중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)는 지역 주력산업 영위 중소기업과 AI 스타트업 간 AX 협업을 통해 지역 주력산업을 고도화하고, AI 스타트업의 기술 실증과 판로를 확보하기 위한 ‘AI 지역 주력산업 연계 프로젝트 사업’을 19일(목) 공고한다고 밝혔다.
AX(인공지능전환)는 AI기술을 다양한 산업에 적용하여 비즈니스 모델을 효율화하는 전략으로, 타 산업과의 융합 가능성과 혁신성을 기반으로 시장규모가 크게 확대되고 있다. 또한 기술경쟁력을 강화하고자 하는 지역중소기업의 AX 기술 수요 역시 높아지고 있는 상황이다.
이에 산업 현장에서 중소기업과 AX 기술을 보유한 AI 스타트업간의 매칭을 통한 기술사업화 지원이 크게 요구되고 있다.
이번 사업은 연초 공고한 ｢초격차 스타트업 1000+ 프로젝트｣ 3단계 프로그램 중 올해 신설된 1단계 ‘Micro 초격차’ 프로그램에 포함된 사업이다. 지역중소기업의 AI 기술 수요를 기반으로 AI 스타트업과의 AX 협업을 통해 AI 스타트업의 기술사업화를 지원한다. 이 프로그램을 통해 우수한 성과를 창출한 AI 스타트업은 타 ‘Micro 초격차’프로그램과 마찬가지로 초격차 프로젝트 사업으로 연계되는 기회를 얻는다.
중기부는 이번 공고로 총 10개의 유망 AI 스타트업을 선발하며, 주요 공고 내용은 다음과 같다.
주요 협업 과제는 사전에 지역 주력산업 영위 중소벤처기업 대상 수요조사 결과에 따라 선정된 5개 분야(바이오‧헬스, 미래 모빌리티, 스마트 팩토리, 친환경‧에너지, 화학)의 13개 과제로, AX기술을 통해 과제를 해결할 수 있는 창업 10년 이내의 AI 스타트업을 모집한다.
평가 절차는 서류평가와 발표평가를 통해 진행되며, 선정평가 과정에서 지역 중소기업과의 매칭 및 컨소시엄이 추진된다. 선정된 AI 스타트업에는 8천만원의 협업 기술사업화 자금과 PoC 지원 및 AI 스타트업의 판로 확보를 지원한다.
프로그램에 참여를 희망하는 스타트업은 6월 19일(목)부터 7월 10일(목) 15시까지 K-Startup 포털을 통해 신청할 수 있다.
조경원 창업정책관은 “지역 주력산업은 비수도권 지역의 고용, 부가가치 등을 창출하는 지역 경제의 핵심 동력으로, AX를 통한 지역중소기업의 기술 경쟁력 강화가 반드시 필요한 상황”이라면서, “중기부는 지역중소기업과 AI 스타트업의 AX 협업을 통해 지역중소기업의 제품 고도화와 AI스타트업의 판로개척이라는 상호 시너지를 창출할 수 있도록 적극 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Based on the AI technology demand of local SMEs, it supports the commercialization of AI startups' technology through AX collaboration with AI startups. AI startups that create excellent results through this program will have the opportunity to be linked to the Super Gap Project business, just like other 'Micro Super Gap' programs.
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups will select a total of 10 promising AI startups through this announcement, and the main announcement contents are as follows.
The main collaboration tasks are 13 tasks in 5 fields (bio/health, future mobility, smart factory, eco-friendly/energy, chemistry) selected based on the results of a demand survey targeting small and medium-sized venture companies operating in key regional industries in advance. AI startups established within the past 10 years that can solve the tasks using AX technology are being recruited.
The evaluation process will be conducted through document evaluation and presentation evaluation, and matching and consortium with local SMEs will be promoted during the selection evaluation process. The selected AI startups will receive 80 million won in collaborative technology commercialization funds, PoC support, and support for securing sales channels for AI startups.
Startups wishing to participate in the program can apply through the K-Startup portal from Thursday, June 19 to Thursday, July 10 at 3:00 PM.
Kyung-won Cho, the Director General of Startup Policy, said, “Regional key industries are the core driving force of the regional economy that create jobs and added value in non-metropolitan areas, so it is absolutely necessary to strengthen the technological competitiveness of regional SMEs through AX.” He added, “The Ministry of SMEs and Startups will actively work to create mutual synergy through AX collaboration between regional SMEs and AI startups, such as product advancements for regional SMEs and market development for AI startups.”

中小ベンチャー企業部（長官オ・ヨンジュ、以下中期部）は、地域主力産業営位中小企業とAIスタートアップ間のAXコラボレーションを通じて地域主力産業を高度化し、AIスタートアップの技術実証と販路を確保するための「AI地域主力産業連携プロジェクト事業」を明らかにした。
AX（人工知能転換）はAI技術を多様な産業に適用してビジネスモデルを効率化する戦略で、他産業との融合可能性と革新性に基づいて市場規模が大きく拡大している。また、技術競争力を強化しようとする地域中小企業のＡＸ技術需要も高まっている状況だ。
これに産業現場で中小企業とAX技術を保有したAIスタートアップ間のマッチングによる技術事業化支援が大きく要求されている。
今回の事業は、年初に公告した「超格差スタートアップ1000+プロジェクト」の3段階プログラムのうち、今年新設された1段階「Micro超格差」プログラムに含まれる事業だ。地域中小企業のAI技術需要を基盤に、AIスタートアップとのAXコラボレーションを通じてAIスタートアップの技術事業化を支援する。このプログラムを通じて優れた成果を創出したAIスタートアップは、他の「Micro超格差」プログラムと同様に超格差プロジェクト事業に連携する機会を得る。
中期部は今回の公告で計10の有望AIスタートアップを選抜し、主な公告内容は次の通りだ。

