모바일 출입 플랫폼 전문 기업 비전아이㈜(대표 박민식)가 (사)한국주택관리협회(회장 강현구)와 공동주택 관리 서비스 혁신을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다고 31일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 한국주택관리협회(이하 한주협) 회원사들을 대상으로 비전아이가 개발한 모바일 출입센서(패스미2)를 제공하여 위탁단지 입주민의 편의성을 도모하고, 향후 AI기반 전문위탁 관리 시스템을 구축하는 것을 목표로 한다.
협약에 따라 비전아이는 한주협과 협의하여 모바일 출입 센서를 기증하고, 한주협은 패스미가 회원사에 설치·활용될 수 있도록 체계적 관리를 지원한다. 또한 양 기관의 상호 협력 발전을 위해 ▲비전아이의 특별회원 가입 및 추진사업 적극 후원 ▲패스미 제품 홍보 활동에 협회의 적극적 협조 ▲아파트 위탁 관리 서비스 발전을 위한 지속적 협의 등을 통해 효율적인 공동주택관리에 이바지해 나갈 예정이다.
비전아이 모바일 출입센서(패스미2)는 RF 에너지 하베스팅 기술이 적용된 모바일 출입 혁신 솔루션이다. 기존 출입 시스템을 교체하지 않고도 스마트폰 기반 모바일 출입이 가능하며, 배터리 교체 없이 장기간 운영이 가능해 친환경성 및 유지, 관리 효율성을 동시에 확보한 제품이다. 현재 개인주택, 공동현관, 사회주택 등 약 2,000여 곳 주거시설에 도입되어 검증된 기술력을 바탕으로, 이번 협약으로 공동주택 시장으로 적용 범위를 확대하게 되었다.

Vision I Signs Business Agreement with Korea Housing Management Association
Vision I Co., Ltd. (CEO Park Min-sik), a mobile access platform specialist, announced on the 31st that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Housing Management Association (Chairman Kang Hyeon-gu) to innovate apartment management services.
This agreement aims to provide the mobile access sensor (PassMe2) developed by Visioni to member companies of the Korea Housing Management Association (hereinafter referred to as the Korea Housing Management Association) to promote convenience for residents of consignment complexes and to establish an AI-based professional consignment management system in the future.
According to the agreement, Visioni will donate mobile access sensors in consultation with the Korea Housing Association, and the Korea Housing Association will provide systematic management support to ensure Passme is installed and utilized by its member companies.
