Haesung DS , an affiliate of Haesung Group and a specialized semiconductor parts manufacturer, announced that it participated in the 'KPCA Show 2025' held at Songdo Convensia in Incheon from the 3rd to the 5th and showcased its core semiconductor substrate production technology.
The KPCA Show (International PCB and Semiconductor Packaging Industry Exhibition) is Korea's largest PCB and semiconductor packaging exhibition. Haesung DS has participated annually since 2023. The event showcases new technologies to industry professionals. This year, the company showcased three key semiconductor substrate production technologies, focusing on lead frames, a key mass-produced product.
At this exhibition, Haesung DS organized its exhibition booth into ▲Leadframe Zone ▲Package Board Zone ▲Tape Substrate Zone, and said that it planned it so that product features could be easily understood through product samples and videos of actual operating equipment.
In particular, the company said that visitors to its booth showed high interest as Haesung DS is a global semiconductor components specialist capable of mass producing and supplying the three core semiconductor substrates: lead frames, package substrates, and tape substrates.
A representative of Haesung DS said, “Based on high productivity and stability, we have maintained friendly cooperative relationships with major global clients, and we were able to receive positive responses and interest from visitors at this exhibition as well,” and added, “We will continue to strive to create new food markets through continuous technological advancements.”
