한국ST거래(대표이사 조원동, 정상준)는 전기차 충전 인프라 전문 기업 차지인과 토큰증권(STO) 사업 추진을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 협약에 따라 두 회사는 자본시장의 패러다임을 전환하고 있는 토큰증권과 친환경 전기차 충전인프라 사업의 연계에 협력할 예정이다. 이를 위해 ▲국내〮외 충전인프라 확충을 위한 사업지 분석 ▲사업성이 우수한 충전 인프라에 대한 토큰증권 발행 ▲일반투자자 대상 충전인프라 투자 기회 제공 ▲충전인프라 토큰증권 유통 지원 등에 협력한다.
양사는 이번 협약을 통해 실물 기반 자산의 디지털 전환과 투자 접근성 확대를 선도해 나갈 방침이다.
한국ST거래는 지난 5월 ‘소상공인 공동사업 수익권에 기반한 투자계약증권 장외 유통 플랫폼 서비스’를 금융위로부터 혁신금융서비스로 지정 받은 바 있다.
특히 9월 30일 제도화가 예정된 ‘수익증권 투자중개업자’ 라이선스를 취득해 신탁수익증권과 투자계약증권을 통합 유통하는 플랫폼을 구축할 계획으로 토큰증권 법제화 이전 신종증권 유통 시장 활성화에 앞장설 계획이다.
차지인 최영석 대표는 “전기차 충전소를 디지털 자산으로 변화하여 수익을 분배할 수 있는 사업모델로 확산시키는데 한국 ST거래와 함께 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한국ST거래 정상준 대표는 “이번 협력을 통해 디지털 자산과 전통 자산이 융합하는 새로운 생태계를 구축할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다”며, “앞으로도 다양한 산업군과의 협력을 확대해 토큰증권 시장 생태계를 주도해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

In May, Korea ST Trading received designation as an innovative financial service from the Financial Services Commission for its ‘over-the-counter distribution platform service for investment contract securities based on small business joint venture profit rights.’
In particular, by acquiring the 'Profit Securities Investment Brokerage' license, which is scheduled to be institutionalized on September 30, the company plans to build a platform for integrated distribution of trust profit securities and investment contract securities, thereby taking the lead in activating the new securities distribution market before the enactment of token securities legislation.
CEO Choi Young-seok of Chargein said, “We will work with Korea ST Trading to expand the business model of converting electric vehicle charging stations into digital assets and distributing profits.”

韓国ST取引、占有者と業務協約締結
韓国ＳＴ取引（代表取締役チョ・ウォンドン、サムスンジュン）は電気自動車充電インフラ専門企業チャージ人とトークン証券（ＳＴＯ）事業推進のための業務協約を締結したと１６日明らかにした。
今回の条約により、両社は資本市場のパラダイムを転換しているトークン証券と環境に優しい電気自動車の充電インフラ事業の連携に協力する予定だ。トークン証券流通支援などに協力する。
両社は今回の条約を通じて、実物基盤資産のデジタル転換と投資アクセシビリティ拡大をリードしていく方針だ。
韓国ST取引は去る5月「小商工人共同事業収益権に基づく投資契約証券場外流通プラットフォームサービス」を金融委から革新金融サービスに指定されたことがある。
特に9月30日、制度化が予定された「収益証券投資仲介業者」ライセンスを取得し、信託収益証券と投資契約証券を統合流通するプラットフォームを構築する計画で、トークン証券法制化以前の新種証券流通市場の活性化に先立つ計画だ。
チャージであるチェ・ヨンソク代表は「電気自動車充電所をデジタル資産に変化して収益を分配できる事業モデルに拡散させるのに韓国ＳＴ取引と共に努力する」と明らかにした。
韓国ST取引首脳準代表は「今回の協力を通じてデジタル資産と伝統資産が融合する新しい生態系を構築できると期待される」とし、「今後も多様な産業群との協力を拡大してトークン証券市場の生態系を主導していく」と話した。

韩国ST商事与车智仁签署业务协议
韩国ST商社（代表理事赵元东、郑尚俊） 16日宣布，与电动汽车充电基础设施专业公司Charjiin签署了业务协议，将推进代币证券（STO）业务。

特别是，通过获得预定于9月30日制度化的‘收益证券投资经纪’许可证，该公司计划构建信托收益证券和投资契约证券的综合分销平台，从而在代币证券法实施之前率先激活新型证券分销市场。
Chargein代表崔永硕表示，“我们将与韩国ST商社合作，拓展将电动汽车充电站转换为数字资产并分配利润的商业模式。”

En mai, Korea ST Trading a reçu la désignation de service financier innovant de la part de la Commission des services financiers pour son « service de plateforme de distribution de gré à gré pour les titres de contrats d'investissement basés sur les droits de profit des coentreprises de petites entreprises ».
En particulier, en acquérant la licence « Profit Securities Investment Brokerage », dont l'institutionnalisation est prévue le 30 septembre, la société prévoit de construire une plateforme de distribution intégrée de titres de fiducie à profit et de titres de contrats d'investissement, prenant ainsi l'initiative d'activer le nouveau marché de distribution de titres avant la promulgation de la législation sur les titres symboliques.
Choi Young-seok, PDG de Chargein, a déclaré : « Nous travaillerons avec Korea ST Trading pour étendre le modèle commercial de conversion des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques en actifs numériques et de distribution des bénéfices. »
