주한독일상공회의소(KGCCI, 대표 마리 안토니아 폰 쉔부르크)는 대전지역인적자원개발위원회, 현대직업전문학교와 함께 산업 현장 맞춤형 인재 양성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 28일 밝혔다.
협약식은 지난 25일 서울 소재 KGCCI 회의실에서 진행됐으며, 협약 당사자인 세 기관은 실무 중심 교육 활성화와 기술 인재 육성을 위한 협력 방안을 논의했다. 주요 협력 내용은 ▲현장 맞춤형 실무교육 확대 ▲인적·물적 자원 교류 ▲특화 훈련 공동 개발 등이다. 이를 통해 지역 기반의 실질적인 산학협력 모델 구축에 속도를 낼 계획이다.
이번 협약에서는 독일식 이원화 직업교육 프로그램인 ‘아우스빌둥(Ausbildung)’의 운영 대상을 기존 직업계 고등학생에서 성인 학습자까지 확대하는 방안도 포함됐다. 이에 따라 자동차 정비 등 기술 분야로의 진입 또는 전직을 희망하는 성인도 해당 프로그램에 참여할 수 있게 됐다.
KGCCI는 한국 내에서 아우스빌둥 프로그램을 도입·운영해 온 경험을 바탕으로, 이번 협약을 계기로 대전 지역은 물론 전국 단위에서 기술 기반 인재 양성 체계를 강화할 방침이다.
KGCCI 마리 안토니아 폰 쉔부르크 대표는 “아우스빌둥의 성인 참여 확대는 다양한 연령과 배경을 아우를 수 있는 포용적 직업 교육 모델로 나아가는 의미 있는 변화”라며 “산업 수요에 부합하는 지속가능한 교육 시스템 구축을 위해 협력을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

The German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Korea (KGCCI, President Marie Antonia von Schönburg) announced on the 28th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Daejeon Regional Human Resources Development Committee and Hyundai Vocational School for customized talent training for industrial sites.
The agreement signing ceremony was held on the 25th at the KGCCI conference room in Seoul, and the three parties to the agreement discussed cooperation measures for activating practical education and fostering technical talent. The main areas of cooperation are ▲Expansion of field-tailored practical education ▲Exchange of human and material resources ▲Joint development of specialized training, etc. Through this, the plan is to speed up the establishment of a practical industry-academia cooperation model based on the region.
This agreement also includes a plan to expand the scope of operation of the German-style dual vocational training program, 'Ausbildung', from existing vocational high school students to adult learners. Accordingly, adults who wish to enter or change careers in technical fields such as automobile maintenance will also be able to participate in the program.
Based on its experience introducing and operating the Ausbildung program in Korea, KGCCI plans to use this agreement as an opportunity to strengthen the technology-based talent training system not only in the Daejeon area but also nationwide.
“Expanding adult participation in Ausbildung is a meaningful change toward an inclusive vocational education model that embraces diverse ages and backgrounds,” said Marie Antonia von Schönburg, CEO of KGCCI. “We will continue to cooperate to build a sustainable education system that meets industry demands.”

駐韓ドイツ商工会議所（ＫＧＣＣＩ、代表マリ・アントニア・フォン・シェンブルク）は大田地域人的資源開発委員会、現代職業専門学校とともに産業現場のカスタマイズ型人材養成のための業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと２８日明らかにした。
協約式は25日、ソウルのKGCCI会議室で行われ、協約当事者の3機関は実務中心教育活性化と技術人材育成のための協力案を議論した。主な協力内容は▲現場カスタマイズ型実務教育拡大▲人的・物的資源交流▲特化訓練共同開発などだ。これにより地域ベースの実質的な産学協力モデル構築にスピードを出す計画だ。
今回の条約では、ドイツ式の二元化職業教育プログラムである「Au Stimmung」の運営対象を既存の職業高校から成人学習者まで拡大する方案も含まれた。これにより自動車整備など技術分野への進入または転職を希望する成人も該当プログラムに参加できるようになった。
KGCCIは韓国内でアウスビルドンプログラムを導入・運営してきた経験をもとに、今回の条約をきっかけに大田地域はもちろん全国単位で技術基盤の人材養成体系を強化する方針だ。
KGCCIマリー・アントニア・フォン・シェンブルク代表は「アウスヴィルドンの成人参加拡大は、多様な年齢と背景をまとめることができる包括的な職業教育モデルに進む意味のある変化」とし「産業需要に合致する持続可能な教育システム構築のために協力を続ける」と明らかにした。

韩国德国商工会议所（KGCCI，会长玛丽·安东尼娅·冯·申堡）28日宣布，与大田地区人才开发委员会、现代职业学校签署了针对产业现场的定制型人才培养业务协议（MOU）。
签约仪式于25日在首尔市韩国技能产业商会会议室举行，三方就激活实践教育、培养技术人才等合作措施进行了探讨。主要合作领域包括▲扩大针对具体领域的实践教育▲人力和物力交流▲共同开发专业培训等。计划以此为基础，加快构建立足地区的务实型产学合作模式。
该协议还包括一项计划，将德国式双元制职业培训项目“Ausbildung”（成人教育）的实施范围从现有的职业高中学生扩大到成人学习者。因此，希望进入或转行从事汽车维修等技术领域的成年人也将能够参加该项目。
KGCCI计划利用在韩国引进和运营Ausbildung项目的经验，以此次协议为契机，不仅在大田地区，而且在全国范围内加强技术型人才培养体系。
“扩大成人职业教育参与度是一项意义深远的变革，有利于构建包容不同年龄和背景的包容性职业教育模式，”KGCCI首席执行官Marie Antonia von Schönburg表示。“我们将继续合作，构建一个满足行业需求的可持续教育体系。”

La Chambre de commerce et d'industrie allemande en Corée (KGCCI, présidente Marie Antonia von Schönburg) a annoncé le 28 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec le Comité régional de développement des ressources humaines de Daejeon et l'école professionnelle Hyundai pour une formation personnalisée des talents pour les sites industriels.
La cérémonie de signature de l'accord s'est tenue le 25 au siège du KGCCI à Séoul. Les trois parties ont discuté de mesures de coopération visant à dynamiser la formation pratique et à promouvoir les talents techniques. Les principaux axes de coopération sont : le développement de formations pratiques adaptées aux différents secteurs, l'échange de ressources humaines et matérielles, et le développement conjoint de formations spécialisées. L'objectif est ainsi d'accélérer la mise en place d'un modèle de coopération pratique entre l'industrie et le monde universitaire, à l'échelle régionale.
Cet accord prévoit également d'étendre le champ d'application du programme de formation professionnelle en alternance de type allemand, « Ausbildung », des lycéens professionnels actuels aux adultes. Ainsi, les adultes souhaitant s'orienter vers des métiers techniques tels que la maintenance automobile ou en changer pourront également participer à ce programme.
Fort de son expérience dans l'introduction et l'exploitation du programme Ausbildung en Corée, KGCCI prévoit d'utiliser cet accord comme une opportunité pour renforcer le système de formation des talents basé sur la technologie, non seulement dans la région de Daejeon, mais également à l'échelle nationale.
« L'élargissement de la participation des adultes à la formation professionnelle constitue un changement significatif vers un modèle de formation professionnelle inclusif, qui intègre des personnes d'âges et d'horizons divers », a déclaré Marie Antonia von Schönburg, PDG de KGCCI. « Nous poursuivrons notre coopération pour bâtir un système éducatif durable, répondant aux exigences du secteur. »
