Ablerun Hosts Webinar: "AI Education: Why It Doesn't Work and Strategies for Change."

Ablerun (CEO Jinah Park) announced on the 4th that it will hold a webinar on September 10th on the topic of “AI Education: Reasons for Ineffectiveness and Strategies for Creating Change.”

This webinar will be held online from 2:00 PM to 3:20 PM, and registration is available on the Ableun official website until noon on September 9th. All participants will receive a PDF copy of the presentation materials and a guidebook on generative AI tools. Those who complete the satisfaction survey will receive a replay of the webinar. Furthermore, companies that submit inquiries or consultations during September will receive a free AI literacy assessment.

Ableun recently analyzed data from over 200 companies to identify key factors influencing AI training outcomes. This webinar will explore the causes of performance gaps in corporate training and strategies for designing an AI literacy environment at the organizational level. Specifically, the webinar will present practical solutions, focusing on implementation plans for building a structure that leads to successful outcomes after training implementation.

As generative AI adoption rapidly expands globally, Korean companies are also accelerating their AI adoption. Ableun believes that amidst this shift, the corporate training paradigm must shift toward a performance-focused approach. In this webinar, Ableun plans to unveil its performance-focused AI training design strategy.

The webinar will consist of two sessions. In the first session, CEO Jinah Park will address the limitations of functional training, titled "I've received AI training, but why isn't it making a difference?" She will then explain organizational design strategies through Ableun's AI literacy concept and competency assessment case studies. In the second session, Education Content R&D Unit Leader Yujin Kang will discuss "Completing Customized AI Training" and share examples of customized training design and implementation strategies for each company.

CEO Park Jin-ah stated, "The reason AI training fails to translate into results stems not from technological limitations, but from structural design flaws." She added, "About 40% of domestic companies are utilizing AI, but only half have experienced results after training. This webinar will present solutions to bridge this gap."

Leader Kang Yu-jin said, “In order to increase the effectiveness of AI education, it is important to create an environment where the learning content can be applied to actual work.” He added, “Ableun’s AI literacy competency assessment diagnoses an organization’s competency from three perspectives: technological understanding, critical evaluation, and practical application. Based on this, we plan to share customized training and implementation strategies designed.”
