AI·데이터 기반 HR테크 플랫폼 잡코리아(대표 윤현준)가 직장인 소셜 플랫폼 블라인드와 전략적 파트너십을 체결하고, 자사 공고를 블라인드 앱에 연동한다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 협업으로 잡코리아는 블라인드 앱 내 ‘채용’ 탭을 블라인드와 협업 하에 단독으로 운영하며, 자사의 인공지능(AI) 기반 매칭 서비스 ‘원픽(OnePick)’ 공고를 제공한다. 이를 통해 블라인드 이용자들은 블라인드 앱 내의 채용정보에 대해 클릭 한 번으로 잡코리아가 엄선한 공고를 확인하고 즉시 지원할 수 있게 됐다.
잡코리아는 이번 제휴를 통해 블라인드가 보유한 대기업·공공기관 재직자 네트워크를 기반으로 블라인드 앱 내 채용 정보의 노출 채널을 확대하고, AI 매칭을 통한 지원율을 높인다는 계획이다.
원픽은 잡코리아가 자체 개발한 생성형 AI 솔루션 ‘룹(LOOP Ai)’을 활용해 구직자와 공고 데이터를 분석, 빠르고 정확한 일자리 매칭을 지원하는 서비스다.
김원기 잡코리아 신사업개발팀 팀장은 “잡코리아는 AI·데이터 기반 채용 플랫폼으로서 다양한 채널과의 전략적 파트너십을 통해 구직자와 구인기업 간 효율적인 매칭 가능성을 확장해 나가고 있다”며 “이번 블라인드와의 협업은 실제 재직자 기반의 신뢰도 높은 커뮤니티와 잡코리아의 AI 매칭 역량이 결합해 채용 정보의 품질과 접근성을 한층 높일 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
이어 “앞으로도 동종 업계와의 개방적 협업을 지속해, 플랫폼 간 시너지를 극대화하고 더 많은 구직자에게 실질적인 매칭과 일자리 성공 기회를 제공해 나가겠다”라고 덧붙였다.

Job Korea and Blind Sign Strategic Partnership
Job Korea (CEO Hyun-Jun Yoon), an AI/data-based HR tech platform, announced on the 16th that it has signed a strategic partnership with Blind , a social platform for workers, and will link its job postings to the Blind app.
Through this collaboration, Job Korea will operate the ‘Recruitment’ tab within the Blind app exclusively in collaboration with Blind and provide advertisements using its artificial intelligence (AI)-based matching service ‘OnePick’. Through this, Blind users will be able to check the advertisements carefully selected by Job Korea with one click on the recruitment information within the Blind app and apply immediately.
Through this partnership, Job Korea plans to expand the exposure channels for recruitment information within the Blind app based on Blind's network of employees at large corporations and public institutions, and increase the application rate through AI matching.
One Pick is a service that uses Job Korea's self-developed generative AI solution 'LOOP Ai' to analyze job seeker and posting data, supporting fast and accurate job matching.
Kim Won-ki, team leader of JobKorea’s new business development team, said, “JobKorea is an AI and data-based recruitment platform that is expanding the possibilities for efficient matching between job seekers and hiring companies through strategic partnerships with various channels.” He added, “We expect this collaboration with Blind to significantly improve the quality and accessibility of recruitment information by combining a reliable community based on actual employees with JobKorea’s AI matching capabilities.”
He added, “We will continue to pursue open collaboration with similar industries to maximize synergy between platforms and provide more job seekers with real matching and job success opportunities.”

続いて「今後も同種業界との開放的コラボレーションを継続し、プラットフォーム間のシナジーを最大化し、より多くの求職者に実質的なマッチングと雇用成功機会を提供していく」と付け加えた。
