
Bespin Global , an AI specialized service company, announced on the 15th that it built the digital citizen participation platform 'Everyone's Square', which was created to strengthen the new government's digital communication with the public, in just six days using its HelpNow Agentic AI Solution, and completed operation for two months.
Officially opened on June 18, Everyone's Plaza was established to collect and review public opinion through real-time communication with the public and quickly reflect it in state affairs. After careful review of 1,809,711 opinions and 13,470 policy proposals by the State Affairs Planning Committee and relevant ministries, 237 of them were reflected as state affairs tasks.
This project is significant in that it is another symbolic public service project based on the experience of building a vaccine pre-order system that greatly contributed to public safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Everyone's Plaza is designed to provide stable service by implementing an agile and scalable system based on an optimized cloud infrastructure. Leveraging the company's HelpNow agentic AI solution and Naver AI Clova X, it automatically summarizes, analyzes, and categorizes various suggestions received from the public, structuring them into policy proposals, contributing to ensuring that public needs are reflected in government policies.
In particular, by integrating key AI technologies such as Large Multimodal Models (LMM), Speech-to-Text (STT), and Optical Character Recognition (OCR), we supported citizens to propose policies in various forms such as voice, image, and text.
In addition, it served as an AI agent for public communication that realizes policymaking based on public participation by automating the functions of ▲document summary ▲proposal classification ▲keyword extraction ▲recommendation of relevant ministries ▲recommendation of similar proposals ▲discussion summary ▲pledge recommendation.
