기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 한국광기술원(원장 신용진, 이하 ‘광기술원’)과 5일(화) 광주광역시 소재 광기술원 본원에서 ‘혁신성장기업 육성을 위한 창업지원 및 기술이전 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 보유한 기업지원 인프라를 활용해 지역 내 우수기술 중소기업을 공동 발굴·지원하고, 혁신기술 사업화 및 지속 성장 기반 마련을 위한 협업체계를 구축하기 위해 추진됐다.
광기술원은 광융합산업 분야 국내 유일의 전문연구기관으로서, 광융합기술을 기반으로 한 유망기업의 창업과 성장지원을 목표로 2001년 설립된 이래 현재까지 약 25년간 200여개 이상의 기업을 체계적으로 육성해오고 있다.
협약에 따라 광기술원은 기업지원시설에 입주 또는 연계된 기술창업기업을 기보에 추천하고, 기보는 대상 기업에게 ▲창업보증 ▲IP평가보증 ▲R&D보증 등 우대보증을 지원한다. 지원요건을 충족하는 경우 ▲기술이전 및 기술보호 ▲보증연계투자 등 후속 지원도 함께 연계할 예정이다.
또한, 양 기관은 지역 내 첨단과학 기술을 보유한 기업 정보를 공유하고 맞춤형 지원프로그램을 공동으로 기획하는 등 유기적 협력체계를 구축해 나갈 계획이다. 이를 통해 다양한 공동사업을 발굴·추진하고, 지역 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화와 혁신성장을 적극 지원할 방침이다.
이장훈 기보 호남지역본부장은 “이번 협약을 통해 지역 내 기술혁신기업의 창업과 기술이전 지원을 위한 실질적인 협력 기반이 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 지역 유관기관과의 협력을 강화해 중소기업의 지속 성장을 지원하고, 지역경제와 창업생태계 활성화에 기여하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with Korea Institute of Photonics Technology
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced that it signed a “Business Agreement for Startup Support and Technology Transfer for Fostering Innovative Growth Companies” with the Korea Photonics Technology Institute (President Shin Yong-jin, hereinafter referred to as “KIPI”) at the KIPI headquarters in Gwangju on Tuesday the 5th.
This agreement was pursued to utilize the corporate support infrastructure of both organizations to jointly discover and support excellent technology-based SMEs in the region and to establish a collaborative system for commercializing innovative technologies and establishing a foundation for sustainable growth.
As Korea's only specialized research institute in the field of optical convergence industry, the Korea Institute of Photonics Technology was established in 2001 with the goal of supporting the start-up and growth of promising companies based on optical convergence technology. Since then, the institute has systematically fostered over 200 companies over the past 25 years.
Under the agreement, the Korea Institute of Photonics Technology (KIOT) will recommend technology startups located in or affiliated with its corporate support facilities to KIOT. KIOT will then provide these companies with preferential guarantees, including startup guarantees, IP evaluation guarantees, and R&D guarantees. For companies that meet the eligibility requirements, KIOT will also provide follow-up support, including technology transfer and protection, and guarantee-linked investments.
Furthermore, the two organizations plan to establish an organic cooperative system, sharing information on companies with cutting-edge science and technology in the region and jointly planning customized support programs. Through this, they aim to discover and promote various joint projects and actively support the competitiveness and innovative growth of local SMEs.
Lee Jang-hoon, head of the Honam regional headquarters of Kibo, said, “Through this agreement, a practical foundation for cooperation has been established to support the startup and technology transfer of technology innovation companies in the region.” He added, “Going forward, Kibo will strengthen cooperation with relevant local organizations to support the sustainable growth of small and medium-sized enterprises and contribute to the revitalization of the local economy and startup ecosystem.”

ギボ、韓国光技術院と業務協約締結
技術保証基金（理事長キム・ジョンホ、以下「起宝」）は韓国光技術院（院長信用陣、以下「光技術院」）と５日（火）、光州広域市にある光技術院本願で「革新成長企業育成のための創業支援および技術移転業務協約」を締結したと明らかにした。
今回の協約は、両機関が保有する企業支援インフラを活用して地域内優秀技術中小企業を共同発掘・支援し、革新技術事業化及び持続成長基盤づくりのための協業体系を構築するために推進された。
光技術院は、光融合産業分野国内唯一の専門研究機関であり、光融合技術を基盤とした有望企業の創業と成長支援を目標に、2001年に設立されて以来、現在まで約25年間で200社以上の企業を体系的に育成してきている。
条約に基づき、光技術院は企業支援施設に入居または連携した技術創業企業を起報に推薦し、起報は対象企業に▲創業保証▲IP評価保証▲R&D保証など優遇保証を支援する。支援要件を満たす場合 ▲技術移転及び技術保護 ▲保証連携投資など後続の支援も一緒に連携する予定だ。
また、両機関は、地域内の先端科学技術を保有した企業情報を共有し、カスタマイズされた支援プログラムを共同で企画するなど、有機的な協力体制を構築していく計画だ。これを通じて多様な共同事業を発掘・推進し、地域中小企業の競争力強化と革新成長を積極的に支援する方針だ。
イ・ジャンフン棋保湖南地域本部長は「今回の協約を通じて地域内技術革新企業の創業と技術移転支援のための実質的な協力基盤が設けられた」とし、「棋保は今後も地域関連機関との協力を強化して中小企業の持続成長を支援し、地域経済と創業生態系活性化に寄与した」と話した。

