IT 보안 및 인증 플랫폼 기업 라온시큐어는 자사 이재영 이사가 ‘2025년 디지털정부 혁신 유공’ 분야에서 행정안전부 장관 표창을 수상했다고 14일 밝혔다.
이 이사는 모바일 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 국가보훈등록증 등 국가 모바일 신분증 도입 사업에 참여하며, 디지털 신분증 서비스의 안정적 구축과 확산에 기여한 공로를 인정받았다.
라온시큐어에 따르면, 이 이사는 자사의 블록체인 기반 DID(Decentralized Identifier) 기술을 활용해 국가 모바일 신분증 인프라 구축을 현장에서 총괄했으며, 기관별 요구사항 반영, 보안성 및 사용자 편의성 중심의 시스템 설계 등 전 과정에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행했다.
특히 올해 3월부터 전 국민을 대상으로 발급이 시작된 모바일 주민등록증을 비롯해, 국내 최초로 법적 효력을 갖춘 모바일 운전면허증, 모바일 공무원증 등의 구축에 참여했다. 또한 민간 앱에서도 국가 신분증을 발급·활용할 수 있도록 하는 개방형 서비스 확장에도 기여했다.
이외에도 이 이사는 병무청의 블록체인 기반 사용자 인증 서비스 도입, 경상남도의 도민증 발급 시스템 구축 등 다수의 프로젝트를 통해 공공분야의 디지털 전환과 지역 행정 효율성 제고에 기여해 왔다.
이재영 이사는 수상 소감을 통해 “이번 수상은 블록체인 기반 디지털 신분증 서비스를 함께 만들어 온 모든 구성원의 노력에 대한 인정”이라며, “앞으로도 국민이 체감할 수 있는 실질적인 디지털 혁신을 통해 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 디지털 사회 구축에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Raon Secure Director Lee Jae-young Receives Minister of Public Administration and Security Award for '2025 Digital Government Innovation Contribution'
IT security and authentication platform company LaonSecure announced on the 14th that its director Jaeyoung Lee received a commendation from the Minister of the Interior and Safety in the category of '2025 Digital Government Innovation'.
This director was recognized for his contribution to the stable establishment and expansion of digital identification services through his participation in the national mobile identification card introduction project, including mobile resident registration cards, driver's licenses, and national veterans registration cards.
According to LaonSecure, the director oversaw the construction of a national mobile ID infrastructure using the company's blockchain-based DID (Decentralized Identifier) technology, and played a key role throughout the entire process, including reflecting requirements by institution and designing a system focused on security and user convenience.
In particular, he participated in the establishment of mobile resident registration cards, which began to be issued to all citizens in March of this year, as well as mobile driver's licenses and mobile civil servant ID cards, which were the first in Korea to have legal effect. He also contributed to the expansion of open services that allow national identification cards to be issued and used on private apps.
In addition, this director has contributed to the digital transformation of the public sector and the improvement of local administrative efficiency through numerous projects, including the introduction of a blockchain-based user authentication service for the Military Manpower Administration and the establishment of a Gyeongsangnam-do resident registration card issuance system.
In his acceptance speech, Director Lee Jae-young said, “This award is recognition of the efforts of all members who have worked together to create a blockchain-based digital ID service,” and added, “We will continue to contribute to building a safe and trustworthy digital society through practical digital innovation that the public can feel.”

さらに、取締役は、兵務庁のブロックチェーンベースのユーザー認証サービスの導入、慶尚南道の都民証発行システムの構築など、多数のプロジェクトを通じて公共分野のデジタル転換と地域行政効率の向上に貢献してきた。
イ・ジェヨン理事は受賞所感を通じて「今回の受賞はブロックチェーンベースのデジタル身分証明書サービスを一緒に作ってきたすべてのメンバーの努力に対する認定」とし、「今後も国民が体感できる実質的なデジタル革新を通じて安全で信頼できるデジタル社会の構築に貢献する」と明らかにした。

Lee Jae-young, directeur de Raon Secure, reçoit le prix du ministre de l'Administration publique et de la Sécurité pour sa contribution à l'innovation numérique du gouvernement en 2025.
La société de plateforme de sécurité informatique et d'authentification LaonSecure a annoncé le 14 que son directeur Jaeyoung Lee avait reçu une distinction du ministre de l'Intérieur et de la Sécurité dans la catégorie « Innovation du gouvernement numérique 2025 ».
Ce directeur a été reconnu pour sa contribution à l'établissement stable et à l'expansion des services d'identification numérique grâce à sa participation au projet national d'introduction de cartes d'identité mobiles, y compris les cartes d'enregistrement de résidents mobiles, les permis de conduire et les cartes nationales d'enregistrement des anciens combattants.
Selon LaonSecure, le directeur a supervisé la construction d'une infrastructure nationale d'identification mobile utilisant la technologie DID (identifiant décentralisé) basée sur la blockchain de l'entreprise et a joué un rôle clé tout au long du processus, notamment en reflétant les exigences de chaque institution et en concevant un système axé sur la sécurité et la commodité de l'utilisateur.

En outre, ce directeur a contribué à la transformation numérique du secteur public et à l'amélioration de l'efficacité administrative locale à travers de nombreux projets, notamment l'introduction d'un service d'authentification des utilisateurs basé sur la blockchain pour l'administration du personnel militaire et la mise en place d'un système d'émission de cartes d'enregistrement des résidents de Gyeongsangnam-do.
