Ellis Group Signs AI Partnership with Singapore's Cap Vista

Ellis Group (CEO Jae-won Kim) announced on the 28th that it has signed an AI partnership with Cap Vista, a venture company under the Singapore Ministry of Defence, and will cooperate to strengthen Singapore's AI capabilities in the defence and security sectors.

This agreement focuses on strengthening AI capabilities for non-specialists in Singapore's defense and security sectors, leveraging the technological prowess of Ellis Group's self-developed AI training solution, its AI-specific cloud platform "EllisCloud," and its education platform "EllisLXP." In particular, the partnership plans to pursue practical capacity building through the pilot implementation of an AI training solution tailored to the defense sector.

Starting in 2022, Ellis Group will provide AI and software training to approximately 3,000 military personnel in Korea, accumulating experience and competitiveness in strengthening digital capabilities in the defense sector. This collaboration was positively evaluated for its support of non-experts, utilizing customized military project training and the generative AI agent "AI Helpy," which effectively cultivates AI and software capabilities.

In addition, Elliscloud provides cost savings by efficiently dividing GPU resources according to user needs, and is attracting attention in the global market as it is being introduced to AI and SW capability development projects in ASEAN regions such as Singapore, Indonesia, and Brunei.

Kim Jae-won, CEO of Ellis Group, said, “Ellis AI PMDC (modular data center), Ellis Cloud, and SaaS solution Ellis LXP are suitable for AI education in the defense and public sectors where data security is important,” and “Based on our experience collaborating with various government ministries in Korea, we will create meaningful results in the ASEAN region, including Singapore.”
