IT 서비스 기업 가비아㈜(공동대표 김홍국, 원종홍)는 인공지능(AI) 기반 HRD 플랫폼 기업 겟스마트㈜(공동대표 원승빈, 조규상)와 ‘AI 기반 기업 교육 서비스 제공을 위한 하이웍스-겟스마트 업무협약(MOU)’을 체결했다고 29일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 AI 기술을 활용한 기업 교육 수요 증가에 대응하고, 고객에게 더욱 효율적인 원스톱 업무 환경을 제공하기 위한 목적으로 추진됐다. 양사는 이번 협력을 통해 기업 교육의 디지털 전환을 가속화하고, 신규 AI 기반 교육 서비스를 공동 기획·운영할 예정이다.
가비아는 그룹웨어 ‘하이웍스’를 중심으로 국내 기업 협업 환경을 지원하고 있으며, 인프라 운영 및 보안 관리 등 IT 서비스 분야에서 27년 이상의 경험을 보유하고 있다. 겟스마트는 AI 기술을 기반으로 맞춤형 기업 교육 콘텐츠를 제공하는 HRD 전문 기업으로, 다양한 산업 분야의 임직원 교육 솔루션을 지원하고 있다.
양사는 이번 협약을 바탕으로 ‘공동 AI 기업 교육 사업’을 고도화하고 기술 교류를 지속할 계획이다. 초기 단계에서는 하이웍스와 겟스마트 플랫폼 간 SSO(Single Sign-On) 및 인사·조직 정보 연동을 추진해, 사용자가 별도의 로그인 없이 하이웍스 내에서 법정의무교육, 산업안전보건교육, 직무교육 등을 수강할 수 있도록 시스템을 구축할 예정이다.
또한 교육 이수율 확인, 수강 알림 발송 등 관리자 기능을 강화하고, 향후에는 기업이 자체 교육 콘텐츠를 생성할 수 있도록 지원하는 AI 기반 콘텐츠 제작 툴도 도입할 방침이다.

Gabia Signs Business Agreement with GetSmart
IT service company Gabia Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs Hong-Guk Kim and Jong-Hong Won) announced on the 29th that it signed a 'Hiworks-Getsmart Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Provision of AI-Based Corporate Education Services' with Getsmart Co., Ltd. GetSmart, a specialized HRD company that provides customized corporate training content based on AI technology, supports employee training solutions across a wide range of industries.
Based on this agreement, the two companies plan to enhance their "Joint AI Corporate Training Project" and continue technological exchanges. In the initial phase, they will pursue single sign-on (SSO) and HR/organizational information integration between Hiworks and GetSmart platforms. This will enable users to access mandatory training, industrial safety and health training, and job training within Hiworks without requiring separate logins.
Additionally, we plan to strengthen administrative functions such as checking training completion rates and sending course notifications, and in the future, we plan to introduce an AI-based content creation tool that will enable companies to create their own training content.
Gabia CEO Lee Jeong-hwan said, “Strengthening AI-based capabilities is a critical element of corporate competitiveness, and this collaboration will be a turning point in providing practical training services to Hiworks users,” adding, “We will continue to expand our training capabilities to help companies grow their businesses more efficiently.”
