세이브더칠드런 중부지역본부(본부장 심혜설)는 지난 11일 대전영화협회 씬영사이(대표 배기원)와 아동권리 감수성 향상을 위한 씨네아동권리사업 추진에 관한 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 아동의 권리를 존중하고 이를 사회 전반에 확산하기 위한 환경 조성의 일환으로 추진되었으며, 영화 콘텐츠를 매개로 아동권리에 대한 인식을 높이고 삶의 질 향상에 기여하는 것을 목표로 한다.
대전영화협회 씬영사이는 영화 제작 및 영화 관련 교육 프로그램 운영을 통해 지역 영화 문화 발전에 기여해 온 비영리 단체로, 이번 협약을 통해 세이브더칠드런과 함께 아동권리 증진 활동에 참여하게 됐다.
협약 주요 내용에는 ▲세이브더칠드런 아동권리 영화 상영 ▲아동권리 체험 프로그램 운영 협조 ▲아동권리 사업 지원 체계 구축 ▲기타 아동권리 증진을 위한 상호 협력 사항 등이 포함됐다.
양 기관은 협약의 일환으로 오는 8월 30일부터 31일까지 대전엑스포시민광장에서 개최되는 제4회 대전국제단편영화제에서 아동권리 영화 상영 및 체험 부스를 운영할 계획이다.
배기원 대전영화협회 씬영사이 대표는 “아동권리를 주제로 한 의미 있는 영화 상영을 통해 더 많은 시민들이 아동권리에 대해 공감할 수 있는 계기가 되기를 바란다”고 말했다.
심혜설 세이브더칠드런 중부지역본부장은 “영화를 통해 아동권리 감수성을 높일 수 있는 좋은 기회로, 앞으로도 아동의 권리가 존중받을 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 전했다.

The main contents of the agreement include ▲Screening of Save the Children children's rights films ▲Cooperation in operating children's rights experience programs ▲Establishment of a support system for children's rights projects ▲Other mutual cooperation matters for promoting children's rights.
As part of the agreement, the two organizations plan to operate a children's rights film screening and experience booth at the 4th Daejeon International Short Film Festival to be held at Daejeon Expo Citizen's Square from August 30th to 31st.
Bae Ki-won, the representative of the Daejeon Film Association’s Scene Young Sai, said, “I hope that this meaningful film screening on the topic of children’s rights will provide an opportunity for more citizens to empathize with children’s rights.”
Shim Hye-seol, the head of Save the Children’s Central Regional Headquarters, said, “This is a great opportunity to raise awareness of children’s rights through film, and we will continue to work to ensure that children’s rights are respected in the future.”

セーブ・ザ・チルドレン中部地域本部（本部長シム・ヘソル）は11日、大田映画協会のシン・ヨンサイ（代表排気院）と児童権利感受性向上のためのシネ児童権利事業の推進に関する業務協約を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の条約は、児童の権利を尊重し、これを社会全般に広めるための環境づくりの一環として推進され、映画コンテンツを媒介として児童権利に対する認識を高め、生活の質の向上に寄与することを目指す。
大田映画協会シンヨンサイは映画制作および映画関連教育プログラム運営を通じて地域映画文化の発展に寄与してきた非営利団体で、今回の条約を通じてセーブ・ザ・チルドレンと共に児童権利増進活動に参加することになった。
条約の主な内容には、▲セーブ・ザ・チルドレン児童権利映画上映▲児童権利体験プログラム運営協調▲児童権利事業支援体系構築▲その他児童権利増進のための相互協力事項などが含まれた。
両機関は、条約の一環として来る8月30日から31日まで大田エキスポ市民広場で開催される第4回大田国際短編映画祭で児童権利映画上映及び体験ブースを運営する計画だ。
ペ・ギウォン大田映画協会シンヨンサイ代表は「児童権利をテーマにした意味のある映画上映を通じて、より多くの市民が児童権利に対して共感できるきっかけになることを願う」と話した。
シム・ヘソルセーブ・ザ・チルドレン中部地域本部長は「映画を通じて児童権利感受性を高める良い機会で、今後も児童の権利が尊重されるように継続的に努力する」と伝えた。

Le siège régional central de Save the Children (directeur Shim Hye-seol) a annoncé le 11 avoir signé un accord commercial avec Scene Young Sai (PDG Bae Ki-won) de l'Association cinématographique de Daejeon concernant la promotion du projet Cine Children's Rights afin d'améliorer la sensibilisation aux droits des enfants.
Cet accord a été promu dans le cadre des efforts visant à créer un environnement respectueux des droits de l'enfant et à les diffuser dans toute la société, et vise à sensibiliser aux droits de l'enfant à travers le contenu cinématographique et à contribuer à l'amélioration de la qualité de vie.
L'Association cinématographique de Daejeon, Scene Young Sai, est une organisation à but non lucratif qui contribue au développement de la culture cinématographique locale par la production cinématographique et des programmes éducatifs liés au cinéma. Bae Ki-won, représentant de Scene Young Sai de l'Association cinématographique de Daejeon, a déclaré : « J'espère que cette projection de film significative sur le thème des droits de l'enfant donnera l'occasion à davantage de citoyens de comprendre les droits de l'enfant. »
