
Hanbit & Co., Ltd. (CEO Baekjun Lim) announced on September 22nd that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association (Chairman Junhee Cho) to foster AI and software experts. This agreement aims to foster practical talent and foster a developer ecosystem for the advancement of the artificial intelligence (AI) and software industries.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to continue practical cooperation in various areas, including joint development of curricula reflecting industry needs, expansion of industry-academia collaboration projects and field training, customized employment support in conjunction with association member companies, and joint participation in government-supported projects.
Based on this agreement, Hanbit & plans to establish a practical, hands-on training model that can be immediately applied in industrial settings and accelerate the development of specialized talent in AI and software.
Lim Baek-jun, CEO of Hanbit &, stated, “Practical and field-oriented education is paramount to securing competitiveness in the AI and software fields,” and added, “Through this collaboration, we will actively support the discovery and development of capable talent.”
Park Yeon-jeong, executive director of the Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association, said, “We expect that the combination of the association’s industrial network and Hanbit&’s content development capabilities will provide practical assistance in fostering the specialized talent the industry demands.”
