VivaLabs Ends 'Senior-Customized Strength Training Class'

AI healthcare company VivaLabs (CEO Ha-young Lim) announced on Friday, August 1st that it had concluded its "Senior Customized Strength Training Class" for educational and public servants nearing retirement. The class, part of the "Future Planning Education for Retirees" program hosted by the Incheon Education and Training Institute, was a hands-on program where participants experienced personalized exercise based on actual physical fitness measurements and data.

VivaLabs' Team Leader Hyunwoo Cho, who led the lecture, introduced the importance of physical fitness management in old age, the need for accurate health assessments, and a personalized exercise prescription process. VivaLabs' "EasyTenics" (measurement/prescription) and "EasyPlex" (exercise/management) systems particularly garnered enthusiastic responses from participants.

This service is not just a simple exercise class, but is automatically linked to ▲7 items of physical fitness measurement (muscle function, flexibility, balance, cardiopulmonary endurance, etc.) ▲health status analysis ▲customized exercise prescription, and the prescribed exercise can be easily followed at home through video content.

A VivaLabs representative stated, “For seniors who find it difficult to start exercising, the important thing is to first understand their condition, and VivaLabs is different in that it can immediately provide exercise based on that data,” adding, “We will continue to provide practical solutions that help start and continue health management.”

VivaLabs approaches senior health not as a simple management but as a "circulatory system," and plans to expand this service through collaboration with various public institutions and local communities.
