법무법인 대륜이 한국준법진흥원(주), ESGI(주)와 MOU를 체결하고 기업 대상 공정거래 자율준수 프로그램(CP 등급평가) 및 ESG 통합 대응체계 구축에 나선다고 2일 밝혔다.
지난달 30일 대륜 서울본부 분사무소에서 열린 체결식에는 대륜 김국일 경영대표, 손계준 변호사와 한국준법진흥원 이정명 원장, ESGI 용석광 대표 등이 참석했다.
한국준법진흥원은 국제표준화기구(ISO)에서 제정한 경영시스템의 인증심사를 기준으로 기업의 부패방지, 준법·컴플라이언스 등을 인증심사 및 심사원 자격을 양성하는 인증기관이다. 아울러 ESGI는 기업의 ESG 컨설팅, CSDD 컨설팅, 공정거래 CP 컨설팅 등 ESG 경영의 실현을 위한 전문 지식과 해결책을 제공하는 통합 서비스 기업이다.
대륜은 이번 협약을 통해 기업의 준법경영 체계 강화와 ESG 대응 역량 제고를 위한 통합 솔루션을 구축할 예정이다.
구체적으로 ▲임직원 대상 준법·윤리 교육 프로그램 개발 자문 ▲지속가능 경영보고서 및 인증 대응 자문 ▲ESG 경영 관련 법적 리스크에 대한 사전 점검 및 대응 매뉴얼 제공 등 기업 맞춤형 지원 서비스를 지원할 계획이다.
한국준법진흥원 이정명 원장은 “이번 MOU를 통해 기업 고객들이 보다 정교한 준법 체계와 실무 교육을 한 번에 받을 수 있게 됐다”며 “실제 운영 과정에서의 위험 예방과 대응 역량이 크게 강화될 것”이라고 강조했다.
ESGI 용석광 대표는 “기업들이 ESG경영을 실제 경영 전략으로 연결시키는 데에는 법률·교육·실행체계가 함께 맞물려야 한다”며 “대륜과의 협력이 그 출발점이 될 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
대륜 김국일 경영총괄대표는 “기업 운영에 있어 ESG·준법경영은 이제 선택이 아닌 필수”라며 “대륜이 가진 기업 자문 경험을 바탕으로 기업들이 준법과 지속가능성이라는 두 과제를 동시에 해결할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Daeryun Law Firm Signs MOU with Korea Legal Compliance Institute and ESGI
Daeryun Law Firm announced on the 2nd that it signed an MOU with the Korea Compliance Institute and ESGI to establish a fair trade voluntary compliance program (CP rating evaluation) for companies and an integrated ESG response system.
The signing ceremony held at the branch office of Daeryun Seoul headquarters on the 30th of last month was attended by Daeryun CEO Kim Guk-il, attorney Son Gye-jun, Korea Compliance Promotion Institute Director Lee Jeong-myeong, and ESGI CEO Yong Seok-gwang.
The Korea Compliance Institute is a certification agency that conducts certification audits and trains auditors for corporate corruption prevention, compliance, etc. based on the certification audit of management systems established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). In addition, ESGI is an integrated service company that provides professional knowledge and solutions for realizing ESG management, such as corporate ESG consulting, CSDD consulting, and fair trade CP consulting.
Through this agreement, Daeryun plans to build an integrated solution to strengthen the company's compliance management system and improve ESG response capabilities.
Specifically, we plan to provide customized support services for companies, including ▲advisory services on the development of compliance and ethics education programs for executives and employees, ▲advisory services on sustainable management reports and certification responses, and ▲provision of manuals for advance inspection and response to legal risks related to ESG management.
Lee Jeong-myeong, the president of the Korea Compliance Institute, emphasized, “Through this MOU, corporate clients will be able to receive more sophisticated compliance systems and practical training all at once,” and “This will greatly enhance our risk prevention and response capabilities during actual operations.”
ESGI CEO Yong Seok-kwang said, “For companies to connect ESG management to actual management strategies, laws, education, and implementation systems must all be intertwined,” adding, “We expect that our collaboration with Daeryun will be the starting point for this.”
Daeryun CEO Kim Kook-il said, “ESG and compliance management are no longer optional but essential in corporate management,” and added, “Based on Daeryun’s corporate consulting experience, we will actively support companies to simultaneously address the two challenges of compliance and sustainability.”

