ICT solution specialist Aconsoft (CEO Youngsoo Lee) and groupware and collaboration solution company Gaon I (CEO Changje Jo) announced on the 30th that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for mutual cooperation in next-generation ICT fields such as cloud native PaaS platforms, groupware, big data, and artificial intelligence (AI).
Through this agreement, both companies will leverage their respective core technologies and business capabilities to accelerate technological advancement and service expansion, strengthen their joint competitiveness, and create new business models. Specifically, they plan to establish a collaborative system across diverse areas, including cloud-native platform technology, AI and big data analytics, and groupware and collaboration solutions.
Acornsoft specializes in cloud-native architecture and AI-based service solutions, while Gaon I has accumulated extensive experience in groupware system development and big data analysis. Through this collaboration, both companies plan to complement each other's technological capabilities and jointly develop and supply customized ICT solutions.
Gaon I is currently pursuing transformation projects centered around Cocktail Cloud, including cloud transformation (CX), digital transformation (DX), artificial intelligence transformation (AX), and green transformation (GX). This agreement will strengthen its DevOps and AI platform development capabilities and enable joint marketing efforts leveraging its groupware-based customer network and distribution channels.
The two companies plan to continuously expand the scope of their cooperation to proactively respond to the rapidly changing ICT environment and solidify their partnership with the goal of providing services that meet technological innovation and market demands.
Acornsoft CEO Lee Young-soo said, “We expect that our capabilities in cloud and AI technology will create synergy with Gaon-i’s groupware and data technology,” and added, “We will enhance customer value through differentiated solutions that combine the technologies of both companies.”
Gaon I CEO Cho Chang-je said, “This agreement will expand Gaon I’s existing business capabilities and serve as a foundation for leading the future ICT market,” adding, “Based on the cooperation between our two companies, we will strengthen our strategic partnership to support digital innovation.”
