(재)부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)가 예비 창업자들의 성공적인 사업화를 돕기 위해 ‘2025년 예비창업패키지 일반분야 B.Boost 창업 멘토링’을 본격적으로 시작한다고 밝혔다.
이번 멘토링 프로그램은 경험과 노하우가 부족한 예비창업자들의 안정적인 성장을 지원하기 위해 마련되었다. 지난 7월 수요조사를 통해 마케팅, 지식재산권, 창업경영, 세무·회계 등 예비창업자들이 희망하는 분야를 파악했으며, 이를 바탕으로 분야별 전문가 및 최우수 졸업기업 대표를 멘토로 매칭했다. 선정된 14명의 예비창업자는 앞으로 6개월 간 최대 3명의 멘토로부터 맞춤형 멘토링을 10회까지 지원받게 된다.
한편, 예비창업패키지는 중소벤처기업부가 주최하고 부산창경이 주관하는 사업으로 혁신적인 기술과 사업모델(BM)을 보유한 예비창업자를 발굴·지원하기 위해 사업화 자금(평균 5천만 원), 주관기관 특화 프로그램 등을 제공한다. 특히, 부산창경은 자체 마련된 투자재원을 통해 선정기업 28개사 중 우수기업을 발굴하여 직접투자를 진행할 계획이다.
부산창경 최민정 PM은 “이번 멘토링을 통해 예비창업자들이 사업화 과정에서 겪는 수많은 시행착오와 어려움을 해소하고, 실질적인 성장 발판을 마련할 수 있기를 바란다”며, “최우수 졸업기업과 각 분야별 전문가들의 값진 경험과 노하우가 예비창업자들에게 큰 힘이 되기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Busan Changgyeong to Operate '2025 Preliminary Startup Package General Field B.Boost Startup Mentoring'
The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy) announced that it will officially launch the '2025 Preliminary Startup Package General Field B.Boost Startup Mentoring' to help aspiring entrepreneurs successfully commercialize their businesses.
This mentoring program was designed to support the stable growth of aspiring entrepreneurs who lack experience and expertise. A survey conducted in July identified aspiring entrepreneurs' desired areas, including marketing, intellectual property, startup management, and tax and accounting. Based on these findings, the program matched mentors with experts in each field and representatives of top graduate companies. The 14 selected aspiring entrepreneurs will receive up to 10 customized mentoring sessions from up to three mentors over the next six months.
Meanwhile, the Pre-Startup Package, hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and organized by Busan Changgyeong, identifies and supports prospective entrepreneurs with innovative technologies and business models (BMs). It provides commercialization funding (average of 50 million won) and specialized programs offered by the host organization. Specifically, Busan Changgyeong plans to identify and directly invest in outstanding companies among the 28 selected companies, utilizing its own investment resources.
Busan Changgyeong PM Choi Min-jeong said, “I hope that through this mentoring, aspiring entrepreneurs can overcome the numerous trials and errors and difficulties they face in the process of commercializing their businesses and establish a foundation for practical growth.” She added, “I hope that the valuable experience and know-how of the top graduates and experts in each field will be of great help to aspiring entrepreneurs.”

（財）釜山創造経済革新センター（代表取締役キム・ヨンウ、以下釜山昌慶）が予備創業者の成功的な事業化を支援するために「2025年予備創業パッケージ一般分野B.Boost創業メンタリング」を本格的に開始すると明らかにした。
今回のメンタリングプログラムは、経験とノウハウが足りない予備創業者の安定的な成長を支援するために設けられた。去る7月の需要調査を通じてマーケティング、知識財産権、創業経営、税務・会計など予備創業者が希望する分野を把握し、これを基に分野別専門家および最優秀卒業企業代表をメンターでマッチングした。選ばれた14人の予備創業者は、今後6ヶ月間、最大3人のメンターからカスタマイズされたメンターリングを10回まで支援されることになる。
一方、予備創業パッケージは、中小ベンチャー企業部が主催して釜山創経が主管する事業で、革新的な技術と事業モデル（BM）を保有した予備創業者を発掘・支援するために、事業化資金（平均5千万ウォン）、主管機関特化プログラムなどを提供する。特に釜山昌慶は自ら用意された投資財源を通じて選定企業28社のうち優秀企業を発掘して直接投資を進める計画だ。
釜山昌慶チェ・ミンジョンPMは「今回のメンタリングを通じて予備創業者が事業化過程で経験する数多くの試行錯誤と困難を解消し、実質的な成長足場を設けることができることを願う」とし、「最優秀卒業企業と各分野別専門家たちの価値ある経験とノウハウが予備創業者たち。

