Industrial cable specialist company Rapkorea (CEO Gwang-soon Lee) announced on the 28th that it has signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with battlefield solutions company OEN Co., Ltd. (CEO Oh-nam Kwon).
This agreement aims to jointly develop customized solutions that meet the needs of industrial sites, leveraging the product lines, technological capabilities, and sales networks of both companies, and to strengthen competitiveness in new markets.
Under the agreement, both companies will designate each other as priority partners for cooperation and establish a multifaceted collaborative system, including technical consultation and support. As part of this effort, Oen will consider prioritizing the application of Lab Korea products in its facilities, with the goal of gradually expanding the scope of application in the future.
Oen is a company that designs and manufactures components and equipment for cutting-edge industries such as semiconductors, displays, and secondary batteries. Based on its commitment to on-time delivery and quality stability, it is expanding its presence not only domestically but also in overseas markets such as Vietnam.
“This agreement is an opportunity to strengthen our ability to provide customized battlefield solutions based on the synergy between our two companies,” said Lee Gwang-soon, CEO of Rapkorea. “We will further expand Rapkorea’s technological competitiveness and service scope in the domestic and international industrial markets.”
