시니어 토탈 케어 기업 케어닥(대표 박재병)은 글로벌 유학생 유치를 통한 외국인 요양보호사 양성을 목표로, 국내 보건·간호계 교육기관들과 산학협력 파트너십을 체결했다고 22일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 경동대학교, 극동대학교와 각각 체결됐으며, 양 기관은 글로벌 돌봄 인재 양성을 위한 전용 교육과정을 공동 개발·운영할 예정이다. 케어닥은 실무 중심 교육 역량과 보건 분야 특화 커리큘럼을 갖춘 두 대학을 협력 대상으로 선정했다고 설명했다.
본 협약을 통해 케어닥과 참여 대학은 베트남, 미얀마, 인도네시아 등 아시아 지역에서 국내 돌봄 산업 진출을 희망하는 유학생을 선발하고, 요양보호사 자격 취득을 위한 이론 및 실습 교육을 지원한다. 이후 취업 연계 프로그램을 통해 국내 돌봄기관에서 정식 근무가 가능하도록 돕는 것이 주요 골자다.
케어닥은 또, 원활한 현장 소통을 위한 한국어 교육을 병행해 요양보호사 자격증과 한국어능력시험(TOPIK) 2급 이상 동시 취득을 유도할 계획이다. 이를 통해 국내 요양 산업에 적합한 전문 외국인 인력을 안정적으로 공급하겠다는 전략이다.
이번 산학협력은 최근 국내 돌봄 인력 부족 문제가 심화되는 가운데, 해외 인재 유치를 통한 공급 다변화를 위한 방안으로 추진됐다.
경동대학교 이영훈 산학부총장은 “본교의 교육 인프라와 케어닥의 실무 경험을 접목해 실질적인 취업 연계가 가능한 보건 인재 양성 모델을 구축하게 됐다”고 말했다.
케어닥 박재병 대표는 “국내 돌봄 인력 수급 불균형에 대응해 글로벌 산학협력 네트워크를 지속 확대하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 고품질 맞춤 돌봄 시스템을 기반으로 국내 돌봄 산업의 구조적 개선에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Caredoc, signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with a health and nursing university for 'training foreign nursing assistants'
Senior total care company Caredoc (CEO Jae-Byeong Park) announced on the 22nd that it has signed an industry-academic cooperation partnership with domestic health and nursing educational institutions with the goal of fostering foreign nursing assistants by attracting global international students.
This agreement was signed with Kyungdong University and Kyongdong University, respectively, and the two institutions will jointly develop and operate a dedicated curriculum for fostering global care talent. Caredoc explained that it selected the two universities as partners because they have practical education capabilities and a specialized curriculum in the health field.
Through this agreement, Caredoc and participating universities will select international students from Asian regions such as Vietnam, Myanmar, and Indonesia who wish to enter the domestic care industry, and support theoretical and practical training for obtaining nursing assistant qualifications. The main goal is to help them obtain full-time employment at domestic care facilities through employment-linked programs.
Caredoc also plans to provide Korean language education for smooth on-site communication, and encourage the simultaneous acquisition of nursing assistant qualifications and TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 2 or higher. Through this, the strategy is to stably supply specialized foreign manpower suitable for the domestic nursing industry.
This industry-academia cooperation was promoted as a measure to diversify supply by attracting overseas talent amid the recent worsening shortage of domestic care workers.
Kyungdong University Vice President for Industry-Academic Cooperation Lee Young-hoon said, “By combining our school’s educational infrastructure with Caredoc’s practical experience, we have established a model for fostering healthcare talent that can lead to practical employment.”
Caredoc CEO Jae-Byeong Park said, “In response to the imbalance in the supply and demand of domestic care workers, we are continuously expanding our global industry-academia cooperation network,” and “We will continue to contribute to the structural improvement of the domestic care industry based on a high-quality customized care system.”

