Cloud ranked first in the coding education category at the 2025 Brand of the Year Awards for the second consecutive year.

Coding education platform Gurum (CEO Ryu Seong-tae) announced on the 3rd that it was selected as first place in the coding education category of the '2025 Brand of the Year Awards' hosted by the Korea Consumer Forum for the second consecutive year.

The "Brand of the Year Awards" is Korea's largest brand awards ceremony based on direct consumer participation, and now in its 23rd year. The winning brands are determined by online voting (50%) and one-on-one telephone surveys (50%), with the Korea Consumer Brand Committee reviewing the results.

This survey, conducted from June 30 to July 13, 2025, involved approximately 880,000 participants and counted a total of 8.19 million votes. Gurum received high marks in both the online poll (2.37 points) and the telephone survey (3.52 points), significantly outperforming its competitors in the overall score. In particular, the telephone survey more than doubled the score, confirming learner satisfaction as a real consumer evaluation.

Cloud's two consecutive awards are interpreted as a positive evaluation of its operational methods that support practical capacity building, such as differentiated curriculums like K-Digital Training (KDT), project-based learning, and mentoring by industry experts, amidst the growing demand for practical coding education.

“It is very meaningful to have won the Consumer Choice Brand Award for two consecutive years,” said Ryu Seong-tae, CEO of Cloud. “We will continue to expand our diverse range of practical training programs to cultivate the talent needed in the AI era.”
