AI 기반 프롭테크 기업 아키스케치(대표 이주성)는 오는 8월 2일 서울 코엑스에서 열리는 ‘코리아빌드위크(KOREA BUILD WEEK)’의 ‘2025 트렌드 세미나’에 연사로 참여한다고 1일 밝혔다.
이주성 대표는 이날 오후 1시 코엑스 B홀 컨퍼런스장에서 ‘디지털 트윈과 AI 인테리어의 미래’를 주제로 발표를 진행할 예정이다. 발표에서는 인공지능 기술을 활용한 인테리어 산업의 변화 가능성과 향후 업무 프로세스의 혁신 방향이 제시된다.
주요 발표 내용으로는, 대규모 언어모델(LLM)을 기반으로 한 AI 상담사의 개념이 소개된다. 이 시스템은 고객의 예산, 스타일, 자재 선호 등을 자연어로 이해하고, 맞춤형 디자인 옵션 추천부터 실시간 견적 및 3D 시뮬레이션 제공까지 수행할 수 있는 것으로 설명된다. 이주성 대표는 이를 통해 상담 품질의 편차를 줄이고 고객 경험을 개선할 수 있는 가능성을 강조할 계획이다.
아울러 아키스케치는 인테리어 디자인 과정 전반에 AI를 접목한 이상적인 워크플로우도 제안할 예정이다. 디자인 리서치, 3D 모델링, 도면 설계, AI 추천, 콘텐츠 제작, 프로젝트 관리 등 전 과정을 자동화 및 고도화함으로써 업무 효율과 수익성을 동시에 개선할 수 있는 방향성을 제시한다.
이번 세미나는 AI 기술의 현재 적용 사례보다는, 향후 인테리어 산업이 디지털 기술을 통해 어떻게 변화할 수 있을지에 대한 비전을 제시하는 형식으로 진행될 예정이다.

Archisketch Unveils AI Interior Design Vision at Korea Build Week 2025 Trend Seminar
AI-based proptech company Archisketch (CEO Lee Ju-seong) announced on the 1st that it will participate as a speaker in the '2025 Trend Seminar' of 'KOREA BUILD WEEK' to be held at COEX in Seoul on August 2nd.
CEO Lee Ju-seong will present "The Future of Digital Twins and AI Interiors" at 1:00 PM today at the COEX Hall B conference room. The presentation will explore the potential transformation of the interior design industry through the use of AI technology and explore future directions for innovation in business processes.
The keynote presentation will introduce the concept of an AI consultant based on a large-scale language model (LLM). This system is described as capable of understanding a customer's budget, style, and material preferences in natural language, and can perform tasks ranging from recommending customized design options to providing real-time estimates and 3D simulations. CEO Lee Joo-sung plans to highlight the potential of this system to reduce variations in consultation quality and improve the customer experience.
Archisketch will also propose an ideal workflow that integrates AI across the entire interior design process. By automating and enhancing the entire process, including design research, 3D modeling, blueprint design, AI recommendations, content creation, and project management, Archisketch presents a path forward for simultaneously improving work efficiency and profitability.
Rather than presenting current applications of AI technology, this seminar will present a vision for how the interior design industry can transform through digital technology in the future.

Archisketch dévoile sa vision du design d'intérieur basée sur l'IA lors du séminaire sur les tendances de la Korea Build Week 2025
La société de proptech basée sur l'IA Archisketch (PDG Lee Ju-seong) a annoncé le 1er qu'elle participerait en tant qu'intervenant au « 2025 Trend Seminar » de la « KOREA BUILD WEEK » qui se tiendra au COEX à Séoul le 2 août.
Le PDG Lee Ju-seong présentera « L'avenir des jumeaux numériques et de l'IA pour l'aménagement intérieur » aujourd'hui à 13 h dans la salle de conférence COEX Hall B.
