사람인은 IT 인재 교육 및 채용 플랫폼 ‘프로그래머스’를 운영하는 ㈜그렙과 ‘구직자 커리어 성장을 위한 업무협약(MOU)’을 체결했다고 26일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 IT 분야 구직자의 역량 강화를 지원하고 관련 생태계 활성화를 도모하기 위한 취지로 마련됐다. 국내 최대 규모의 구직자 인재풀을 보유한 사람인과, 개발자 대상 교육 및 실무형 테스트 기반 플랫폼을 운영하는 그렙이 협력함으로써, 채용과 교육 전반에서의 시너지 창출이 기대된다.
양사는 이번 협약을 통해 ▲구직자 대상 커리어 성장 프로그램 및 콘텐츠 공동 개발 ▲기존 제휴 서비스 고도화 ▲공동 프로모션 추진 등 다양한 분야에서 협력을 확대할 예정이다.
앞서 양사는 지난해 프로그래머스의 SQL 및 파이썬 교육 콘텐츠를 사람인 플랫폼에 입점시켜 IT 분야 구직자의 교육 접근성을 높인 바 있으며, 이번 협약은 해당 협업을 더욱 강화하는 계기가 될 것으로 보인다.
사람인 관계자는 “양사의 신뢰를 바탕으로 IT 분야 구직자들에게 실질적인 도움이 되는 프로그램을 지속적으로 선보일 계획”이라며, “앞으로도 국내 대표 커리어 플랫폼으로서 다양한 직무 분야의 구직자들이 커리어를 개발할 수 있도록 지원을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

People, signed a business agreement with 'Grep'
Saramin announced on the 26th that it signed a 'MOU for job seekers' career growth' with Grep Co., Ltd. , which operates the IT talent education and recruitment platform 'Programmers'.
This agreement was created with the purpose of supporting the capacity building of IT job seekers and promoting the activation of the related ecosystem. 人、「グレブ」と業務協定締結