ケアダック、保健・看護界大学と「外国人療養保護者養成」産学協力締結
シニアトータルケア企業ケアダック（代表パク・ジェビョン）はグローバル留学生誘致を通じた外国人療養保護士養成を目標に、国内保健・看護界教育機関と産学協力パートナーシップを締結したと22日明らかにした。
今回の協約は慶東大学、極東大学とそれぞれ締結され、両機関はグローバルケア人材養成のための専用教育課程を共同開発・運営する予定だ。ケアダックは、実務中心教育能力と保健分野特化カリキュラムを備えた両大学を協力対象に選定したと説明した。
本協約を通じてケアダックと参加大学はベトナム、ミャンマー、インドネシアなどアジア地域で国内の世話産業の進出を希望する留学生を選抜し、療養保護者の資格取得のための理論及び実習教育を支援する。以後、就業連携プログラムを通じて国内の世話機関で正式勤務が可能になるように支援することが主な骨子だ。
ケアダックはまた、円滑な現場コミュニケーションのための韓国語教育を並行して療養保護者資格証と韓国語能力試験（TOPIK）2級以上同時取得を誘導する計画だ。これを通じて国内療養産業に適した専門外国人人材を安定的に供給するという戦略だ。
今回の産学協力は最近、国内の世話をする人材不足問題が深化する中、海外人材誘致による供給多様化のための案として推進された。
慶東大学イ・ヨンフン産学部総長は「本校の教育インフラとケアダックの実務経験を組み合わせ、実質的な就業連携が可能な保健人材養成モデルを構築することになった」と話した。
ケアダックパク・ジェビョン代表は「国内の世話人材需給不均衡に対応してグローバル産学協力ネットワークを持続拡大している」とし「今後も高品質のカスタマイズされた世話システムを基盤に国内の世話産業の構造的改善に寄与する」と明らかにした。

老年综合护理公司Caredoc（代表朴在炳）22日表示，已与国内医疗护理教育机构签署产学合作伙伴关系协议，旨在通过吸引全球留学生来培养外籍护理助理。

此次产学合作是针对近期家政护理人员短缺日益严重的问题，通过吸引海外人才实现供给多元化的一项举措。
庆东大学产学合作副校长李永勋表示：“通过将我校的教育基础设施与Caredoc的实践经验相结合，我们建立了培养能够实现实际就业的医疗人才的模式。”

Caredoc a signé un accord de coopération industrielle et universitaire avec une université de santé et de soins infirmiers pour « former des aides-soignants étrangers »
Caredoc, société de soins complets pour personnes âgées (PDG : Jae-Byeong Park), a annoncé le 22 avoir signé un partenariat de coopération industrielle et universitaire avec des établissements d'enseignement nationaux de santé et de soins infirmiers dans le but de favoriser la formation d'assistants infirmiers étrangers en attirant des étudiants internationaux.
Cet accord a été signé respectivement avec l'Université Kyungdong et l'Université Kyongdong. Les deux institutions développeront et géreront conjointement un programme d'études dédié à la formation des talents en soins de santé à l'échelle mondiale. Caredoc a expliqué avoir choisi ces deux universités comme partenaires en raison de leurs capacités d'enseignement pratique et de leur spécialisation dans le domaine de la santé.
Grâce à cet accord, Caredoc et les universités participantes sélectionneront des étudiants internationaux originaires d'Asie, comme le Vietnam, la Birmanie et l'Indonésie, souhaitant intégrer le secteur des soins à domicile, et soutiendront la formation théorique et pratique pour l'obtention du diplôme d'aide-soignant. L'objectif principal est de les aider à trouver un emploi à temps plein dans des établissements de soins à domicile grâce à des programmes d'insertion professionnelle.
Caredoc prévoit également de proposer des cours de coréen pour faciliter la communication sur site et d'encourager l'obtention simultanée des qualifications d'aide-soignant et du TOPIK (Test de compétence en coréen) niveau 2 ou supérieur. L'objectif est ainsi de fournir de manière stable une main-d'œuvre étrangère spécialisée adaptée au secteur infirmier national.
Cette coopération entre l’industrie et le monde universitaire a été promue comme une mesure visant à diversifier l’offre en attirant des talents étrangers dans un contexte de pénurie croissante de travailleurs du secteur des soins à domicile.
Lee Young-hoon, vice-président de l'université Kyungdong pour la coopération industrie-université, a déclaré : « En combinant l'infrastructure éducative de notre école avec l'expérience pratique de Caredoc, nous avons établi un modèle pour encourager les talents dans le domaine de la santé qui peut mener à un emploi pratique. »
Le PDG de Caredoc, Jae-Byeong Park, a déclaré : « En réponse au déséquilibre entre l'offre et la demande de personnel soignant à domicile, nous élargissons continuellement notre réseau mondial de coopération industrie-université » et « Nous continuerons à contribuer à l'amélioration structurelle du secteur des soins à domicile sur la base d'un système de soins personnalisé de haute qualité. »
