(사)벤처기업협회(회장 송병준)는 2025년 상반기 ‘벤처금융포럼’ 운영 성과를 22일 발표했다. 협회에 따르면 올해 상반기 포럼을 통해 총 125억 원 규모의 자금 유치 및 금융 연계를 지원하며, 벤처기업들의 자금 조달 어려움 해소에 실질적인 기여를 한 것으로 나타났다.
올해 상반기에는 ▲IR 발표회 4회(24개사 참여) ▲1:1 투자자 미팅 53건(38개사) ▲1:1 전문가 상담 29건(27개사) 등이 진행됐다. 포럼은 기업별 성장 단계와 니즈에 맞춘 맞춤형 금융 프로그램을 중심으로 구성되었으며, 자금 조달과 관련된 실질적 솔루션을 제공하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
포럼 참가 기업 대상 조사 결과, 5개사가 총 65억 7,000만 원의 투자를 유치했고, 18개사는 총 59억 4,000만 원의 보증 및 대출 연계 실적을 기록한 것으로 집계됐다. 포럼 출범 이후(2023년 7월 기준) 누적 실적은 ▲투자유치 1,117억 7,000만 원(26개사) ▲보증·대출 연계 99억 1,000만 원(22개사)이다.
협회 관계자는 “벤처금융포럼은 벤처기업들의 스케일업을 위한 실질적인 투자 유치와 금융 연결을 지원하고 있다”며 “기업의 단계별 성장에 필요한 맞춤형 자금 지원을 지속적으로 확대할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
벤처금융포럼은 하반기에도 총 4회 개최될 예정이다. 제17회 포럼은 오는 8월 12일(화) 개최되며, 매 회차별로 IR 발표, 전문가 상담, 투자자와의 네트워킹 외에 특화 강연이 함께 마련된다. 주요 예정 강연은 ▲8월 ‘창업–성장–IPO 전략’(이종주 나우로보틱스 대표) ▲9월 ‘상법 개정안 및 법률 이슈’(이종건 법무법인 이후 대표변호사) 등이다.

The Korea Venture Business Association (Chairman Song Byung-jun) announced the results of the operation of the 'Venture Finance Forum' in the first half of 2025 on the 22nd. According to the association, the forum in the first half of this year supported a total of 12.5 billion won in fund raising and financial linkage, making a practical contribution to resolving venture companies' difficulties in raising funds.
In the first half of this year, ▲4 IR presentations (24 companies participated) ▲53 1:1 investor meetings (38 companies) ▲29 1:1 expert consultations (27 companies) were held. The forum was structured around customized financial programs tailored to the growth stage and needs of each company, and focused on providing practical solutions related to fund raising.
According to a survey of companies participating in the forum, five companies attracted a total of KRW 6.57 billion in investment, and 18 companies recorded a total of KRW 5.94 billion in guarantee and loan-related performance. The cumulative performance since the launch of the forum (as of July 2023) is ▲ KRW 111.77 billion in investment attraction (26 companies) ▲ KRW 9.91 billion in guarantee and loan-related performance (22 companies).
An association official said, “The Venture Finance Forum is supporting the attraction of practical investment and financial connections for venture companies to scale up,” and “We plan to continuously expand customized financial support necessary for each company’s stage of growth.”
The Venture Finance Forum is scheduled to be held four times in total in the second half of the year. The 17th forum will be held on Tuesday, August 12, and each session will feature IR presentations, expert consultations, networking with investors, and special lectures. The main scheduled lectures are ▲ August ‘Entrepreneurship – Growth – IPO Strategy’ (Lee Jong-joo, CEO of Now Robotics) ▲ September ‘Commercial Law Amendment and Legal Issues’ (Lee Jong-gun, CEO of Ihoo Law Firm).

ベンチャー金融フォーラムは下半期にも計4回開催される予定だ。第17回フォーラムは来る8月12日(火)開催され、毎回差別にIR発表、専門家相談、投資家とのネットワーキングのほかに特化講演が共に設けられる。主な予定講演は▲8月「創業－成長－IPO戦略」（イ・ジョンジュナウロボティクス代表）▲9月「商法改正案及び法律イシュー」（イ・ジョンゴン法務法人以後代表弁護士）などだ。

据对论坛参会企业进行的调查显示，5家企业共吸引投资65.7亿韩元，18家企业累计取得59.4亿韩元的担保及贷款相关实绩。论坛启动以来（截至2023年7月）的累计实绩为▲招商引资1117.7亿韩元（26家企业）▲担保及贷款相关实绩99.1亿韩元（22家企业）。
协会相关人士表示，“风险投资论坛将为风险投资企业吸引切实的投资和金融联系，帮助其扩大规模”，“计划根据各企业成长阶段，持续扩大必要的定制化金融支持”。

L'Association coréenne des entreprises de capital-risque (Korea Venture Business Association), présidée par Song Byung-jun, a annoncé le 22 les résultats du « Forum sur le financement du capital-risque » du premier semestre 2025. Selon l'association, le forum a permis, au cours du premier semestre de cette année, de lever des fonds et de mettre en place des liens financiers pour un montant total de 12,5 milliards de wons, contribuant ainsi concrètement à résoudre les difficultés des entreprises de capital-risque à lever des fonds.
Au cours du premier semestre de cette année, ▲4 présentations IR (24 entreprises participantes), ▲53 réunions individuelles avec des investisseurs (38 entreprises) et ▲29 consultations individuelles avec des experts (27 entreprises) ont été organisées. Le forum s'articulait autour de programmes financiers personnalisés, adaptés au stade de croissance et aux besoins de chaque entreprise, et visait à apporter des solutions concrètes pour la levée de fonds.
Selon une enquête menée auprès des entreprises participant au forum, cinq d'entre elles ont attiré un total de 6,57 milliards de wons d'investissement, et 18 entreprises ont enregistré un total de 5,94 milliards de wons de performances liées aux garanties et aux prêts. La performance cumulée depuis le lancement du forum (en juillet 2023) est de ▲ 111,77 milliards de wons d'attraction d'investissements (26 entreprises) ▲ 9,91 milliards de wons de performances liées aux garanties et aux prêts (22 entreprises).
Un responsable de l'association a déclaré : « Le Venture Finance Forum soutient l'attraction d'investissements pratiques et de connexions financières pour que les entreprises de capital-risque puissent se développer » et « Nous prévoyons d'étendre continuellement le soutien financier personnalisé nécessaire au stade de croissance de chaque entreprise. »
Le Venture Finance Forum se tiendra quatre fois au cours du second semestre. Le 17e forum se tiendra le mardi 12 août et chaque session proposera des présentations de relations investisseurs, des consultations d'experts, des échanges avec des investisseurs et des conférences thématiques. Les principales conférences prévues sont : ▲ Août « Entrepreneuriat – Croissance – Stratégie d'introduction en bourse » (Lee Jong-joo, PDG de Now Robotics) ; ▲ Septembre « Amendements au droit commercial et questions juridiques » (Lee Jong-gun, PDG du cabinet d'avocats Ihoo).
