㈜인벤티지랩(대표 김주희)과 ㈜큐라티스(대표 김성준)가 마이크로플루이딕스 기술을 기반으로 한 장기지속형 주사제 전용 CDMO 생산라인 구축을 위해 70억 원 규모의 공급 계약을 체결했다고 19일 밝혔다.
이번 계약으로 인벤티지랩의 장기지속형 주사제 플랫폼인 ‘IVL-DrugFluidic®’ 기술이 본격적인 상업화 단계에 진입하게 됐다. 큐라티스는 충북 오송에 위치한 바이오플랜트 내에 글로벌 수준의 전용 GMP(의약품 제조 및 품질관리 기준) 생산시설을 구축해 해당 기술을 적용한 의약품 생산을 담당한다.
인벤티지랩은 큐라티스의 GMP 공장 내 전용 제조라인 설계를 책임지며, 플랫폼 기반의 공정 설계와 맞춤형 장비 및 설비를 공급할 계획이다. 해당 생산라인에서는 현재 개발 중인 비만치료제, 약물중독치료제, 치매치료제 등의 주요 파이프라인에 대한 임상시험용 및 상업용 제품 생산이 이뤄진다.
두 회사는 지난해 2월 장기지속형 주사제 생산시설 구축과 관련한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결한 바 있으며, 이번 계약을 계기로 인벤티지랩은 개발 중인 파이프라인의 상업화와 글로벌 시장 진출에 속도를 낼 전망이다. 큐라티스 역시 장기지속형 주사제 전용 GMP 생산시설 확보로 고부가가치 CDMO(위탁생산) 사업 역량을 강화할 것으로 보인다.

Inventage Labs and Curatis Sign Contract to Supply ‘Long-Term Injectable CDMO Equipment’
Inventage Lab Co., Ltd. (CEO Joohee Kim) and Curatis Co., Ltd. (CEO Seongjun Kim) announced on the 19th that they signed a supply contract worth 7 billion won to build a CDMO production line dedicated to long-acting injectables based on microfluidics technology.
With this contract, Inventage Lab’s long-acting injection platform, ‘IVL-DrugFluidic®’ technology, has entered the full-scale commercialization stage. Curatis will be responsible for producing pharmaceuticals using this technology by establishing a dedicated global-level GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) production facility within its bioplant located in Osong, Chungcheongbuk-do.
Inventage Labs will be responsible for designing a dedicated manufacturing line within Curatis’ GMP facility, and will provide platform-based process design and customized equipment and facilities. The production line will produce clinical trial and commercial products for key pipelines currently under development, including obesity treatment, drug addiction treatment, and dementia treatment.
The two companies signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) in February of last year regarding the construction of a long-acting injection production facility, and with this contract, Inventage Lab is expected to accelerate the commercialization of its pipeline under development and its entry into the global market. Curatis is also expected to strengthen its high value-added CDMO (contract manufacturing) business capabilities by securing a GMP production facility dedicated to long-acting injections.
“This agreement is a significant milestone in the commercialization of our IVL-DrugFluidic® platform,” said Joohee Kim, CEO of Inventage Labs. “We expect Curatis to create synergy in the global market as an optimal partner with both technological and facility capabilities.”

Inventage Labは、CuratisのGMP工場内の専用製造ライン設計を担当し、プラットフォームベースのプロセス設計とカスタマイズされた機器と設備を供給する計画です。当該生産ラインでは、現在開発中の肥満治療剤、薬物中毒治療剤、認知治療剤などの主要パイプラインに対する臨床試験用及び商業用製品の生産が行われる。
両社は昨年2月、長期持続型注射剤生産施設の構築と関連した戦略的業務協約(MOU)を締結したことがあり、今回の契約をきっかけにインベンティジーラボは開発中のパイプラインの商業化とグローバル市場進出に速度を出す見込みだ。キュラティスも長期持続型注射剤専用のGMP生産施設確保で高付加価値CDMO（委託生産）事業の力量を強化するものと見られる。

Inventage Lab株式会社（代表理事金周熙）与Curatis株式会社（代表理事金成俊） 19日宣布，签署了价值70亿韩元的供货合同，将建设一条基于微流体技术的长效注射剂专用CDMO生产线。
通过此次合同，Inventage Lab 的长效注射平台“IVL-DrugFluidic®”技术已进入全面商业化阶段。Curatis 将在其位于忠清北道五松市的生物工厂内建立一个专门的全球级 GMP（良好生产规范）生产设施，负责生产使用该技术的药品。
Inventage Labs 将负责在 Curatis 的 GMP 设施内设计一条专用生产线，并提供基于平台的工艺设计以及定制设备和设施。该生产线将为目前正在开发的关键产品线生产临床试验和商业产品，包括肥胖症治疗、药物成瘾治疗和痴呆症治疗。
两家公司于去年2月签署了一项关于建设长效注射剂生产设施的战略业务协议（MOU）。凭借此次签约，Inventage Lab预计将加速其在研产品线的商业化进程并进军全球市场。Curatis也有望通过获得专门用于长效注射剂的GMP生产设施，增强其高附加值CDMO（合同制造）业务能力。

Inventage Labs et Curatis signent un contrat pour la fourniture d'« équipements CDMO injectables à long terme »
Inventage Lab Co., Ltd. (PDG Joohee Kim) et Curatis Co., Ltd. (PDG Seongjun Kim) ont annoncé le 19 avoir signé un contrat d'approvisionnement d'une valeur de 7 milliards de wons pour construire une ligne de production CDMO dédiée aux injectables à action prolongée basés sur la technologie microfluidique.
Grâce à ce contrat, la plateforme d'injection à action prolongée d'Inventage Lab, la technologie « IVL-DrugFluidic® », entre en phase de commercialisation à grande échelle. Curatis sera responsable de la production de produits pharmaceutiques utilisant cette technologie en créant une unité de production mondiale dédiée, conforme aux BPF (Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication), au sein de son usine biologique située à Osong, dans la province du Chungcheong du Nord.
Inventage Labs sera chargé de concevoir une ligne de production dédiée au sein de l'usine GMP de Curatis et fournira une conception de processus basée sur une plateforme, ainsi que des équipements et des installations sur mesure. Cette ligne de production permettra de produire des produits destinés aux essais cliniques et à la commercialisation pour des projets clés en cours de développement, notamment le traitement de l'obésité, des toxicomanies et de la démence.
Les deux sociétés ont signé un accord commercial stratégique (MOU) en février dernier concernant la construction d'une usine de production d'injections à action prolongée. Grâce à ce contrat, Inventage Lab devrait accélérer la commercialisation de son portefeuille de produits en développement et son entrée sur le marché mondial. Curatis devrait également renforcer ses capacités de fabrication sous contrat (CDMO) à forte valeur ajoutée en s'assurant la mise en place d'une usine de production GMP dédiée aux injections à action prolongée.
« Cet accord marque une étape importante dans la commercialisation de notre plateforme IVL-DrugFluidic® », a déclaré Joohee Kim, PDG d'Inventage Labs. « Nous espérons que Curatis créera une synergie sur le marché mondial en tant que partenaire idéal, doté de capacités technologiques et matérielles. »
