Springshine Participates in the 2nd Korea Social Value Festival

Springshine Social Cooperative (CEO Jongsu Kim) announced that it participated in the '2nd Korea Social Value Festa (SOVAC)' held at COEX in Seoul from August 25th to 26th and introduced eco-friendly products utilizing the works of artists with developmental disabilities.

Springshine exhibited props made from upcycled materials such as recycled PET bottles, using paintings by around 10 developmentally disabled artists, and proposed a new form of social value through the combination of artistic creations and eco-friendly materials.

Visitors showed great interest in seeing firsthand the process of reinterpreting the creations of artists with developmental disabilities into ESG products, and the event received positive reviews as an example of how to simultaneously improve awareness of disabilities and practice eco-friendly consumption.

CEO Kim Jong-su said, “This event not only introduced the social value of art by people with developmental disabilities, but also provided an opportunity for citizens to participate in realizing social value through eco-friendly consumption.” He added, “We will continue to support the creative activities of people with developmental disabilities and contribute to the spread of social value based on ESG.”
