서울시가 운영하는 핀테크 스타트업 육성 허브인 서울핀테크랩의 입주기업인 루센트블록(대표 허세영)이 금융위원회를 포함한 13개 정부 부처가 공동 주관하는 ‘혁신 프리미어 1000’ 사업에 최종 선정됐다.
‘혁신 프리미어 1000’ 사업은 혁신성과 성장 가능성을 인정받은 중소·중견기업을 대상으로 정책금융 우대와 수출, IR, 컨설팅 등 비금융 분야 지원을 제공하는 프로그램으로, 2026년 말까지 총 509개 기업에 혜택이 돌아갈 예정이다. 루센트블록은 산업통상자원부 추천을 받은 128개 기업 중 최종 선정됐으며, STO 분야에서는 유일한 성과를 기록했다.
2018년 11월 대전에 설립된 루센트블록은 비수도권 최초의 혁신금융사업자로, 블록체인 기술을 활용해 부동산을 토큰화하고 일반 투자자들이 이를 거래할 수 있는 플랫폼을 구축하고 있다.
서울핀테크랩 관계자는 “루센트블록의 이번 성과는 서울핀테크랩의 스타트업 지원 체계가 결실을 맺은 사례”라며 “앞으로도 기술과 금융의 융합을 이끄는 핀테크 기업들을 적극 지원할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
루센트블록 허세영 대표는 “이번 선정으로 자사의 STO 기술이 실물경제 혁신의 중요한 축으로 인정받았다”며 “기술 고도화와 대중화를 통해 누구나 자산을 쉽게 소유할 수 있는 환경을 만드는 데 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.

Lucent Block, Final Selection of 'Innovation Premier 1000'
LucentBlock (CEO Heo Se-young), a resident company of Seoul Fintech Lab, a fintech startup incubation hub operated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, has been selected for the 'Innovation Premier 1000' project jointly hosted by 13 government ministries including the Financial Services Commission.
The 'Innovation Premier 1000' project is a program that provides preferential policy financing and support in non-financial areas such as exports, IR, and consulting to small and medium-sized enterprises that have been recognized for their innovation and growth potential. A total of 509 companies are expected to benefit by the end of 2026. Lucent Block was finally selected among 128 companies recommended by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and is the only company to have achieved results in the STO sector.
Established in Daejeon in November 2018, LucentBlock is the first innovative financial company outside the metropolitan area. It is building a platform that tokenizes real estate using blockchain technology and allows general investors to trade it.
A Seoul Fintech Lab official said, “Lucent Block’s recent achievement is an example of Seoul Fintech Lab’s startup support system bearing fruit,” and added, “We plan to continue to actively support fintech companies that lead the convergence of technology and finance.”
LucentBlock CEO Heo Se-young said, “With this selection, our STO technology has been recognized as an important axis of innovation in the real economy,” and added, “We will strive to create an environment where anyone can easily own assets through technological advancement and popularization.”

ルーセントブロック、「イノベーションプレミア1000」最終選定
ソウル市が運営するフィンテックスタートアップ育成ハブであるソウルフィンテックラップの入社企業であるルセントブロック（代表ホ・セヨン）が金融委員会を含む１３の政府省庁が共同主管する「革新プレミア１０００」事業に最終選定された。
「革新プレミア1000」事業は、革新性と成長の可能性を認められた中小・中堅企業を対象に政策金融優遇と輸出、IR、コンサルティングなど非金融分野の支援を提供するプログラムで、2026年末までに合計509社に恩恵を受ける予定だ。ルセントブロックは産業通商資源部推薦を受けた128社のうち最終選定され、STO分野では唯一の成果を記録した。
2018年11月大田に設立されたルーセントブロックは非水道圏初の革新金融事業者で、ブロックチェーン技術を活用して不動産をトークン化し、一般投資家がこれを取引できるプラットフォームを構築している。
ソウルフィンテックラップ関係者は「ルセントブロックの今回の成果はソウルフィンテラップのスタートアップ支援体系が結実を結んだ事例」とし「今後も技術と金融の融合を導くフィンテック企業を積極的に支援する計画」と明らかにした。
ルセントブロックのホセヨン代表は「今回の選定で自社のSTO技術が実物経済革新の重要な軸として認められた」とし「技術高度化と大衆化を通じて誰もが資産を容易に所有できる環境を作るのに努める」と話した。

“创新先锋1000”项目旨在为那些因其创新和增长潜力而获得认可的中小企业提供优惠政策融资以及出口、投资者关系（IR）和咨询等非金融领域的支持。预计到2026年底，共有509家公司受益。Lucent Block最终从产业通商资源部推荐的128家公司中脱颖而出，成为STO领域唯一一家取得成果的公司。
LucentBlock于2018年11月在大田成立，是首家首都圈外的创新型金融公司。该公司正在构建一个利用区块链技术将房地产代币化并允许普通投资者进行交易的平台。
首尔金融科技实验室相关人士表示，“Lucent Block此次取得的成绩，是首尔金融科技实验室创业支持体系取得成果的体现”，并表示，“今后也将持续积极支持引领技术与金融融合的金融科技企业”。
LucentBlock代表许世永表示，“通过此次入选，我们的STO技术被认定为实体经济革新的重要轴心”，并表示，“我们将努力通过技术的进步和普及，创造任何人都能轻松拥有资产的环境”。

LucentBlock (PDG Heo Se-young), une société résidente du Seoul Fintech Lab, un centre d'incubation de startups fintech exploité par le gouvernement métropolitain de Séoul, a été sélectionnée pour le projet « Innovation Premier 1000 » organisé conjointement par 13 ministères, dont la Commission des services financiers.
Le projet « Innovation Premier 1000 » est un programme qui offre un financement préférentiel et un soutien dans des domaines non financiers tels que l'exportation, les relations avec les investisseurs et le conseil aux petites et moyennes entreprises reconnues pour leur potentiel d'innovation et de croissance. Au total, 509 entreprises devraient en bénéficier d'ici fin 2026. Lucent Block a finalement été sélectionnée parmi 128 entreprises recommandées par le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie, et est la seule entreprise à avoir obtenu des résultats dans le secteur des STO.