Kibo与韩国光子技术研究所签署业务协议
韩国技术金融公社（韩国技术金融公社，理事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）5日（周二）表示，与韩国光子技术研究院（院长申永镇，以下简称“KIPI”）在光州KIPI总部签署了“培育创新成长型企业创业支持和技术转让业务协议” 。
此次协议旨在利用两个组织的企业支持基础设施，共同发现和支持该地区优秀的科技型中小企业，并建立将创新技术商业化的合作体系，为可持续发展奠定基础。
韩国光子技术研究院是韩国唯一的光融合产业专业研究机构，成立于2001年，旨在支持基于光融合技术的有前景企业的创业和发展。成立至今的25年间，该研究院已系统地培育了200多家企业。
根据协议，韩国光子技术研究院 (KIOT) 将向 KIOT 推荐位于其企业支持设施内或附属于其企业支持设施的科技初创企业。KIOT 将为这些企业提供优惠担保，包括初创企业担保、知识产权评估担保和研发担保。对于符合资格要求的企业，KIOT 还将提供后续支持，包括技术转让和保护以及担保挂钩投资。
此外，两家机构计划建立有机合作体系，共享区域内尖端科技企业的信息，共同制定个性化支持计划。以此为契机，双方将积极发掘和推进各类合作项目，并积极支持本地中小企业提升竞争力和创新发展。
韩国希望创业中心湖南地区本部部长李章勋表示：“通过此次协议，双方建立了切实的合作基础，以支持该地区技术创新型企业的创业和技术转移。” 他补充道：“未来，希望创业中心将加强与当地相关机构的合作，支持中小企业的可持续发展，为振兴地区经济和创业生态系统做出贡献。”

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec l'Institut coréen de technologie photonique
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé avoir signé un « Accord commercial pour le soutien aux startups et le transfert de technologie pour favoriser les entreprises de croissance innovantes » avec le Korea Photonics Technology Institute (président Shin Yong-jin, ci-après dénommé « KIPI ») au siège du KIPI à Gwangju, le mardi 5.
Cet accord a été conclu pour utiliser l’infrastructure de soutien aux entreprises des deux organisations afin de découvrir et de soutenir conjointement d’excellentes PME technologiques dans la région et d’établir un système collaboratif pour la commercialisation de technologies innovantes et l’établissement d’une base pour une croissance durable.
Seul institut de recherche coréen spécialisé dans le secteur de la convergence optique, l'Institut coréen de technologie photonique a été créé en 2001 dans le but de soutenir la création et la croissance d'entreprises prometteuses dans le domaine de la convergence optique. Depuis, l'institut a accompagné plus de 200 entreprises au cours des 25 dernières années.
En vertu de cet accord, l'Institut coréen de technologie photonique (KIOT) recommandera au KIOT des startups technologiques implantées ou affiliées à ses structures de soutien aux entreprises. KIOT leur accordera ensuite des garanties préférentielles, notamment des garanties de démarrage, des garanties d'évaluation de la propriété intellectuelle et des garanties de R&D. Pour les entreprises répondant aux critères d'éligibilité, KIOT fournira également un accompagnement complémentaire, notamment en matière de transfert et de protection de technologie, ainsi que des investissements liés à des garanties.
Par ailleurs, les deux organisations prévoient de mettre en place un système de coopération organique, permettant de partager des informations sur les entreprises régionales à la pointe de la science et de la technologie et de planifier conjointement des programmes de soutien personnalisés. Elles souhaitent ainsi découvrir et promouvoir divers projets communs et soutenir activement la compétitivité et la croissance innovante des PME locales.
Lee Jang-hoon, directeur du siège régional de Kibo à Honam, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, une base concrète de coopération a été établie pour soutenir le démarrage et le transfert de technologie des entreprises d'innovation technologique dans la région. » Il a ajouté : « À l'avenir, Kibo renforcera sa coopération avec les organisations locales concernées afin de soutenir la croissance durable des petites et moyennes entreprises et de contribuer à la revitalisation de l'économie locale et de l'écosystème des startups. »
