재단법인 경기창조경제혁신센터(대표 김원경, 이하 경기혁신센터)와 ㈜이녹스(대표 박정진, 이하 이녹스)는 제2판교테크노밸리에 위치한 이녹스 판교 사옥에서 ‘2025 INNOX 오픈이노베이션 4기’ 프로그램에 최종 선정된 스타트업 2개사와 투자계약을 체결했다고 5일 밝혔다.
‘INNOX 오픈이노베이션 프로그램’은 경기혁신센터와 이녹스가 공동 운영하는 전략투자형 오픈이노베이션 프로그램으로, 유망 기술 스타트업을 발굴하고 선제적으로 투자해 기업의 실질적 성장을 지원하는 것을 목표로 한다.
최종 선정된 기업은 ▲주식회사 아이디어스(대표 조일동) – 시스템 반도체 공정용 고부식성·고내식성 고청정 금속 가스 필터 개발 기업과 ▲주식회사 소프엔티(대표 한설아) – PFAS-Free 나노섬유 멤브레인 복합소재 기반 기술 기업이다. 두 기업은 이번 투자계약을 통해 총 10억 원 내외의 선투자를 유치했으며, 향후 AI 분야 기업에 대한 추가 투자도 예정되어 있다.
경기혁신센터는 투자와 함께 고도화된 액셀러레이팅 프로그램을 제공할 계획이다. 해당 프로그램은 인뎁스 네트워킹, IR 역량 강화, 글로벌 전시 참가(CES 2026), 보육공간 입주, 글로벌 진출 연계 등 다양한 성장 지원 요소를 포함하고 있다.
이녹스는 향후 판교 신사옥 내에 스타트업 보육 공간을 조성하고, 기술 경쟁력을 갖춘 스타트업과의 협업을 통해 신성장 동력 확보에 나설 계획이다. 이는 유망 스타트업과의 공동 성장을 통해 미래 산업 환경 변화에 선제적으로 대응하기 위한 전략으로 풀이된다.
경기혁신센터 관계자는 “이번 협약을 계기로 제2판교테크노밸리 내 창업 생태계 활성화를 기대한다”며 “공공과 민간이 협력해 스타트업이 다양한 성장 기회를 확보할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.

Gyeonggi Innovation Center and Innox held an investment contract signing ceremony for the 2025 INNOX Open Innovation 4th Phase.
The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (CEO Won-kyung Kim, hereinafter referred to as the Gyeonggi Innovation Center) and Innox Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeong-jin Park, hereinafter referred to as Innox) announced on the 5th that they signed investment contracts with two startups that were finally selected for the '2025 INNOX Open Innovation 4th' program at the Innox Pangyo building located in the 2nd Pangyo Techno Valley.
The 'INNOX Open Innovation Program' is a strategic investment-type open innovation program jointly operated by the Gyeonggi Innovation Center and INNOX. Its goal is to discover promising technology startups and proactively invest in them to support their actual growth.
The final selected companies are Ideas Co., Ltd. (CEO: Il-dong Cho), a developer of highly corrosion-resistant, high-purity metal gas filters for system semiconductor processes, and SoftNT Co., Ltd. (CEO: Seol-ah Han), a technology company specializing in PFAS-free nanofiber membrane composite materials. Through this investment agreement, the two companies have secured approximately KRW 1 billion in upfront investment, with additional investments planned for AI companies in the future.
The Gyeonggi Innovation Center plans to offer a sophisticated acceleration program alongside investment. This program includes various growth support elements, including in-depth networking, strengthening IR capabilities, participation in global exhibitions (CES 2026), access to childcare facilities, and global expansion opportunities.
Innox plans to establish a startup incubation space within its new Pangyo headquarters and secure new growth engines through collaborations with technologically competitive startups. This is interpreted as a strategy to proactively respond to future changes in the industrial environment through joint growth with promising startups.
An official from the Gyeonggi Innovation Center said, “We hope that this agreement will serve as an opportunity to revitalize the startup ecosystem within the Pangyo Techno Valley 2,” and added, “We will actively support public-private cooperation to ensure that startups can secure diverse growth opportunities.”

京畿革新センターは、投資とともに高度化されたアクセラレーティングプログラムを提供する計画だ。このプログラムには、インデプスネットワーキング、IR能力の強化、グローバル展示参加（CES 2026）、保育空間入居、グローバル進出連携など多様な成長支援要素が含まれている。
イノックスは今後、板橋新社屋内にスタートアップ保育空間を造成し、技術競争力を備えたスタートアップとの協業を通じて新成長動力確保に乗り出す計画だ。これは、有望なスタートアップとの共同成長を通じて、将来の産業環境の変化に先制的に対応するための戦略として解釈される。
京畿革新センター関係者は「今回の条約をきっかけに第2版教テクノバレー内創業生態系活性化を期待する」とし「公共と民間が協力してスタートアップが多様な成長機会を確保できるように積極的に支援する」と話した。

(PDG Jeong-jin Park, ci-après dénommé Innox) ont annoncé le 5 avoir signé des contrats d'investissement avec deux startups qui ont finalement été sélectionnées pour le programme « 2025 INNOX Open Innovation 4th » dans le bâtiment Innox Pangyo situé dans la 2e Pangyo Techno Valley.
Le programme d'innovation ouverte INNOX est un programme d'investissement stratégique d'innovation ouverte, mené conjointement par le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi et INNOX. Son objectif est de découvrir des startups technologiques prometteuses et d'investir proactivement dans celles-ci pour soutenir leur croissance.
Les entreprises sélectionnées sont Ideas Co., Ltd. (PDG : Il-dong Cho), développeur de filtres à gaz métalliques haute pureté et hautement résistants à la corrosion pour les procédés de fabrication de semi-conducteurs, et SoftNT Co., Ltd. (PDG : Seol-ah Han), entreprise technologique spécialisée dans les matériaux composites à membrane nanofibre sans PFAS. Grâce à cet accord d'investissement, les deux entreprises ont obtenu un investissement initial d'environ 1 milliard de wons sud-coréens, et des investissements supplémentaires sont prévus ultérieurement pour des entreprises du secteur de l'IA.
Le Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi prévoit de proposer un programme d'accélération sophistiqué, parallèlement à l'investissement. Ce programme comprend divers éléments de soutien à la croissance, notamment un réseautage approfondi, le renforcement des capacités en relations avec les investisseurs, la participation à des salons internationaux (CES 2026), l'accès à des structures d'accueil pour les enfants et des opportunités d'expansion internationale.

Un responsable du Centre d'innovation de Gyeonggi a déclaré : « Nous espérons que cet accord servira d'occasion pour revitaliser l'écosystème des startups au sein de la Pangyo Techno Valley 2 », et a ajouté : « Nous soutiendrons activement la coopération public-privé pour garantir que les startups puissent obtenir diverses opportunités de croissance. »
