기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 13일(수) 서울시 산하 소셜벤처 지원기관인 서울소셜벤처허브(센터장 서영우, 이하 ‘허브’)와 ‘소셜벤처기업 사회적 성과 관리 확산을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 소셜벤처기업의 사회적 성과 측정 기반을 마련하고, 사회적 가치 우수 기업 발굴과 성장을 지원해 소셜벤처 생태계를 활성화하기 위해 마련됐다.
양 기관은 ▲사회적 가치 측정 및 컨설팅 지원 ▲사회적 가치 측정 관련 교육 제공 ▲사회적 가치 우수기업에 대한 우대보증 지원 ▲기업홍보 및 투자유치 지원 등의 분야에서 협력해 소셜벤처기업 지원에 나선다.
기보는 자체 개발한 사회적 가치 측정 모델 ‘KSVM(Kibo Social Value Measurement)’을 활용해 허브 입주기업의 사회적 가치 창출 성과를 정량적으로 측정하고, 성과가 우수한 기업에는 소셜벤처 임팩트 보증을 통해 성장 자금을 우대 지원할 계획이다.
허브는 기보의 사회적 가치 측정 결과를 바탕으로 입주기업의 홍보, 투자유치 등 후속 지원을 연계해 실질적인 성장을 뒷받침할 예정이다.
정규열 기보 서울서부지역본부장은 “이번 협약을 통해 소셜벤처기업이 ESG 경영 확산 흐름에 맞춰 사회적 가치 관리 역량을 높이고, 금융지원을 통해 경제적 성과까지 창출할 수 있길 기대한다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 다양한 유관기관과 협력해 사회적 가치 확산과 소셜벤처 생태계 활성화에 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with Seoul Social Venture Hub
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Wednesday the 13th that it had signed a “Business Agreement for the Expansion of Social Performance Management of Social Venture Enterprises” with the Seoul Social Venture Hub (Director Seo Young-woo, hereinafter referred to as “Hub”), a social venture support organization under the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
This agreement was established to establish a foundation for measuring the social performance of social ventures and to support the discovery and growth of companies with excellent social value, thereby revitalizing the social venture ecosystem.
The two organizations will cooperate in areas such as ▲social value measurement and consulting support ▲provision of education related to social value measurement ▲preferential guarantee support for companies with excellent social value ▲support for corporate promotion and investment attraction to support social venture companies.
Kibo plans to quantitatively measure the social value creation performance of companies in its hub by utilizing its self-developed social value measurement model, 'KSVM (Kibo Social Value Measurement),' and provide preferential growth funding support to companies with excellent performance through social venture impact guarantees.
The hub will support resident companies' growth by linking follow-up support, such as promotion and investment attraction, based on the results of the social value measurement of the company.
Jeong Gyu-yeol, head of the Seoul Western Regional Headquarters of Kibo, said, “Through this agreement, we hope that social venture companies will be able to enhance their social value management capabilities in line with the growing trend of ESG management and even create economic performance through financial support.” He added, “Kibo will continue to work with various related organizations to expand social value and revitalize the social venture ecosystem.”

Kibo与首尔社会风险投资中心签署业务协议
韩国技术金融公社（韩国技术金融公社，会长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）13日（周三）表示，与首尔市下属的社会风险投资支援机构首尔社会风险投资中心（理事长徐英宇，以下简称“中心”）签署了“社会风险投资企业社会绩效管理扩大业务协议”。
该协议旨在建立衡量社会企业社会绩效的基础，并支持发现和发展具有卓越社会价值的企业，从而振兴社会企业生态系统。
两机构将在▲社会价值测定及咨询支持▲提供社会价值测定相关教育▲为社会价值优良企业提供优惠担保支持▲为扶持社会风险企业提供企业宣传及招商引资支持等方面开展合作。
Kibo计划利用其自主开发的社会价值测量模型“KSVM（Kibo社会价值测量）”来量化衡量其中心企业的社会价值创造绩效，并通过社会企业影响力担保为绩效优异的企业提供优先增长资金支持。
该中心将根据企业社会价值测量结果，结合推广、招商引资等后续支持，支持入驻企业的发展。

La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé mercredi 13 avoir signé un « Accord commercial pour l'expansion de la gestion de la performance sociale des entreprises sociales » avec le Seoul Social Venture Hub (directeur Seo Young-woo, ci-après dénommé « Hub »), une organisation de soutien aux entreprises sociales relevant du gouvernement métropolitain de Séoul.
Cet accord a été établi pour établir une base permettant de mesurer la performance sociale des entreprises sociales et pour soutenir la découverte et la croissance d’entreprises ayant une excellente valeur sociale, revitalisant ainsi l’écosystème des entreprises sociales.
Les deux organisations coopéreront dans des domaines tels que ▲ la mesure de la valeur sociale et le soutien en matière de conseil ▲ la fourniture d'une éducation liée à la mesure de la valeur sociale ▲ le soutien préférentiel de garantie pour les entreprises ayant une excellente valeur sociale ▲ le soutien à la promotion des entreprises et à l'attraction des investissements pour soutenir les entreprises à capital-risque social.
Kibo prévoit de mesurer quantitativement la performance de création de valeur sociale des entreprises de son pôle en utilisant son modèle de mesure de la valeur sociale développé en interne, « KSVM (Kibo Social Value Measurement) », et de fournir un soutien financier de croissance préférentiel aux entreprises ayant d'excellentes performances grâce à des garanties d'impact sur les entreprises sociales.
Le hub soutiendra la croissance des entreprises résidentes en reliant un soutien de suivi, tel que la promotion et l'attraction d'investissements, sur la base des résultats de la mesure de la valeur sociale de l'entreprise.
