의약품 및 건강기능식품용 코팅 파우더 제조 전문기업 코피텍이 프랑스의 글로벌 식품 및 제약 원료 기업 로퀘트(Roquette)와 OEM 생산 계약을 체결하고 식물성 기반 고성능 코팅제 ‘ReadiLycoat(레디라이코트)’의 본격적인 생산을 시작했다.
양사는 지난 2월 기술이전과 글로벌 유통 협약을 체결한 바 있다. 이후 진행된 OEM 계약으로 코피텍은 로퀘트의 ReadiLycoat 제품을 국내는 물론 글로벌 시장을 위한 주요 생산 거점으로서 제조 및 공급을 담당하게 됐다. OEM 생산 체제의 본격 가동으로 양사는 세계 각지에서 증가하는 수요에 효율적으로 대응할 수 있는 생산 및 공급 체계를 구축하게 됐다.
코피텍은 현재까지 2.5톤 이상의 ReadiLycoat를 성공적으로 생산해 로퀘트에 납품을 완료했다. 이번 납품은 제품 품질과 생산 역량을 입증하는 중요한 성과로 평가되며, 향후 물량 확대 및 정기 공급으로 이어질 예정이다.
ReadiLycoat는 식물성 원료를 바탕으로 한 고성능 코팅제로, 정제와 건강기능식품의 품질을 유지하면서도 빠른 용해도와 내구성을 확보한 제품이다. 로퀘트는 이 제품을 코피텍이 독자적으로 개발한 탭쉴드 (Tabshield®)와 더불어 자사의 핵심 코팅 플랫폼으로 육성 중이며, 코피텍과의 협력을 통해 품질과 공급 안정성을 더욱 강화하고 있다.
이와 함께 코피텍은 기존 기술력과 제조 노하우를 활용해 신규 코팅 제품 개발에도 본격 착수했다. 현재 국내외 건강기능식품 기업들과 협업하여 제품 테스트가 진행 중이며, 고기능성·고부가가치 제품을 통해 글로벌 시장에서 새로운 수요 창출을 목표로 하고 있다. 기존 제품과의 차별화를 꾀함으로써 기술 중심의 지속 성장 전략을 강화한다는 방침이다.

Kopitech Signs OEM Production Agreement with Roquette “Full-scale Production of Vegetable Coatings”
Copitech , a company specializing in manufacturing coating powders for pharmaceuticals and health functional foods, has signed an OEM production contract with Roquette, a global food and pharmaceutical raw material company from France, and has begun full-scale production of its plant-based high-performance coating agent, ‘ReadiLycoat.’
The two companies signed a technology transfer and global distribution agreement in February. With the OEM contract that followed, Copitech will be responsible for manufacturing and supplying Roquette’s ReadiLycoat products as a major production base for the domestic and global markets. With the full operation of the OEM production system, the two companies have established a production and supply system that can efficiently respond to the increasing demand from all over the world.
Kopitech has successfully produced and delivered more than 2.5 tons of ReadiLycoat to Roquette. This delivery is considered a significant achievement that demonstrates product quality and production capacity, and will lead to increased volume and regular supply in the future.
ReadiLycoat is a high-performance coating agent based on plant-based raw materials that maintains the quality of tablets and health functional foods while ensuring rapid dissolution and durability. Roquette is developing this product as its core coating platform along with Tabshield®, which was developed independently by Copitech, and is further strengthening quality and supply stability through cooperation with Copitech.
Along with this, Kopitech has also begun developing new coating products in earnest by utilizing its existing technology and manufacturing know-how. Currently, product testing is in progress through collaboration with domestic and international health functional food companies, and the goal is to create new demand in the global market through high-functionality, high value-added products. The plan is to strengthen its technology-centered sustainable growth strategy by seeking differentiation from existing products.

Copitech , une société spécialisée dans la fabrication de poudres de revêtement pour les produits pharmaceutiques et les aliments fonctionnels pour la santé, a signé un contrat de production OEM avec Roquette, une société mondiale de matières premières alimentaires et pharmaceutiques basée en France, et a commencé la production à grande échelle de son agent de revêtement haute performance à base de plantes, « ReadiLycoat ».
Les deux sociétés ont signé un accord de transfert de technologie et de distribution mondiale en février dernier.
