Saramin signs business agreement with Aegis Asset Management

Saramin (CEO Hwang Hyeon-sun) announced on the 17th that it signed a ‘MOU for the establishment of a next-generation office exploration platform’ with Aegis Asset Management .

This agreement was signed by two companies representing the domestic employment and commercial real estate industries to connect corporate clients with optimal workspaces and revitalize the related ecosystem.

Under the agreement, Saramin will analyze its vast corporate customer data using AI LAB's big data technology and share information on corporate lease demand with Aegis Asset Management. Aegis Asset Management will then provide data on leasehold space. This is expected to enable companies to quickly and conveniently receive recommendations for office space suited to their specific needs, such as business expansion or workforce changes, through a digital platform.

The two companies plan to cooperate in areas such as developing and enhancing a digital rental platform, expanding services for corporate customers, and promoting joint marketing.

Saramin has operated Korea's largest career platform, "Saramin," for over 20 years, along with developer recruitment platform "Jumfit," and international recruitment service "Comate," serving approximately 1.4 million corporate clients. It also offers "Saramin Recruitment Center," a digital recruitment service exclusively for corporate members, and "Talent Pool," an AI-based talent matching solution.

Aegis Asset Management is currently pursuing various office development projects in major areas of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and is pursuing development projects that combine technology and content for office users.

A Saramin official said, “This agreement is part of our service expansion to provide a one-stop solution for companies’ essential needs, beyond recruitment,” and added, “We will continue to explore ways to provide diverse value that strengthens the lock-in of corporate customers.”
