AI 기반 화물운송 플랫폼 센디는 7월 31일 식품제조업계 전용 B2B 플랫폼 팩토리플랫폼과 식품 화물 운송 서비스 고도화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 식품 제조사와 제조 의뢰자 간의 원활하고 안전한 화물 운송 환경 조성을 목적으로 하며, 센디의 AI 기반 물류 기술과 팩토리플랫폼의 식품제조 산업 네트워크를 결합해 효율적인 운송 서비스를 제공하는 데 중점을 둔다.
협약에 따라 팩토리플랫폼 회원사는 전용 제휴 페이지를 통해 ▲운송 예약 ▲카드 결제 ▲화물 배상 책임 보험 가입 ▲운송 비용 정산 등 전 과정을 약 1분 이내에 원스톱으로 처리할 수 있게 된다. 이로 인해 특수 화물차량 확보에 소요됐던 시간과 비용 부담이 감소하고, 보다 편리하고 안전한 운송 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 된다.
센디는 AI 기술을 활용한 운송 최적화 시스템과 20만 건 이상의 누적 데이터를 바탕으로 식품 화물에 적합한 운송 환경을 제공하며, 팩토리플랫폼은 식품 제조업체 대상 마케팅 및 서비스 연계에 집중할 계획이다.

Sendy , an AI-based cargo transportation platform, announced on July 31st that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Factory Platform, a B2B platform dedicated to the food manufacturing industry, to enhance food cargo transportation services.
This agreement aims to create a smooth and safe freight transportation environment between food manufacturers and manufacturing clients, focusing on providing efficient transportation services by combining Sendy's AI-based logistics technology with Factory Platform's food manufacturing industry network.
Under the agreement, Factory Platform members will be able to complete the entire process—including booking transportation, making credit card payments, purchasing cargo liability insurance, and settling transportation costs—in approximately one minute through a dedicated affiliate page. This will reduce the time and cost burden associated with securing specialized cargo vehicles, enabling more convenient and safer transportation services.
Sendy provides a transportation environment suitable for food cargo based on a transportation optimization system utilizing AI technology and accumulated data of over 200,000 cases, while the factory platform plans to focus on marketing and service linkage targeting food manufacturers.
“We expect to see increased logistics efficiency and cost savings for food manufacturers through collaboration between our AI transportation platform and industry-specific specialized matching services,” said Yeom Sang-jun, CEO of Sendy.
