduction of guarantee fee (up to 0.3%p↓, for 3 years). In addition, Kibo will supply a guarantee fee support agreement guarantee worth 73 billion won based on Woori Bank’s guarantee fee support fund of 1 billion won, and Woori Bank will support the guarantee fee (up to 0.8%p, for 2 years).
The support target is ▲ companies recommended by KAI or the association among new technology business operators who meet the technology guarantee requirements of Kibo ▲ small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in the aerospace industry.
Kim Jong-ho, CEO of Kibo, said, “With this agreement, a systematic cooperation plan has been established to support the competitiveness and innovative growth of the aerospace industry, which is focused on cutting-edge technology.” He added, “Kibo will continue to respond to the reorganization of the global supply chain through active policy financing support for aerospace companies and strive to help the aerospace industry establish itself as a key national industry.”

“希望”号与四方签署“促进航空航天工业发展”商业协议
韩国技术金融公司（以下简称“KIBO”）9日宣布，与友利金融集团（以下简称“友利金融集团”）、韩国航空宇宙产业株式会社（以下简称“KAI”）、韩国航空宇宙产业协会（以下简称“协会”）在友利银行总部签署了《航空宇宙产业相互合作事业协议》。

支援对象为▲KAI或新技术事业者协会推荐，符合希望号技术保障要件的企业▲从事航空航天产业的中小企业。
希望号首席执行官金钟浩表示：“通过这项协议，我们制定了系统的合作计划，以支持专注于尖端技术的航空航天产业的竞争力和创新增长。”他补充道：“希望号将继续通过对航空航天企业积极的政策融资支持，应对全球供应链的重组，努力帮助航空航天产业成为国家重点产业。”

Kibo et un accord commercial quadripartite signé pour « la promotion de l'industrie aérospatiale »

En outre, Kibo a signé un accord détaillé distinct avec Woori Bank, KAI et l'association pour fournir un maximum de 113 milliards de KRW en garanties d'accord basées sur la contribution spéciale de Woori Bank et le soutien des frais de garantie.
Kibo soutiendra une garantie d'accord de contribution spéciale d'une valeur de 40 milliards de wons avec un fonds de contribution spécial de 2 milliards de wons comme ressource financière, et appliquera des dispositions préférentielles telles que ▲l'augmentation du ratio de garantie (85% → 100%, pendant 3 ans) et ▲la réduction des frais de garantie (jusqu'à 0,3%p↓, pendant 3 ans).
