인천창조경제혁신센터(이하 인천센터)의 투자기업 제이치글로벌(대표 오주명)이 개발한 방염 기능 융합형 친환경 단열도료가 조달청 혁신제품으로 지정됐다. 이번 지정은 제이치글로벌이 개발한 제품이 화염 전파 방지, 에너지 절감, 실내 공기질 개선 등 세 가지 기능을 통합한 고기능성 친환경 건축 자재로서의 가능성을 인정받은 결과다.
최근 대형 산불 발생으로 인해 건축물의 내화 성능과 에너지 효율에 대한 관심이 높아지는 가운데, 해당 제품은 화재 확산 억제와 에너지 손실 최소화를 동시에 실현할 수 있는 기술력을 바탕으로 공공 부문에서의 활용 가능성이 커지고 있다. 조달청 혁신제품으로 지정됨에 따라 제이치글로벌은 향후 학교, 병원, 공공청사 등 고위험 시설을 중심으로 수의계약을 통한 우선 납품이 가능해졌으며, 공공시장 진출을 본격화할 계획이다.
이번 조달청 혁신제품 지정은 정부가 추진 중인 탄소중립, 에너지 고효율화, 기후 재난 대응 정책과 방향성이 일치하며, 제이치글로벌 제품이 공공부문에서의 저탄소 기술과 재난 대응형 건축자재 도입 수요를 충족하는 사례로 평가되고 있다. 회사 관계자는 “기술 혁신이 곧 공공 안전으로 이어진다는 책임감을 갖고, 공공과 민간 시장 모두에서 안전하고 지속가능한 건축 솔루션을 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

As interest in fire resistance and energy efficiency of buildings has increased due to the recent occurrence of large-scale forest fires, the product is expected to be used more widely in the public sector based on its technology that can simultaneously suppress the spread of fire and minimize energy loss. As it has been designated as an innovative product by the Public Procurement Service, JH Global will be able to provide priority supplies through direct contracts to high-risk facilities such as schools, hospitals, and public buildings in the future, and plans to fully advance into the public market.

La peinture isolante écologique intégrée ignifuge développée par JH Global (PDG : Oh Ju-myeong), société d'investissement du Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative d'Incheon (ci-après dénommé le Centre d'Incheon), a été désignée produit innovant par le Service des marchés publics. Cette désignation est le fruit de la reconnaissance du potentiel du produit de JH Global en tant que matériau de construction écologique hautement fonctionnel, intégrant trois fonctions : prévention de la propagation des flammes, économies d'énergie et amélioration de la qualité de l'air intérieur.