大輪は今回の条約を通じて企業のコンプライアンス経営体系の強化とESG対応力量向上のための統合ソリューションを構築する予定だ。
具体的に▲従業員対象コンプライアンス・倫理教育プログラム開発諮問 ▲持続可能な経営報告書及び認証対応諮問 ▲ESG経営関連法的リスクに対する事前点検及び対応マニュアルの提供など企業カスタマイズ支援サービスを支援する計画だ。
韓国コンプライアンス振興院イ・ジョンミョン院長は「今回のMOUを通じて企業顧客がより洗練されたコンプライアンス体系と実務教育を一度に受けることができるようになった」とし、「実際の運営過程での危険予防と対応力量が大きく強化されるだろう」と強調した。
ESGIヨン・ソククァン代表は「企業がESG経営を実際の経営戦略に連結させるには、法律・教育・実行体系が一緒にかみ合わなければならない」とし「大輪との協力がその出発点になると期待する」と明らかにした。
大輪キム・グクイル経営総括代表は「企業運営においてESG・コンプライアンス経営はもう選択ではなく必須」とし「大輪が持つ企業諮問経験をもとに企業がコンプライアンスと持続可能性という二つの課題を同時に解決できるように積極的に支援する」と話した。

大运律师事务所2日宣布，与韩国合规研究所、 ESGI签署了MOU，旨在构建企业公平交易自愿合规计划（CP评级评估）和综合ESG应对体系。
上月30日，在大运首尔总部支店举行的签约仪式，大运代表金国日、律师孙桂俊、韩国合规推进院院长李正明、ESGI代表杨锡光出席了仪式。
韩国合规研究所是一家认证机构，以国际标准化组织（ISO）制定的管理体系认证审计为基础，开展企业反腐败、合规等认证审计并培养审计员。此外，ESGI是一家综合服务公司，提供企业ESG咨询、CSDD咨询、公平交易CP咨询等实现ESG管理的专业知识和解决方案。

韩国合规院院长李正明强调，“通过此次MOU，企业客户将能够一次性获得更加完善的合规体系和实践培训”，“这将大幅提升我们在实际运营中的风险防范和应对能力”。
ESGI代表尹锡光表示，“企业要将ESG经营与实际经营战略结合起来，需要将法律、教育、实施体系等有机结合起来”，“我们期待与大运的合作成为这一目标的起点”。
大运会代表金国一表示，“ESG及合规经营在企业经营中不再是可有可无的，而是不可或缺的”，并表示，“我们将以大运会的企业咨询经验为基础，积极支持企业同时应对合规经营与可持续发展两大挑战”。

Le cabinet d'avocats Daeryun a annoncé le 2 qu'il avait signé un protocole d'accord avec le Korea Compliance Institute et l'ESGI pour établir un programme de conformité volontaire au commerce équitable (évaluation de la notation CP) pour les entreprises et un système de réponse ESG intégré.
La cérémonie de signature qui s'est tenue au siège social de Daeryun à Séoul le 30 du mois dernier a été suivie par le PDG de Daeryun, Kim Guk-il, l'avocat Son Gye-jun, le directeur de l'Institut coréen de promotion de la conformité, Lee Jeong-myeong, et le PDG d'ESGI, Yong Seok-gwang.
Le Korea Compliance Institute est un organisme de certification qui réalise des audits de certification et forme des auditeurs à la prévention de la corruption en entreprise, à la conformité, etc., en s'appuyant sur l'audit de certification des systèmes de gestion établi par l'Organisation internationale de normalisation (ISO). De plus, ESGI est une société de services intégrés qui fournit des connaissances et des solutions professionnelles pour la mise en œuvre de la gestion ESG, notamment en conseil ESG d'entreprise, en conseil CSDD et en conseil en protection de l'environnement (PE) du commerce équitable.
Grâce à cet accord, Daeryun prévoit de construire une solution intégrée pour renforcer le système de gestion de la conformité de l'entreprise et améliorer les capacités de réponse ESG.
Plus précisément, nous prévoyons de fournir des services de soutien personnalisés aux entreprises, notamment ▲des services de conseil sur le développement de programmes de formation à la conformité et à l'éthique pour les dirigeants et les employés, ▲des services de conseil sur les rapports de gestion durable et les réponses de certification, et ▲la fourniture de manuels d'inspection préalable et de réponse aux risques juridiques liés à la gestion ESG.
