Tripvitoz (CEO Jiha Jeong) participated in the official delegation to the '2025 Korea-UAE Joint Business Council' held in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, from September 22nd to 25th, 2025. Hosted by the Korea International Trade Association and co-organized with the UAE government and Chamber of Commerce, the event was a platform for bilateral economic cooperation, aimed at fostering practical industrial exchanges and establishing a foundation for global expansion.
Tripvitoz was invited as one of 25 representative companies of South Korea, along with SK Telecom, Kakao Mobility, Hanwha Aerospace, and Furiosa AI, as a core company in the digital and next-generation industry. CEO Jeong Ji-ha attended the Korea-UAE Economic Cooperation Committee inauguration ceremony and the 'Korea-Abu Dhabi Business Roundtable (BRT)' held at the Rixos Marina Hotel in Abu Dhabi, where he introduced Tripvitoz's AI-based travel recommendation technology and 'T2E (Travel to Earn)' model, strengthening exchanges with local investment institutions and industry partners.
He also attended the "Korea-Dubai Business Roundtable" held in Dubai and the "Korea-Sharjah B2B Forum" held in Sharjah. Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, emphasized, "We will actively support Korean companies to use Dubai as a strategic base for expansion into Africa."
During this period, Tripvitoz visited key government ministries and agencies, including the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism, the UAE Ministry of Investment (MOI), the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MOIAT), Dubai Airports Freezone (DAFZ), Dubai Multi-Commodity Centre (DMCC), and Sharjah Research, Technology, and Innovation Park (SRTIP). Tripvitoz also discussed specific cooperation plans with local partners through one-on-one meetings. In the Middle East market, where digital transformation and the tourism industry are rapidly growing, Tripvitoz's short-form travel content platform and global OTA capabilities have garnered attention.
Tripvitoz CEO Jeong Ji-ha said, "The Middle East, including the UAE, is a market with a young average age and a high proportion of people familiar with digital and mobile environments. This presents significant potential for rapid expansion for the Tripvitoz platform, which combines short-form travel content with AI recommendation technology. We will continue to collaborate closely with local companies to provide innovative travel experiences and build a leading tourism and content ecosystem connecting Korea and the Middle East."