釜山昌庆将运营‘2025预备创业配套综合领域B.创业促进指导’
釜山创造经济革新中心（代表金龙宇，以下简称釜山创造经济）宣布，将正式启动“2025预备创业配套一般领域B.Boost创业指导”，以帮助有抱负的创业者成功实现商业化。
这项指导计划旨在支持缺乏经验和专业知识的有志创业者稳定成长。7月份进行的一项调查确定了有志创业者的理想领域，包括市场营销、知识产权、初创企业管理以及税务和会计。基于这些调查结果，该计划将导师与各领域的专家以及顶尖毕业生公司的代表进行匹配。在接下来的六个月里，14位入选的有志创业者将接受最多三位导师提供的最多10次定制指导。
同时，由中小企业风险投资部主办、釜山昌庆市承办的“创业前期配套”旨在发掘并支持拥有创新技术和商业模式（BM）的潜在创业者。该项目将提供商业化资金（平均5000万韩元）以及主办机构提供的专业项目。具体而言，釜山昌庆市计划利用自身的投资资源，从28家入选企业中发掘并直接投资优秀企业。
釜山昌庆市政府总理崔珉廷表示：“希望通过此次指导，帮助有志创业者克服在事业化过程中遇到的种种困难和挑战，奠定切实发展的基础。” 她还表示：“希望各领域优秀毕业生和专家的宝贵经验和知识能够为有志创业者提供宝贵的帮助。”

Le Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé Busan Creative Economy) a annoncé qu'il lancerait officiellement le « 2025 Preliminary Startup Package General Field B.Boost Startup Mentoring » pour aider les entrepreneurs en herbe à commercialiser avec succès leurs entreprises.
Ce programme de mentorat a été conçu pour soutenir la croissance stable des entrepreneurs en herbe manquant d'expérience et d'expertise. Une enquête menée en juillet a identifié les domaines d'intérêt des entrepreneurs en herbe, notamment le marketing, la propriété intellectuelle, la gestion de startups, la fiscalité et la comptabilité. Sur la base de ces résultats, le programme a associé des mentors à des experts de chaque domaine et à des représentants d'entreprises diplômées de premier plan. Les 14 entrepreneurs en herbe sélectionnés bénéficieront d'un maximum de 10 séances de mentorat personnalisées, dispensées par trois mentors maximum, au cours des six prochains mois.
Parallèlement, le programme Pré-Startup, organisé par le ministère des PME et des Startups et organisé par Busan Changgyeong, identifie et accompagne les entrepreneurs potentiels dotés de technologies et de modèles économiques innovants. Il offre un financement à la commercialisation (50 millions de wons en moyenne) et des programmes spécialisés proposés par l'organisation hôte. Plus précisément, Busan Changgyeong prévoit d'identifier et d'investir directement dans des entreprises exceptionnelles parmi les 28 entreprises sélectionnées, en utilisant ses propres ressources d'investissement.
La Première ministre de Busan Changgyeong, Choi Min-jeong, a déclaré : « J'espère que grâce à ce mentorat, les futurs entrepreneurs pourront surmonter les nombreux tâtonnements et difficultés rencontrés dans la commercialisation de leurs entreprises et établir les bases d'une croissance concrète. » Elle a ajouté : « J'espère que l'expérience et le savoir-faire précieux des meilleurs diplômés et experts dans chaque domaine seront d'une grande aide pour les futurs entrepreneurs. »