慶慶院創業政策館は「地域主力産業は非水道圏地域の雇用、付加価値などを創出する地域経済の核心動力で、AXを通じた地域中小企業の技術競争力強化が必ず必要な状況」とし、「中期部は地域中小企業とAIスタートアップのAX協業を通じて地域中小企業と地域中小企業と相乗効果を創出できるように積極的に努力する」と明らかにした。

中小企业和风险投资部（部长吴英珠，以下简称中小企业和风险投资部）于19日（星期四）表示，将发布“AI区域重点产业联动项目”，旨在通过区域重点产业中小企业和AI初创企业之间的AX合作，推动区域重点产业发展，确保AI初创企业的技术验证和销售渠道。
AX（人工智能转型）是将AI技术应用于各行各业，以改善商业模式的战略，其市场规模基于与其他行业的融合和创新的可能性而大幅扩大。此外，寻求强化技术竞争力的本地中小企业对AX技术的需求也在不断增长。
因此，通过在工业领域中匹配拥有AX技术的中小企业和AI初创企业，对技术商业化的支持需求强烈。
该项目是年初宣布的“超级差距创业公司1000+项目”第三阶段计划中，今年新设立的第一阶段“微型超级差距”计划的一部分。该项目基于本地中小企业的AI技术需求，通过AX与AI初创企业的合作，支持AI初创企业技术的商业化。通过该项目创造优异业绩的AI初创企业，将有机会与其他“微型超级差距”项目一样，与超级差距项目的业务挂钩。
中小企业和风险投资部将通过本次公告选出共计10家有前景的AI初创企业，主要公告内容如下。
主要的合作课题是根据预先针对区域重点产业中运营的中小型风险企业进行需求调查的结果，选定了5个领域（生物/健康、未来移动出行、智能工厂、环保/能源、化学）的13个课题。并招募能够利用AX技术解决课题的近10年内成立的AI初创企业。

创业政策局局长赵京元表示：“地方支柱产业是区域经济的核心驱动力，在首都圈以外创造就业岗位和附加值，因此通过AX强化地方中小企业的技术竞争力至关重要。”他还表示，“中小企业风险投资部将积极致力于通过AX合作，促进地方中小企业与AI初创企业之间的协同效应，例如促进地方中小企业的产品升级、为AI初创企业开拓市场等。”

Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo, ci-après dénommé le ministère des PME et des startups) a annoncé le 19 (jeudi) qu'il annoncerait le « Projet de liaison entre les industries clés régionales de l'IA » pour faire progresser les industries clés régionales et sécuriser les canaux de vérification et de vente de technologies pour les startups de l'IA grâce à la collaboration AX entre les PME des industries clés régionales et les startups de l'IA.
L'AX (Transformation par l'Intelligence Artificielle) est une stratégie visant à appliquer l'IA à divers secteurs afin d'améliorer les modèles économiques. Son marché connaît une croissance significative grâce aux possibilités de convergence avec d'autres secteurs et à l'innovation. Par ailleurs, la demande en technologie AX de la part des PME locales cherchant à renforcer leur compétitivité technologique est également en hausse.
En conséquence, il existe une forte demande de soutien à la commercialisation de technologies par le biais de la mise en relation entre les petites et moyennes entreprises et les startups d’IA avec la technologie AX dans les domaines industriels.
Ce projet s'inscrit dans la première phase du programme « Micro Super Gap », nouvellement lancé cette année, et fait partie de la troisième phase du projet « Super Gap Startup 1000+ », annoncé en début d'année. Répondant à la demande des PME locales en matière d'IA, il soutient la commercialisation des technologies des startups d'IA grâce à une collaboration AX. Les startups d'IA qui obtiennent d'excellents résultats grâce à ce programme auront l'opportunité d'être associées au projet Super Gap, à l'instar des autres programmes « Micro Super Gap ».
Le ministère des PME et des startups sélectionnera un total de 10 startups d'IA prometteuses à travers cette annonce, et le contenu principal de l'annonce est le suivant.
Les principales tâches collaboratives comprennent 13 projets dans 5 domaines (bio/santé, mobilité future, usine intelligente, énergie/écologie, chimie) sélectionnés à partir des résultats d'une enquête de demande préalable auprès des PME opérant dans des secteurs clés de la région. Des startups d'IA créées au cours des 10 dernières années et capables de résoudre ces tâches grâce à la technologie AX sont actuellement recrutées.
Le processus d'évaluation se déroulera sous forme d'analyse documentaire et de présentation. La mise en relation et le partenariat avec des PME locales seront encouragés lors de la sélection. Les startups d'IA sélectionnées recevront 80 millions de wons de fonds pour la commercialisation collaborative de leurs technologies, un soutien à la démonstration de faisabilité (PoC) et un soutien pour sécuriser leurs canaux de vente.
Les startups souhaitant participer au programme peuvent postuler via le portail K-Startup du jeudi 19 juin au jeudi 10 juillet à 15h00.
Kyung-won Cho, directeur général de la politique des startups, a déclaré : « Les industries clés régionales sont le moteur principal de l'économie régionale, créatrices d'emplois et de valeur ajoutée dans les zones non métropolitaines.
